BreAnna Perillo: Sitting here since 9:42am it’s now 10:13am on a Saturday and no one is here. The hours on google say they open at 9:00am and the sign on the door says 10:00am. Maybe they need to adjust their hours of operation then adjust it on google so people don’t waste a trip here and sit for 30 minutes waiting and no one shows up. Very disappointing.

Leslie E: Drove over an hour to be seen by a “professional”. Check in was easy and the wait time wasn’t long because we had secured an appointment online. Once my daughter’s name was called she went back, was seen in a matter of probably 10 minutes and ushered to the door. I asked what she was told by the doctor and she said they told me just to go get some cold medicine over the counter. No sooner had my daughter walked out they had the closed sign on the door. Our experience was not from a caring and concerned professional. I would not recommend this place!!

Lainey Casper: DO NOT GO HERE!!! It is extremely frustrating that I even have to leave 1 star. My primary Dr was booked so I took a chance going to this location because of an assumed ear infection. The door was locked and once the receptionist "Shannon" made it to the door she said they wouldn't be able to see me because they were going to lunch in 15 min....15 mins and there were NO OTHER patients waiting. I explained that I was in a lot of pain and that my primary referred this location and that I didn't think it would take too long. She said no, I would need to be tested for Covid. I told her that I had been vaccinated and she said it didn't matter. I then said, that I had gone through all of the proper steps to be seen at this location. I asked if they would see me after their lunch break but she said "I don't know..." I said again that I was in a lot of pain and that there was still 15 min until their lunch. She said hang on and shut the door, coming back a little bit later to say I could be seen. SO INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL. BTW there are no lunch hours listed anywhere, to my knowledge. The nurse practitioner looked in my ears and said she couldn't see anything wrong and that she couldn't really help and to just continue doing what the other Dr had told me. The only "advice" I was give was to plug my nose and blow really hard "like a cartoon". I asked about the severe red rash on my neck and my bright red ear and she asked if I had been scratching. I said no, and she said, "ok well that's all I can do". She quickly ushered me out the door. I immediately called another Dr and was seen. They said that I had a severe ear infection that had traveled into my neck and needed antibiotics right away. They also told me to report my experience at this location, which I have. I have never experienced anything like this before in a medical office. I called this location back and said I was very unhappy and the receptionist Shannon said, "ok report us."I have reported them to CoxHealth.

cadence franke: Had an appointment at 10:50 and was told to get there 15min before my appt to check in. Showed up at 10:45 and got checked in, about five minutes later someone came out and told me it would be another ten minutes until I was helped. It has currently been 20min past my appointment time and I still have not been seen. Wouldn’t recommend making an appointment if you have anything else to do for the day.

Micelle Huff: Everyone was polite and helpful. They promptly and carefully exrayed my broken wrist & explained the situation. They comforted my hand, wrist and arm with a nice wrap and sling. Then further They provided me with an appt with a wonderful PA at the orthopedic hospital clinic. Much appreciated all of their care and guidance Thank you to all of my Care Team at Mercy-Go-Health Urgent Care.

Lee Ann Roark: I have a puncture wound that became infected. Not realizing how serious it could ultimately be I just “doctored” it myself by washing it followed by a splash of hydrogen peroxide and isopropyl alcohol. Bad idea.[OK my cat bit me when we were playing with a string and he sunk his eye tooth deep into my forearm]Three days of my taking care of it resulted in a nasty, ugly, stinky thing. At my husband’s urging I went to the Mercy Urgent Care in the Mager Center at the corner of Republic Rdand Cox Rd.The ladies at the front desk who greeted me were so sweet and helpful. I got checked in right away thanks to Brooklyn and Robin whocould not have been more efficient. Soon I was called back to an exam room. Right away a doctor who introduced himself as Derek, came into examine my wound. He did what a great doctor would do. As he took care of my arm he education me as to how serious it could have been and what to clean a puncture with (definitely not hydrogen peroxide nor isopropyl alcohol). After getting a tetanus shot I went home with everything I needed for the next few days to properly clean, disinfect, and dress my arm, plus a prescription for an antibiotic.I’ve had some terrible experiences in my past visits to urgent care. Thanks to the kind and efficient help from BROOKLYN, ROBIN, andDR. DEREK I feel confident that this painful, nasty cat bite will heal in due time and all will be well.PS I failed to mention that I’m not your average patient in that my immune system is compromised as a result from a kidney transplant and so a wound such as this left untreated could be very serious even deadly.

I was back in a exam room being treated within 15 minutes. I had a prescription and was out the door in less than an hour. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They took my insurance and we're conveniently located for me. I would definitely go back again if I needed urgent care.
Nix 89: Horrible front desk customer service. The older lady with glasses is rude and disrespectful. I brought my 4 year old in because she has an ear infection and fever . I asked her how come 3 people who came after us went back before my daughter. Nicole Morris: This. Place.They coded my visit incorrectly from 11/28/21. I came in for a strep test and they continue to code it as an non-emergent use of an emergency room. THIS IS AN URGENT CARE. I have been fighting them for 15 months. An absolute joke. I have in writing it was coded incorrectly but they REFUSE to fix it, after an insane amount of calls to my insurance and their billing department. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Kristian Gilliland: If you’re scheduling your appointment online or via phone, be sure to do so 1-2 hrs ahead of time. You’ll be waiting that in the waiting room at minimum after your appt time.
Warren Reynolds: Made my appointment online, was seen within a short time period after my arrival. Seen by PA J Ellis, very professional, concerned for my condition. He recommended a course of treatment that has proven effective. Will return to this facility if needed

Abbey Frye: Had an appointment for my 4 y/o who I thought had pink eye and ear infection with a 101 fever. I was asked all the Covid questions (normal) then the NP said she wanted to swab her for Covid before starting and I declined as we were there for pink eye and ear infection. NP said sorry I want a cOVID test if she wasn’t running a fever I wouldn’t ask for one. I left and made an appointment else where and guess what… double ear infection which is causing her pink eye all stemming from upper respiratory infection. NOT EVERYTHING IS COVID NP AT CVS!Just for the record I’m not against cOVID test if we have all the symptoms but when my little girl says ears which cause fevers and her eye looked awful, to me that doesn’t say Covid.I can’t believe that NP turned us away because I declined my daughter a cOVID test, it wouldn’t have changed a thing except putting her through an unnecessary test.

Sean Sutton: I have came here twice now and was ran out both times. Once I came with my sick 4 year old son at 7pm and they said they close at 730pm and would not see us. Just now I went at 130pm and they were telling everyone they were closing for an hour for lunch. I would fire these people in a red hot second.

Nicole Duff: Went in with my fiance because he has a hernia. They told us to sit then ignored us for over 20 minutes while serving others who came in after. Ridiculous. All we needed was him to be seen and referred to a surgeon. Will never go to this one again.

amy kalimat: I have had 2 experiences with the sunshine st urgent care location prior to today. Both were 5 star experiences. The staff were kind, friendly, efficient and competent. The 1 star rating is for today. I don't think it is an accurate reflection of the location overall.... but it was my experience today. My husband was treated yesterday... a 5 star experience. Today I needed a referral from urgent care so we could make an appointment with a surgeon. I called and asked for the referral. I was told i would be called back when the referral was completed. Several hours went by so i called back. No answer so left a message. I called back about an hour later. Still no answer so i drove there to talk to someone in person. The blonde nursereceptionist with a high bun and headband helped me. Wish i knew her name. I am certain she was the person i had spoke to earlier in the day because she seemed to know exactly who and what i needed. She seemed very annoyed she was being put to task. She added the referral to the mercy system and i went back to my car to call the surgeon. Referral could not be found so i went back into urgent care, with the surgeon's office on the phone to get things cleared up. When i explained to the blonde that the referral could not be located she was extremely short, full of attitude and annoyed saying, "I don't know what they want." I gave her the phone to talk to the surgeon's office. Annoyed. She was asked to fax over the referral to their office. Annoyed. Everyone has bad days, but this blonde should not be working with sick people.
Hayden B: I had a bad case of pink eye. I was there 5 minutes. They said they can’t prescribe eye drops at urgent care locations (doesn’t sound right but ok) and told me to go somewhere else for treatment. They then sent me a bill for almost $200 even though they did NOTHING. Mercy billing department wouldn’t help me. Don’t go here unless you want your money taken from you

They took care of me and got me in right away. The NP was compassionate and made the best choices helping me with my migraine. Very much appreciated!!! Today I am without a migraine after having one for most of two weeks.
Jessica Stufflebam: My 5 year old got sick over the weekend and urgent care was our only option. I called because there were no more time slots. They told me that they don’t accept walk ins if the time slots are full, which is strange since it is a walk in urgent care. Then she said if we got there immediately they could see her. They swabbed her throat without even looking at it first and then sent us on our way after admitting that the sample wasn’t good. $50 and no treatment. They acted like it was more of a priority to get out on time then see my sick child and were actively turning patients away even though the place was empty. Would not recommend.

They lied to me about my insurance, had me wait an hour and a half (a full hour past my scheduled time), and then did NOTHING for me. The doctor didn't even bother wearing gloves??? Now I've lost half a day, I've wasted gas, I probably caught something from the doctor with no gloves, I'm stuck with a bill for having sat in the waiting room all morning, and you guys didn't even address my issue. Like, I have an open wound, but thanks for nothing.
