Any important business owner like myself would insure there vehicles have cameras to protect the driver, or in case of accusation to review credibility.
Kelly Wortham: May 16, 2023 Update: we've now used ACIS services numerous times and have sent countless friends and family members. None have been dissatisfied. Just today, I walked in to be greated by name after not being in personally for a few years. And after learning that there was nothing that could be done to revive my laptop, I got some good advice and some commiseration on a recent job loss. He even asked about my son who he remembered helping us build that computer for 3 years prior for Christmas. I'm telling you people - 5+ stars. Service doesn't get better than these guys. I was not happy with the results-but at least I had a working computer. It crashed again within days. I took it in to ACIS and they worked magic! It was restored to near perfect pre-crash condition. Kara Randy Kuhnel: Made an appointment with Ryan for a service call on our Samsung refrigerator (do not buy one, by the way). Temperature was at 52F. Tim was out the next morning while we were out of town (neighbor let him in), diagnosed the problem, quoted approximate total over the phone, had the parts with him, fixed and resolved in an hour, with a 90 day guarantee! Oh, and the total cost was exactly in line with the quote, paid over the phone and had a text receipt before we hung up. Dan Wills: Contacted Service Brothers for some service on a freezer in a refrigerator in my garage. Have used them before multiple times with no issues so felt comfortable using them again. Last Friday Tim the tech came out and looked the unit over. I was told it was a bad thermostat and they would need to replace. He picked up a new one and had it in within a hour or so it was replaced. For this I was charged almost $300, that I understood with the going costs for appliance repair. However, after the tech left, we noticed that the temp in the freezer was running in the 20s and not where we were told it should, at around 0 to 10 degrees. Thiswas after several hours, so I contacted the tech and was told he would return around mid afternoon on the following Monday. After waiting around the afternoon. I was then told he would be back after 5pm. He returned and told be he would return after getting a different thermostat, hopefully the next day to try to replace the one put in. On Tuesday, after not hearing anything from him I called and left a message, no reply. The next day I decided to contact the company and go a different route to see if I could get them to contact me and come out to change out the part. Was called back from another person but missed the call. Had to call back and leave a message. Since then I have called the company back a couple of times with no response yet. I am not happy with their lack of response. I was told that the part they put in may have been defective and bring out another, but no follow up yet. This was after I was told that they would be bringing out a different thermostat. At this point I have been waiting 4 days for the company's return visit with a different part to get the freezer down to an more acceptable temp to keep food frozen.Service:Freezer repair

Mel's Express: Kens Pc Service was a super! I was in desperate need of a working computer and needed to save all my applications and files from spilling coffee on my laptop. I am an over-the road truck driver that needed to use my computer to book new loads and to generate billing from the 3 loads that I had already hauled. So, I bought a new computer at Best Buy while on the road and proceeded with both computers to Ken by taxi after parking my truck at the truck stop.Since I was only in town for the day to make a single delivery and I still had frozen food for 2 additional stops the following day on my truck approx. 300 miles away. Ken upon hearing my dilemma, rescheduled 2 of his appointments to accommodate my time frame. He quicky recovered my data and backed it up. As my old computer drive was overheating. The new computer from Best Buy was defective straight out of the box.Ken and I searched in the area for another similar computer configuration, with no local stores having anything in stock for pickup. I was still in a severe dilemma with no working computer. So, Ken came to the rescue.He showed me 2 of his own personal laptop computers and gave me my choice. He sold me a wonderful computer at a very reasonable price. I absolutely love this computer. Ken got all of my software and data files loaded on it. As a bonus, he gave me a backup drive and the software to operate it at no charge, and only charged me a minimal fee for a several hours of his time. Ken even gave me a ride back to my truck to save me another taxi fare.I am so fortunate to have used his expertise, he is very accommodating, and knowledgeable. He was a “highway angel” for my business and saved me. If you are looking for the best service and expertise, Ken is a superb choice.
