Joe Sainz: I showed up at 9:30 AM and it is now 11:24 AM and they still haven’t got my truck in for an alignment. Nobody told me it was going to take this long and now I have to leave after wasting two hours of my morning with no results. I would’ve waited, but it takes another hour just to align it. I wish somebody would’ve told me this before I wasted my day, very poor service. I will never return here again, and I will tell everybody to stay away from this place.

Helly Tial: These people did not deserved any recognition on anything. I left my auto back in May 30, 2022 for ignition replacement. I was only able to pick-it up today (Oct 6, 2022).When I went there the business owner “Garry Shidler” asked how I’m going to make a payment cash or card I told him card. He charged me $579.90, I told him “are you sure you’re not overcharging me?” And he said, well you know what I feel sorry that it took so long so you don’t need to pay me just take the car with you.When we finally went to take the car the license plate were gone both front/back and when I asked Garry where it went? He said “he don’t know, I’m not taking responsibility for this”.I told him well this is your shop- and it is your job to know where it went? I said, I’m going to call the police and file a stolen report, and he said well if you did that you’ll have to pay me? I was like what- 5 minutes ago you said I don’t have to pay it because you feel guilty that it took you for four months. Now you’re asking again? Sure, money is never a problem for me I’ll pay. I handed him my card, he said well I can’t accept card it has to be cash.So my brother went to the ATM, and got cash $600 and gave him, but he don’t even give us back the change. Garry Shidler is a liar and a thief! He did not deserve any recognition. I also send messages to city chambers.. Dude, this is not right! If you live like this your business won’t last.
Tim Handle: If you have nice rims don't go to this place and don't bother getting your tire balanced here I've lost 2 weights off my tires in the first 2 miles.. I only give 2 stars cuz they're cheap I guess you get what you paid for..

This lady is excessively combative, underperforming and aggressive for NO REASON. UNPROVOKED verbal abuse resounded while I was here. FOLKS... YOU DESERVE BETTER! The owner is UNORGANIZED and doesn't keep records, she takes the "show me state" moto to heart. You have to show her tangible written evidence of any transactions BUTTTT BUTTTT That is still questioned and even rebutted. Seriously, it's like WAY STRANGE. PRODUCTS (tires) purchased here are UNDER inspected and NOT often truly roadworthy. I am escalating the issues aforementioned and sales of DANGEROUS equipment ect to the DOT and other local officials as well as notifying prominent members of the transportation industry and adjacent fields and crafts. This business, This tire shop, is an active danger to the health and wellness of our community. I DO NOT want a vehicle near my family that has been serviced under the supervision of Jamie, ma'am please do better.
Steve Flute: If this was for the mechanics, 5 stars, but the owner tried every which way to get out of using my warranty and treated me like I was trying to scam her the whole time. Three tires I bought here were bad within months. I was loyal to J&H and recommend it to friends before meeting the owner.

Prior to visiting the shop, I took the initiative to call ahead and inquire about the possibility of getting a vehicle inspection promptly. The individual I spoke to assured me that I would be able to do so. However, upon arriving, I found myself waiting for an excruciatingly long period of nearly two hours, with no inspection in sight. It was an absolute nightmare, and I left feeling frustrated and let down by the service provided.

Darrian Koch: Had a flat tire Stopped by they had a tire that fit While they were mounting told me the tire pressure sensor was broke and rolling around inside the tire Took to the dealer showed them the old sensor and they told me they don’t just fall apart and looking at the sensor it was broken off so I had to pay to have replaced
Jake Burch: I dropped my Honda off for a routine oil change and was told it would take around an hour. It took over two hours. The next day I needed to drive the car 200 miles to the other side of the state to sell it. I got about 30 miles down the road when I started to hear a rattling sound. I called the store and they said it was fine and to take it into the Farmington location (where my destination was) and show them my invoice. I got another 100 miles or so down the road when I started hearing an awful scraping noise. I pulled off the road and saw that my splash guard was hanging by a thread and had been dragging on the ground. I pulled into a local repair shop in the middle of nowhere and has someone unhook the last clip and store it in my trunk, saying the clips were not reapplied correctly after changing my oil. I went to the Farmington location to get the splash guard put back on correctly and had to wait another hour. This shop’s mistake added almost an hour to an already 3 hour drive and then another hour once I was already in Farmington. So all in all this oil change was a four hour experience. When I called back to let them know how it had progressed I was only offered the coupon that’s already available online to fix their mistake. 10/10 would not recommend.

HowTo: Thank you, T&W Tire!!!! I had a blowout on I-65 Southbound just across from the shop. My own roadside assistance company failed me and I called the name I could see from my spot on the side of the road -- T&W. It was 4:45 on a Friday afternoon, but they found one tire they had in the shop to fit my car, and put themselves in danger changing my tire on the side of the road. Impressive! They were kind and considerate, and the price was fair to boot. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you!!

Waited 1.5 hours and called back after hearing nothing. They advised me tech was checking to see if they had tire size I needed. Waited another 35 to 45 minutes and called back for the same info. The lady called the tech while I was on hold and then came back to tell me they didn't have my tire size. Not even sure that they checked. Bunch of time wasted on the side of the interstate.

Devon Dingman: 100% would not recommend. They do not stand by there work. Had work done by them and ended up losing a wheel and all the other lugs were loose causing quite a bit of issues and damage. Had them put steer tires on and they weren’t torqued to spec ( luckily it was caught after losing the other wheel or it could have killed our driver or someone else not to mention losing a wheel on highway already!). Great shop if you’d like to have someone hurt or possible killed from there lack of services. Sad because we have went to this location since before t@w took over the location.

Christopher Crowe: Absolutely slowest service I ever v experienced. I arrived with only 2 people in front of me and only needed 1 tire change 2 hours and 20 mins later it was done. Everyone was standing around talking the entire time. Absolutely pathetic!!! I will never go back
Beth Ware: Just purchased a couple of "matched set" used front tires. People were friendly but I didn't receive a receipt and when I got home I checked the sizes and they are mismatched. Guess that's what I get for trusting them to do a respectable job. My advice, if you shop here, always check their work.

Maranda hoisington: I came in with bubbles in two of my tires and told them which ones. They took four hours and told me my front tire was fine to drive on (for now). I asked about the rear tire and they proceeded to tell me it was fine. I took him out and showed him the bubble and mentioned that my tire looked flat as well. He acknowledged the bubble in my tire but proceeded to tell me my tire is fine and it’s just how it is. Later that night I checked my tire pressure and it was completely flat. I proceeded to check all of my tires and not a single tire had the same air pressure.
Ron DePew: EVERY TIME me or my son have had our oil changed here we've gotten our cars back a quart low. We started checking our oil in the parking lot before we leave. I bought tires here and went back to have them rotated and balanced. After driving 100 miles I went back to have them re-torqued, as is standard procedure. This week I needed to take off a tire to replace a leaky wheel cylinder. This Big O location had torqued my wheels down so tight I could not get them off with a standard lug wrench. I struggled with a 24" breaker bar to get them loose. I have custom chrome lug nuts of which 4 were damaged from too much torque. When they are damaged and the chrome veneer comes off, it leaves you with a different wrench size lug nut that you can't remove with the OEM lug wrench. I re-torqued them all to spec and replaced the damaged lug nuts. They had left me in a state where I could never have changed a tire on the side of the road using the OEM lug wrench. NEVER GOING BACK.

Aquarian baby: I called to get a specific tire. They got it there on time. When I made my ticket I told them exactly what I wanted. I asked them if my tire was a white wall. They said, yes. I said, I want my white wall to show. Well, it wasn't. I purposely went to change out tires to have matching white walls. It was exceptionally busy on this day and I'm an understanding person but when you tell what you want and don't get it, It aggravates me.
Sena Lee: They only do inspections for walk-ins only, so I came to the shop right it opened at 7AM to avoid waiting too long. I was told the mechanics were not in the shop and that they won't be in until a few hours. They suggest me to leave the car in and pick it up later, but that didn't fit my schedule for that day. Told me to come back another day at 8AM where they for sure can get me in.Came back a couple of days later at 8AM when I was more free to drop off the car and had someone to pick me up only to be told they're too busy to help me.Why have your shop opened at 7AM when no one is there? Why suggest coming another time only to say no?Tried to be proactive by being early only to be met with mechanics who can't show up on time until 3hrs later. Then came in another day as suggested with a better expectation only to be refused service.Big o tire has been a Big O Disappointment.

Dwayne Black: Ok so Big O reached out for a review so here goes. I have been there twice. Both times the employees were very friendly (5 stars to them). Seems to be a disconnect between management and employees. Making an appointment seems to have a random effect. Their free inspection resulted in my air cleaner not being put back like it was. Prior appointment new tire was put on a rim after we all agreed rim was wrong. GREAT people on the friendly scale but need to work on shop to front communication and final check out.

Cathy C: Poor management skills, employee (female) was so lost I almost felt sorry for her, had to ask for help, when I asked her "Why did I make an apt at 11 am and it's 12 and you've still not even moved my truck" her only response was "we had a lot of walk ins" Yes, and do they come before clients who make apts, she stated NO but then called for help, seriously this place needs better workers or train them how to run the front office, people who make apts should get in close to their time if not be kept informed of the progress, never once was we talked to. Sad place never again and giving 1 star is a streach......
