Debra McConville: Very seamless and easy way to buy a car.
Sarah McIntosh: I purchased a vehicle from this location in October of 2022 and sited multiple (minor) issues with it right off the bat (only 1 of which was ever corrected). The passenger side external turn signal light still pops out of place while driving (could EASILY scratch the paint) and the clasp on the inside of the trunk that holds the door to the jack closed wasn’t replaced, just put back, so that door still opens. I purchased MaxCare for 5 yrs and that only seems to have been worthless!! The radio cuts out for absolutely no reason, the GPS switches from miles to kilometers at random and says the speed limit’s 85 in a 30mph zone or 105 in a 65. Then all of a sudden, it started throwing brake system error messages at me!! They can’t fix any of this “in house”. I have to take it to a dealer to have it looked at and corrected. Now today, my car won’t lock using the key faub OR the button on the inside of the drivers’ door!! I CAN’T LOCK MY CAR!!! They key faub is around my neck, NOT in the car. The spare set is in another city.. I wouldn’t buy another car from this place if I HAD to and MaxCare is a joke!!!

Transaction took a total of about 2.5 hrs and I was out the door, they even called an Uber to shuttle me back to my place.
Kenneth Lain: This review is worth reading! First and foremost, Carmax is an incredibly honest company. They had sold me a Mercedes benz, which had unknown damage to the frame. When they discovered the mistake, the team at Carmax jumped into action and moved mountains to make it right. Came in with a Mercedes and left with a brand new Acura, and my payment went down! Carmax could have easily screwed me over, and i wouldn't have known any better. But that's just not how Carmax and thier team rolls.If you are looking for a car, ask for Chris J. He's one hell of a guy. Matthew, the manager, was amazing also!
Michelle Brown: Don't trust their online quotes and the staff was not helpful at all. I couldn't get the car up to them by the 7 day deadline but I made an appointment by the deadline, for 2 days later and they gave me $1500 less because I couldn't get the car there in the 7 days. I even took my quote and appointment emails and they would not honor my quote.

The sales rep- Steven was not helpful at all… was quick to shrug us off when I asked if there were any other cars within range.. we had one transferred but when a couple days after it arrived and we were still deciding (we had to find insurance) he kept texting to ask if he can close it out or cancel it. However Sharon who helped us finish up the deal and do express pick up was extremely helpful and seemed genuinely excited for us! She is the only reason we would go back again!

Jimmy Winter: This place sold my wife a car that does not run properly. They promised to fix it. Never did. The warranty they sold us doesn’t cover the fix. Now they want to repo her car because she paid her insurance late. The insurance company doesn’t update the system over the weekend, so it will not show she is covered until Monday. He won’t work with us and wait to check on Monday. He said he was just gonna take the car back. These guys are sweet as pie until they have your money!! USE CAUTION!!!

Kia M: No sir MR TODD don't get under these reviews and lie sir I was never told to bring the car at 9am I was told to bring the car in the morning and it will be taking care of. Never a specific time what I was upset about was the lack of customer service skills. When I told the gentleman I wasn't told a specific time just to bring it in the morning and then he tells me do I consider 11am morning hours yes I do he was being very unprofessional instead of understanding and on top of that a simple phone call would of been nice also instead of owning up to the mistake made with the timing I got nothing but attitude so I gave the gentleman the same attitude he gave me right back simple. Learn how to communicate maybe?

Not all the ridiculous fees that instant auto charged when they ultimately screwed me over. Plus nobody pressured me to buy anything here.
