Bonnie Francka: Great place! I needed a tire right away to get my truck home. They didn't have the tire I needed in stock but were able to locate and get the tire in less than 2 hours and installed it immediately.They are professional and friendly. I would certainly recommend them. Thank you!

Elijah Pitts: If you need tires, ALWAYS go to Mitchem! The folks there are some of the nicest people in this town, and I have always been treated with kindness and courtesy. They also know their stuff when it comes to tires. They are excellent at leak repair, and only sell and put on quality tires. Plus, unlike other shops in town, the folks at Mitchem will go out of their way to help you out and you can always count on a good experience when you do business with them. Thanks for doing what y'all do!

Head Rush: I have been a customer of Mitchem for over 20 years... This company will NEVER get my business again. They wouldn't pass my inspection because they said I needed a new wiper blade. Sam and Andy were both rude and condescending when I expressed my frustration. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.After reading the owner's response, he is LYING. I didn't cuss or throw a fit in front of his employees. He's grasping at straws trying to justify their poor service. Bottom line, something at this shop has changed and not for the better. Why would I give them my business for over 20 years and then suddenly turn into a bad customer that they don't want in their shop?Look at the OWNER'S responses in other reviews. He can't take any type of constructive criticism and refuses to apologize. I was wondering what happened at this shop and now I have my answer.
Tim Hood: Never fun to go out to truck and trailer and find a flat in the morning. I know that the guys at Mitchem will take care of me. Nothing but the nicest most professional staff. They have went above and beyond for me but I really just think that is how they do business everyday.
