Ashley Klover: Awesome ice cream just not enough to go with the stolen brownie sundae. I always order an extra scoop of vanilla ice cream, even if I have to put it in the ice box and save it for the next day. I recently tried the jackhammer but didn't like it as well as the sundae.

Lady at the grocery part was up there and checked me out with a smile and so kind. She always is. After that, I went to register and the manager was running around trying to take care of everyone. Turned in my order. Stood there and watched, it was crazy in there. But..... The staff being so short, was in all, very pleasant. People need to be patient. They're working while others won't. Keep it up braums. It'll be ok.

Wrong orders, VERY slow drive through, and I guess they weigh the ice cream now (according to the manager) instead of scooping two scoops like they've done forever. We just want what we paid for. If you need to charge more, then do it. You need new staff or better training at this location. That would help this store immensely.

Miss this place there milk shakes went down easy and felt great during chemo and radiation treatments for stage 4 throat cancer. The Dr's always asked what are you eating to maintain your weight so well. Braum's Milkshakes full of protein and high in fat just what the cancer patient needs. Who else can say there shake has helped to save someone life.
