Had the Oil pressure light come on the first day of driving vehicle it had absolutely no oil soon after the engine light came on and this is within the first 2-3 days of purchase . Which its is still on and im having to fix out of pocket. Was told they would take care of it but as soon as they heard there was more work to b done he stopped.. they also give u an inspection when purchasing DO NOT TAKE IT , HAVE THE CAR INSPECTED URSELF be very careful when purchasing from them.. They are all about sales with no importance of the customer purchasing.No sir i seen your response i bought car with almost 140000 miles I have 141000 on it now all sensors are on and ive had issues with it since I bought it and was told you no longer wanted to help me with it .. I have taken it to a few dealerships and they just apologize that I got ripped off .
Jason Cox: Purchased a car that supposed to have never been wrecked. Been wrecked, supposedly no rust, has rust. Asked for an odometer statement as my state was going to mark exempt. Said they would mail it to me. Now with my title exempt for actual mileage car is worth less as I waited 3 months for the Odo statement that never came after several attempts to contact. Very bad experience from start to finish and one of my worst online purchases ever! As most people are honest. This dealership NOT so much.

Thomas Gaspard: My father and I have been searching for a specific car for some time and found it at SMC and I'm glad we did! Michael was upfront and honest about everything! So honest that when my father offered him more money than SMC was asking for the car we wanted while it was on hold, he declined the offer for more money!!! Who does that these days? Michael at SMC, thats who! He wanted to give the customer that contacted him first the opportunity to purchase. Fortunately for us, the first customer was not able to purchase the car and Michael called us back to let us know it was available and didn't even raise the price knowing we wanted the car and would have been willing to pay more than asking price. We live in Minnesota, but felt comfortable he was representing the vehicle properly, so we jumped in the truck and took the 600 + mile drive down and couldn't be happier. We were going to rent a trailer and tow the car back to MN, but decided to have it shipped. Michael went above and beyond to help get the car shipped to MN so we could return home. In the future, if I need any vehicle, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from SMC sight unseen and just have it shipped to MN. Many thanks to the staff at SMC for the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever been a part of!!!

Carol Harrison: My husband purchased a 2010 Chevy Tahoe for me back in November 2020. After driving if for a week the check engine light came on , we took it back and they supposedly replaced the oil pressure sensor, so we brought it home and drove it for another couple of weeks and the check engine light came back on for the same reason. We spoke to the dealership about having it fixed in Pacific, since that's where we live, and that they would pay for it. We got it fixed and but they would only pay for part of the bill, they wouldn't pay for the $40 oil change which was needed for the sensor replacement. And it took the over a month to pay my mechanic. So all was good until last week when the engine developed a knock, so now we have to replace the engine. I will never buy another vehicle from this place.
Mercedes Linder: My husband and I would not recommend getting a vehicle from this company. They are very nice in person and great at selling a vehicle. We got a Ford Focus from this company couple months ago & our car has spent more time in the shop then it has on the road. We didn’t notice any issues on test drive and we decided to go ahead and get the car, the next day we started noticing the car was having transmission issues and we called right away. This is the 4 time our car has been in the shop and only have had it for a couple months on February 14th will be a month that it’s been broke down this time.. we call daily to check and see the status of what’s going on with the car and we always hear, “ we will call you back”, ( nobody ever calls), “Our mechanic is working on it currently”, ( we drove by and our car was sitting behind the fence snow covered), “ probably be done tomorrow” we feel like we’ve been patient and we feel we should have been offered to trade it in on something else because clearly they had to know they sold a car knowing it had issues or offer to give us our $ back. We just don’t feel like this is right.
Duane Dagenais: We were searching for a 1 ton work truck and found White Motors had one that met our needs. After contacting them by phone, they answered all our questions. We traveled 3 hours and were pleasantly surprised. The truck was exactly as described. The transaction was quick and there were no surprises. Recommend. Thank you. Duane.
Halfway Paddle Company & More: Is there a negative star placement... would never recommend anyone buying a car from White Motor Company. Sold us a 14,000 car with a blown motor .This isn't a error like they want you to believe it's just another scam that they pull , our car that the motor was bad White's repeatedly told us nothing was wrong with it for two months even though a major dealership said otherwise . They do have this car back thank goodness for the Lemon Law but would not give our money back and by law they don't have too but gave us another car and it to has issues in electrical systems pick and choose your battles but I can say that I will never recommend them for anything or to anyone .

Zach Hainline: When I decided what type of truck I wanted I quickly learned 1st Generation Honda Ridgelines were in short supply in just about every city in this country. But I was in luck when I found there to be 2 at White Motor Co. My first visit was on a cold and rainy night about 10 minutes after close and I didn't think anyone would venture out to speak with me but Frank wasn't afraid to get wet and was more than happy to stay after close to show me the 2 Ridgelines they had to offer and talk me through all of its features. I thought after all of my research I had them covered, but he showed me a bunch of things I didn't even know. It was a great visit. I left with a bunch of info to consider and think about with no high pressure to buy that day which was refreshing. I returned a few days later and nearly too late as 1 of the Ridgelines was sold but thankfully it was the one I didn't want anyway. Now I had a Trade in and I feel I was treated very fair with the offer I was given on it so we were able to make a deal. They drew up the paper work and it was fast and easy and I was out the door that night with the truck I wanted. I was very happy with the ease of the transaction and the very little haggling that was needed cause pricing was fair and it just wasn't needed. Overall it was by far my best car buying experience I've ever had so I would definitely highly recommend to anyone shopping whether its a Truck, SUV, Car, and most assuredly a Honda Ridgeline to stop by and check out White Motor Co.

Although I didn't find them first, they ended up being the last lot I visited and ultimately bought my new truck from because I felt I was treated respectfully, processing was quick & felt they were honest throughout. Seems like they have new inventory every week as I went back with my parents for their new van and saw half the lot was different from 2 weeks prior.

Davey Hicks: Highly wouldn’t recommend. We bought a Nissan Pathfinder from them to find out they sold us a piece of junk. Was told by our warranty company as well as 3 different shops that they should have known there was a problem with my vehicle before selling it. Was told “can’t believe we’d buy something like that much less sell it to you” after receiving a call from their “trusted” shop who explained the condition of my vehicle to later be told “ well I’m sorry for you but good luck” very dishonest dealership who thrive on taking advantage would highly recommend taking your money else where!

Obytai: Sold us a car that in 3 months needs thousands of dollars worth of work. The current price of repairs are half of what we paid for the vehicle and have the real potential of going up in price. I should have known better when the Gentleman that sold it to us commented about if they had any guarantee of their product they wouldn't make any money. I guess that meant that the cars they sell are lemons and everyone would return them. RED FLAG. I know I am responsible but when you are desperate because you have your elderly parents you need to get to a bi-weekly infusion, you tend to wrongly put your trust in people. Stupid me. I saw a response from May Motors to someone else with a similar experience. May said this wasn't common but apparently it is. The staff seemed like nice people but I would not recommend them to anyone. Caveat emptor.
Julia Loya: *edited to add* we traded in the vehicle we purchased from May Motor pretty quickly (through no fault of the car or company, we needed something fast then were able to shop around and get a dream car) and so we called to request a GAP refund. It was taking a while, but we didn't have to call May because they were on it and taking care of things behind the scenes making sure the GAP company took care of us. I could not recommend this dealer any more. They are truly amazing in a world where used car dealers is a naughty word. Thank you for all your time and care!! Honestly one of the, if not the absolute, best car buying and after care experiences we've had!We live in NWA, but my husband found the car he wanted at May Motor Company in Springfield, MO. We called to ask what their financing options are since they aren't a large dealership and Mark was able to answer all our questions related to financing, being out of state and the car with ease and professionalism. We submitted our application online and Mark called back shortly after that with financing terms. We told him it sounded good and headed up to the lot. When we got there the car was ready for us to test drive. Mark went through the entire car with us and showed us everything about it. Financing paperwork was filled out and ready to go. We spent longer driving up there than we did at the actual dealership! They weren't pushy, they were super honest and friendly. And the car was priced right, disappointed I didn't get to haggle! Bonus points bc the owner brought their dogs in and my daughter got to pet them! Highly recommend looking at them if you are in the market for a vehicle!!

Jennifer Honeycutt: If I could give a 0 Star I would, I don't usually leave reviews but I am very disappointed with the vehicle I purchased. I was told all about how good this car was, and that it had been checked out and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it.... However not even a month after I bought it, had to have new cv joints put in it, I haven't even had it a year and I have had to have the transmission rebuilt, new starter, new brakes, new brake calibers, and when I was having them replaced they found that the front motor mount was broke completely in half.... And last night headed to church the front driver's axle broke completely in two!!! I have had nothing but problems with the vehicle I purchased and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE!!!!!

Benjamin King: Waited till after I was approved to tell me they had another buyer and sold it. We even offered a check of the full value to hold the vehicle till monday. Even after I informed them I was approved just needed paper work they still said no holding. Then they had me write a review to waive their $100 "dealer fee" before telling me all of the above. Honestly a disappointment.
