David White: Now I’ve dealt with Audi for some years now and for the most part they do what they are supposed to do but for some odd reason their custom service has went from top tier to bottom of the barrel with backyard mechanic tactics! I brought my A6 in late last month for a leak on the transmission and also had other things done that were suggested. Was told my car was done and it turns out I had to bring it back for guess what? Another transmission leak that they did not catch or care to check for at that matter. Ok cool so adding another two weeks of waiting for car parts they’ve had my car for clearly a month now and battery dies in their possession yet they want me to pay for a new battery that I didn’t have a problem with before. Audi is supposed to be top tier customer service! Why isn’t anyone checking on my car especially for the duration of time that it’s been there!! Absolutely unacceptable especially for the amount of money that I’ve spent over the years! Don’t get me started on the loaner cars as well for some reason we can’t seem to get one yet there are plenty when I come to pay these last few times! Zero stars if I could all they want is your money now and don’t care how they get it!

I H: The staff at Mole Audi of KC were able to provide high quality assistance during each part of the car buying experience. I started with a random visit and had a salesman not only tell me about inventory but also develop a plan to showcase each spec I wanted in my car despite not having it. For example, S line seats package- showed me a s5 and explained what aspects are included in the package Vs. S5 build. After specing the car, he set up test drives and started searching for exactly what I wanted. The test drives were extremely detailed and fun to learn about the 5 series. Once, we found the exact spec, the team was transparent and the negotiation process was smooth. Finally, the teams ability to prep the car, situate the financing, and provide tech information all within a reasonable timeframe made this car buying experience one I hope to have in future deals.

Scott Spiess: Decent vehicles and helpful people during the sale. I think they are honest. However, my experience is they lack responsiveness after the sale. I found out months later that they provided the wrong size spare tire for my truck, hole pattern doesn't match - completely useless. I've left 5 messages over about 10 days and no one takes care of it. They could use an upgrade in responsiveness when there are problems after a sale. Same experience last year after I bought the truck. Have to leave messages several times to get a response. They finally took care of the issues last year but only after repeated messages and calls. Still waiting on the spare tire now.

Sarah McIntosh: I purchased a vehicle from this location in October of 2022 and sited multiple (minor) issues with it right off the bat (only 1 of which was ever corrected). The passenger side external turn signal light still pops out of place while driving (could EASILY scratch the paint) and the clasp on the inside of the trunk that holds the door to the jack closed wasn’t replaced, just put back, so that door still opens. I purchased MaxCare for 5 yrs and that only seems to have been worthless!! The radio cuts out for absolutely no reason, the GPS switches from miles to kilometers at random and says the speed limit’s 85 in a 30mph zone or 105 in a 65. Then all of a sudden, it started throwing brake system error messages at me!! They can’t fix any of this “in house”. I have to take it to a dealer to have it looked at and corrected. Now today, my car won’t lock using the key faub OR the button on the inside of the drivers’ door!! I CAN’T LOCK MY CAR!!! They key faub is around my neck, NOT in the car. The spare set is in another city.. I wouldn’t buy another car from this place if I HAD to and MaxCare is a joke!!!

When they discovered the mistake, the team at Carmax jumped into action and moved mountains to make it right. Came in with a Mercedes and left with a brand new Acura, and my payment went down! Carmax could have easily screwed me over, and i wouldn't have known any better. But that's just not how Carmax and thier team rolls.If you are looking for a car, ask for Chris J. Rodney Dunaway: **BUYER BEWARE** DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! Drove 5 hours to pick up a 2008 Chrysler Town & Country, test drove the car and everything "seemed" sound. Drove said car home and the check engine light was on before I reached the driveway. I thought since it was as is and I paid 5 grand for the van that maybe I could fix whatever was wrong with it. Put extra time and effort and a couple hundred dollars in parts to try and fix it for no reason at all. Finally took car to a reputable mechanic and they tell me the car has a blown head gasket or a cracked head. DO NOT GO HERE! Go somewhere where you will not get scammed out of your money for a piece of junk!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!

melissa james: We went and looked at the 2012 Honda Fit, I asked the saleman if I could take it to my mechanic, Honda of Olathe, I was told " No problem". When I showed up after an hour drive to get there, he told me that he had talked to his brother, and that I couldn't take it to mechanic and that people were coming to take a look at 11am!!! Buyers beware!! That care needed major work done!

NayNay: Worst place ever. Please do read the reviews they’re right about this place. It’s a scam. First they sold my sister a 2011 Nissan, my sister asked if everything is okay with it and they said yea everything is fine…well 2-3 weeks later, when my sister (who goes to school 2 hours away) was driving the car, it stopped in the middle of the street..she didn’t know what to do that’s one thing that happened and check engine light was on also tire pressure (she bought new tires and everything and still, it won’t go away) the car overheats easily (will continue about this more) she’s a college student and she really needed a car since she walks everywhere..we taught this place will be good to go buy a car and she found what it looks like a good 2011 Nissan but it was 200k+ miles for around $3600 she said she really need a car before going back to school so she bought it. Anyways I am giving them a one star (they don’t deserve a star) because my sister car caught on fire after she left it with them to “fix” I almost lost my sister because of them and their lies…they would block our numbers and not even pick up the phone..what kind of business does that?? They hide behind the “sold as is” BS…now my sister doesn’t have her money back or a car to drive herself to school…We will sue still and file a complaint to Better Business Bureau.They lied about the car being good. AND THEY DIDNT TELL US THAT IT HAD A SALVAGED TITLE

b l: Went for a safety recall, when called for appointment, lady asked lot of questions & didn't want to take care of customer. When arrived ontime, they were not ready & had to leave car & return later, messing up 2 people's day.

nicholle renne: I have one complaint and compliment. 1st, I was told it would be an hour to hour and 15 minutes. Ended up being 2 hours and 23 minutes. If they are backed up then it should be expressed to customer and not lied to. 2nd, the lady that helped me check out was very pleasant and walked me to my car. That was my last free oil change so I will not be back as it takes me an hour to get there from my house so a 9am appt takes up half my day off. Thank you.
Caleb Black: Bottom line, if you're going to do business here, show up pre-approved. The team leader, Jake Moore, was pushy and did not care about me as a customer when it came to financing. He came back to me with with a credit score that was 20+ points lower than my most recent pull, which had gotten me pre-approved for a fairly substantial mortgage. He chose to get me a loan with MidAmerican Credit Union. This lender charges a $10 fee for online payments and will not penalize only for mailed in payments. There is an option to apply for automatic payments to avoid the fee, but it can't be done through their website. Knowing I was in the military and in the process of moving, Jake put me in a bad position after he assured me it was a good lender. Because of his behavior that I would chatacterize as inconsiderate, I do not recommend this dealership.However, I worked with Taylor Adams purchasing my first VW, and he was hands down the best salesperson that I've ever encountered. Had Jake Moore been more comsiderate, Taylor would have made the entire experience with this dealership five star worthy.

DJ Mike Gee: Sold me a lemon and going on 5 months that I am still waiting for them to return my money for my gap insurance and my service plan. I was told by the woman who issued a refund that I was not supposed to get money from my gap, which she also said that my Gavin Sherance was credited to my previous vehicle the lemon upon speaking to Volkswagen credit last night and trying to reach them at the dealership, but no one seems to answer the phone with Volkswagen credit on the line with me no one was able to respond. Sadly, they are good people here but those people get swallowed up by the foolishness of others. Do not buy a car from this location and I will be reaching out to my lawyer so I can get my money because this aggravation almost being killed three times because the previous car was shut off. On my way home on the highway just craziness!
