Justin 420: Jerry was great at first everything was going good, i asked if he could wait on the bank he said yes. He the told me that who hes working with on a car is who he is working with, he would not sell it even if someone else came with cash or even offered more money he would not that is not how he does business. So put everything in the bank pretty late Tuesday, so they got to looking at it Wednesday blah blah blah, no answer from them Wednesday so i called jerry and told him what was going on and he said no big deal let me no when you here something ok perfect. So called him friday with an answer, he didnt answer. Called Saturday he didnt answer so finally just went back up there with great news, just to come to find out he sold it to someone on friday afternoon. Worst sales person i have ever delt with by far nothing but lies. Doesnt want you to actually test drive the vehicle says please dont go on highway its busy. Go through the neighborhood behind his shop. Max speed limit is 35. Glad to see he sticks by his business model.

After looking in Tulsa, we couldn't find anything in our price range that was in good shape. I found my Lexus online and communicated through email with Jerry. My husband and I made the trip to Springfield on a Saturday, bought the car, and drove it home. It has been great ever since. We had a great experience with Furgeson!
Cathy Smith: Beware! Stay away from this unethical salesman. Jerry Ferguson is a crook, he sold a lemon to me. I brought vehicle back many times for his mechanic to fix problem only to have same problem happen as soon as we got vehicle back. Jerry also wouldn't stand by his word, claiming he'd never said that he had replaced coolant issues when I had test drove originally...I brought to a real mechanic and they had my answer same day. I ended up having to rebuild the whole top half of engine before I even made my first payment to bank . Wish I'd never come to this business! Jerry Ferguson and his mechanic are a prime example of what gives car dealers snake oil salesmen reputation.

Freedom Farms: I purchased a 2009 Chevy Suburban LTZ from this dealer. Jerry was great to deal with, very relaxed, doesn't hover over you while you inspect the vehicle and even had all the paperwork in line that belonged to the vehicle that was for repairs and maintenance from the previous owner. He eliminates the haggling process and gave me what I was going to sell my truck for privately on trade in. Excellent experience one of the best dealerships I have dealt with, Thanks Jerry!
John Ray: Terrible experience with owner Jerry Ferguson. Went into to inquire about trading in and purchasing a vehicle. I should have known immediately with how short and rather unpersonalble he was. Then over several when I called Jerry to follow up, Jerry kept telling me he had to ‘make calls’ then would never call me back. Apparently he didn’t want my business, but at least keep your word and call people back! Also get some personality Jerry! I’ll tell all my friends to avoid your business.
Jake Siler: The staff here is really friendly and polite, and they seem to know what they're doing when caring for their cars. They offer great deals, its a great place to go to shop for a car but their limited inventory makes it a little hard to find something here that you want. So only 4 stars from me. Maybe once they expand or move to a larger space it'll be better.

Mike Hughes: Drove 200 miles to pick up a used box truck. Made a deal over the phone after being told it was in great mechanical condition. The lift gate did not work as promised so, we walked away from the deal after about and hour of them fumbling around with it. Had to listen to profanity form General Manager “Adam” when we asked for the deposit back. Buyer beware.

The salesman was rude and full of himself. When requested to test drive the $8500 bike there was nothing but rudeness and was told "why are you so upset" when asked to sign a paper that we was not informed about!! We had $9000 in cash. To say the least we walked out! Nothing felt right about the whole visit. I wouldnt buy a radio flyer tricycle for $5 from this place!!!

Jenny Burthwright: Mike was very pleasant to deal with, and we extended the dealership trust paying in full for a vehicle to build a new food truck, all the way from Canada with the understanding there were not known issues. He was very accommodating with paperwork difficulties to import the vehicle, however that was soured with disaapointment when we realized after heading back to Canada both of the door locks didn’t work. We travelled back to Canada unable to unlock or lock doors from the outside of the locks, having to go in and out from the back end. Then to be informed the cost to replace the damaged locks is upwards of $1000.Mike denied the locks not working, adding to the disappointment. Mike, we are not idiots.Very underhanded way to do business, and as a business owner, I shake my head.Wouldn’t highly recommended believing all things said by the dealer, but generally a nice experience to begin with.

Jay Marshall: Our experience with Super Cars was nothing short of amazing. Both Angel and James were so easy to deal with...they even replaced the complete braking system on the truck we were buying AFTER we had completed our transaction without us asking them to because they wanted it "right" when we drove it away. Mark Harrington: Was sceptical after all the reviews, but was informed about the recent new ownership and reviews being years old. Looks like they got it turned around. Purchased 2013 Audi Q7 S-Line. Have had it 3 months, mint condition, customer service second to none. They also offer warranties which is a nice piece of mind.

Adam Gerdes: Over the phone was a good expierence wasn't till a week after I got home the driver side battery failed called them and was told they used refurbed batteries and would not pay to get it replaced after they first said it was a new battery, then two weeks later my second battery failed got so hot it melted the positive post and battery acid went everywhere. Now I'm $300 in the hole on a car I've had less than a month. Now I gotta take it somewhere to find out what's wrong cause the battery is still getting hot like a short or ground issue and now my heads up display says see dealer now yet another issue with my truck I just bought. Do not buy from these people!!!
Antara Mitra: Please read these reviews and do NOT give these "people" your money. We purchased a $9,999 car from them and the VERY next day the check engine light came on. Not only would they not help us, they got rude on the phone. They purposely turned off the light so it wouldn't show up for our test drive. We've since had to replace the engine not once but now it's gone out a second time and we still owe thousands on it. Please do NOT give them your business at either location they are "SUPER SCAMMERS" and should be terribly ashamed of themselves. Horrible business. HORRIBLE!!!

(Or either of their other car lots in Springfield) They do not stand behind their vehicles, and certainly don't care about the people they sell to. They should be ashamed of themselves for selling unsafe cars to families with small children!We had the truck less than 10 miles before things started going wrong. It wasn't even drivable after 24hrs. We approached the dealer kindly expecting them to apologize and fix the problems and instead got 'Sorry not our problem.' Wow!
Erica Thomas: My car buying experience sounds like the rest of the reviews. I'd say the people are polite but they certainly know what they are doing when it comes to sales techniques.I called the office to check on a car. It was listed online for 6k. The sales person told me about it and even informed me it came with a warranty. That got me excited. I drove 200 miles to see the car. I get there and start the paperwork, then she tells me that the 6k is if I pay cash for the car and it is 7k if I finance it. The car wasn't such a good deal then, but still...I liked the car. I went a head with the contract. Then she added another $1500 for the warranty and another 2k for the finance charges! I ended up paying 10k for an 11 year old car!.My problems don't end there. I got home the next day and the car wont start. Eight weeks later, I still don't have a title. They also told me that after I make my first payment, I can change the due date with the finance company. Not true.Overall, you are no better going to this company than any other. They get their cars from auctions, they don't know their cars, they are clearly in it for the money, as any other sales company. However, given all the sneaky extra charges they added, and the multiple title complaints, I'd say avoid them if you can. Honestly if you have to buy a used car just save yourself the hassle and pay cash for it and buy it from a private seller. I have yet to be happy about a car buying experience from any used car lot.
Lana Stephens: Super Cars went above an beyond to get us the vehicle, down payment, and monthly payment that were exactly what we were looking for. In looking at similar places, Super Cars offered the lowest financing and most reasonable monthly payment for our needs. In looking elsewhere at comparable vehicles, monthly payments were $150.00 - $300.00 more and the down payments were close to $2000.00 more.On top of saving us money, the team at Super Cars was friendly and helpful beyond expectations. They were willing to assist in whatever way possible to get us in a vehicle that day. There was no pressure, only facts and a team dedicated to you leaving with what you were looking for.
Chuck Hancock: SCAMS! Traded in my Dodge Caliber for a Mitsubishi Lancer so I could lower my payments. We called my previous lien holder from the manager's office, and they were quoted a payoff total. A month later, they informed me that they hadn't yet paid off the car, and asked me to make another payment on the old car. I could go on for days, but to make a long story short, after 3 months, after they had sold the Caliber to another driver, they informed me they wanted to reverse the deal. Not only did they have to take my old car back from the other driver, but it was a full two months behind on payments at this point. Will never do business with these scammers again.
