Zack Graves: They take their sweet time. Regardless if you are waiting or not. And for their over priced service you would think it included a dinner or at least not leaving greasy hand prints on the door, stearing wheel and center console. But no, they are just that boogie. Because of life, I had limited options this time, other wise there are cheaper options.

Lance Larkin: From now on I will do a full walk-around inspection of my truck before and after getting a free tire rotation. I'm almost thinking it will save me more money and hassle to pay the dodge dealership that does my oil changes and call this tire maintenance plan a mistake.Day 1 of getting these tires they did 2 things wrong, 1 in my favor. I asked for highway tires the accident put on hybrid. No big deal I liked the way they looked and it was a better deal. The other issues is the cracked my rim and thankfully they were honest and made it known and ordered me a new one.On the first rotation after 5k miles was up they put hair line cracks in the center of my rim chrome covers and didn't report it.The 2nd time I didn't notice any issues.The last time I was there about a week ago they left a cap off the driverside rear tire which I pointed out and the replaced easily and then later I noticed the rim cover was slightly pulled off, which again creates cracks and issues. But what I didn't notice till today from the moisture buildup in my driver side front lights wad the entire guard under neath my front tire was smashed in and torn apart, while also forced/tucked up into the engine bay in order to hide the damage done to it.I will never come back to this place and will be seeking compensation and repairs once I get some estimates.

Joann Boyce: Took our truck in for a tire rotation and when I left the shop the steering wheel shook like the tires were out of balance. Took the truck back and after they checked the balance told us we needed new tires, I explained that the truck drove smooth on the way there so I didn’t think it could be the tire and was not going to replace them because they weren’t that old. They just needed to figure out what happened to cause the issue. After some time passed Lo and behold they had used the wrong cone when balancing the tires causing them to make the truck shake when up to speed.No apologies were offered for their error by the sales person or the store manager on duty who I had been discussing the issue with.This is the second time we were told we needed to replace faulty tires at a substantial cost to us by Discount Tire.Makes me have concerns for being taken advantage of because we are senior citizens.

james lee: Employees were great entertainment... however they refused to put the correct tire pressure, (60 front and 70 psi rear) even after I politely told them the spec in my 2018 ford. It took them 2 hour to get 5 tires done (they were busy) I drove off worried my wheel might fall off. My tire pressure light was on for all 4 wheels after repair... now I have a vibration at 70mph likely they didn’t balance a wheel or two correctly. 2 of my wheels were damaged by there machine or employee. Bottom line if you need a used tire cheap this is the shop for you. If you have a $54,000 truck and want it right.. I’d look somewhere else. I won’t be back, I can’t trust them.

This lady is excessively combative, underperforming and aggressive for NO REASON. UNPROVOKED verbal abuse resounded while I was here. FOLKS... YOU DESERVE BETTER! The owner is UNORGANIZED and doesn't keep records, she takes the "show me state" moto to heart. You have to show her tangible written evidence of any transactions BUTTTT BUTTTT That is still questioned and even rebutted. Seriously, it's like WAY STRANGE. PRODUCTS (tires) purchased here are UNDER inspected and NOT often truly roadworthy. I am escalating the issues aforementioned and sales of DANGEROUS equipment ect to the DOT and other local officials as well as notifying prominent members of the transportation industry and adjacent fields and crafts. This business, This tire shop, is an active danger to the health and wellness of our community. I DO NOT want a vehicle near my family that has been serviced under the supervision of Jamie, ma'am please do better.

Maranda hoisington: I came in with bubbles in two of my tires and told them which ones. They took four hours and told me my front tire was fine to drive on (for now). I asked about the rear tire and they proceeded to tell me it was fine. I took him out and showed him the bubble and mentioned that my tire looked flat as well. He acknowledged the bubble in my tire but proceeded to tell me my tire is fine and it’s just how it is. Later that night I checked my tire pressure and it was completely flat. I proceeded to check all of my tires and not a single tire had the same air pressure.
Ron DePew: EVERY TIME me or my son have had our oil changed here we've gotten our cars back a quart low. We started checking our oil in the parking lot before we leave. I bought tires here and went back to have them rotated and balanced. After driving 100 miles I went back to have them re-torqued, as is standard procedure. This week I needed to take off a tire to replace a leaky wheel cylinder. This Big O location had torqued my wheels down so tight I could not get them off with a standard lug wrench. I struggled with a 24" breaker bar to get them loose. I have custom chrome lug nuts of which 4 were damaged from too much torque. When they are damaged and the chrome veneer comes off, it leaves you with a different wrench size lug nut that you can't remove with the OEM lug wrench. I re-torqued them all to spec and replaced the damaged lug nuts. They had left me in a state where I could never have changed a tire on the side of the road using the OEM lug wrench. NEVER GOING BACK.

Aquarian baby: I called to get a specific tire. They got it there on time. When I made my ticket I told them exactly what I wanted. I asked them if my tire was a white wall. They said, yes. I said, I want my white wall to show. Well, it wasn't. I purposely went to change out tires to have matching white walls. It was exceptionally busy on this day and I'm an understanding person but when you tell what you want and don't get it, It aggravates me.
Sena Lee: They only do inspections for walk-ins only, so I came to the shop right it opened at 7AM to avoid waiting too long. I was told the mechanics were not in the shop and that they won't be in until a few hours. They suggest me to leave the car in and pick it up later, but that didn't fit my schedule for that day. Told me to come back another day at 8AM where they for sure can get me in.Came back a couple of days later at 8AM when I was more free to drop off the car and had someone to pick me up only to be told they're too busy to help me.Why have your shop opened at 7AM when no one is there? Why suggest coming another time only to say no?Tried to be proactive by being early only to be met with mechanics who can't show up on time until 3hrs later. Then came in another day as suggested with a better expectation only to be refused service.Big o tire has been a Big O Disappointment.

Seems to be a disconnect between management and employees. Making an appointment seems to have a random effect. Their free inspection resulted in my air cleaner not being put back like it was. Prior appointment new tire was put on a rim after we all agreed rim was wrong. GREAT people on the friendly scale but need to work on shop to front communication and final check out.

Cathy C: Poor management skills, employee (female) was so lost I almost felt sorry for her, had to ask for help, when I asked her "Why did I make an apt at 11 am and it's 12 and you've still not even moved my truck" her only response was "we had a lot of walk ins" Yes, and do they come before clients who make apts, she stated NO but then called for help, seriously this place needs better workers or train them how to run the front office, people who make apts should get in close to their time if not be kept informed of the progress, never once was we talked to. Sad place never again and giving 1 star is a streach......

Helly Tial: These people did not deserved any recognition on anything. I left my auto back in May 30, 2022 for ignition replacement. I was only able to pick-it up today (Oct 6, 2022).When I went there the business owner “Garry Shidler” asked how I’m going to make a payment cash or card I told him card. He charged me $579.90, I told him “are you sure you’re not overcharging me?” And he said, well you know what I feel sorry that it took so long so you don’t need to pay me just take the car with you.When we finally went to take the car the license plate were gone both front/back and when I asked Garry where it went? He said “he don’t know, I’m not taking responsibility for this”.I told him well this is your shop- and it is your job to know where it went? I said, I’m going to call the police and file a stolen report, and he said well if you did that you’ll have to pay me? I was like what- 5 minutes ago you said I don’t have to pay it because you feel guilty that it took you for four months. Now you’re asking again? Sure, money is never a problem for me I’ll pay. I handed him my card, he said well I can’t accept card it has to be cash.So my brother went to the ATM, and got cash $600 and gave him, but he don’t even give us back the change. Garry Shidler is a liar and a thief! He did not deserve any recognition. I also send messages to city chambers.. Dude, this is not right! If you live like this your business won’t last.
Tim Handle: If you have nice rims don't go to this place and don't bother getting your tire balanced here I've lost 2 weights off my tires in the first 2 miles.. I only give 2 stars cuz they're cheap I guess you get what you paid for..

Jesse Brown: This past Monday (Columbus Day), I was in pretty dire need of tire replacement! My vehicle was on a spare, & another severely bald tire!Being a Monday, & recognized holiday, I wasn't expecting a lot in the way of options of businesses available to help in my situation. I took a gamble on Wilson Automotive, & I'm certainly glad that I did!! I had called prior to going over (their number easily located online), & spoke with a fellow named Matt. Really nice guy, & professional. He was able to quote me on a couple of things, but not on everything without seeing some of it personally. I understood. I asked how busy they were, & if he thought that I might be able to be fit in that day. He told me to come by in a couple of hours, & he'd do his best.I showed up about 10 minutes earlier than he had mentioned, but really only had to wait about 20 minutes for him to get to me. Great service! He addressed both of my problems, in about 30 minutes time! I should mention, he was doing everything himself, without any assistance or co-workers around. He took care of my problems, & had me underway spending less than I had budgeted in the first place! Highly recommended!!If you need tire service in a hurry, don't overlook Wilson Automotive & Tire. I'll bet they have something they can offer most anyone!

Joe Sainz: I showed up at 9:30 AM and it is now 11:24 AM and they still haven’t got my truck in for an alignment. Nobody told me it was going to take this long and now I have to leave after wasting two hours of my morning with no results. I would’ve waited, but it takes another hour just to align it. I wish somebody would’ve told me this before I wasted my day, very poor service. I will never return here again, and I will tell everybody to stay away from this place.
