Heather Eisenbath: These cookies are the BEST! They're not quite baked all the way and they serve them to you warm and gooey. They literally melt in your mouth! I didn't try their ice cream, but that would be yummy with a hot cookie.

And they DELIVERED! When the cookies go here they were still warm and the ice cream was still frozen. Highly recommended! Amazing!

Quality of the cookies aside it really bothers me when a company has a "were cashless" sign in the window but have no problem putting out a cash tip jar. If you want to promote this whole digital currency thing for whatever your reason is why would you want my cash tips? For that reason alone I'll never go back.

Elias Hopkins: I'm a celiac so it's difficult to find good baking that's not a dry rock or essentially dirt. This was not only extremely flavorful, but also super ooey-gooey. Genuinely one of the best cookies I've ever had. I would love it if they had more choices for dietary restrictions but a chocolate chip cookie is a good start. I highly recommend for any celiac or dairy free loves out there. Such a delight and definitely worth the extra money to not have to make it myself.My only two complaints are the lack of a search bar on the website. And only one gluten free option. But like I said earlier, it's a good cookie and I'll be buying there even if it's just chocolate chip cookies.

In addition, I feel as though the cookies are a little over priced, especially if you’re getting a cookie-wich. I don’t know if the price is enough to keep me from returning, but definitely makes me more aware of the product I’m getting.

I am driving an hour to get another tomorrow.

Sarah Fotopulos: The Gelato was outstanding with creative flavors and a good value for the money. However, the women's restroom was nasty! The toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months and the sink didn't work. A hand-lettered sign said to use the men's room or hand sanitizer, but no hand sanitizer was provided. I hope their kitchen is cleaner than the restroom.

A Shoe: Good variety of flavors. Lots of unique seating to choose. Super kid friendly! Board games to enjoy at all ages. Good place to sit back and relax with family and keep them entertained. Everyone ate the gelato so fast that I barely got a picture.

The bathroom signage is a pink ice cream cone and a blue ice cream cone (because we HAD to go to the pink ice cream bathroom). The bathrooms were clean and there were plenty of napkins. Very kid friendly! Their coffee isn't bad either.

The kids I had with me was not able to finish and we had to rush home so the ice cream didn't melt. Specailly with the bowl waffle cone. If your worried about a mess make sure to poke a hole in bottom so the ice cream so if it does melt that it doesn't over flow the waffle cone bowl.

BUT NOT THIS ONE!! They get enough traffic to need to make the ice cream frequently, so it was fresh (& the mix-ins as well). They actually train their employees to entertain you, too! Just like the old days... It was super delicious and fun! Thank you for the nostalgic and amazing Coldstone experience!

NoOne NoWhere: I messaged the Springfield page to ask that they consider adding gluten free options to be told "we already have some" and I mentioned that I talked to someone at the window and they weren't sure what was what and had to message the boss. The social media posts aren't cohesive across platforms with what is and isn't gluten free. I was told this person doesn't work there and no one that looked like that worked there. I know where I was, I know who I talked to. And being told I'm lying about asking about allergies is very heartbreaking. The principal is that getting defensive when a customer suggests maybe adding more gluten free, is not the move. Horrible customer service and to be told I'm lying on it top of it. They had to text their boss, which is who I talked to on Facebook. He would have those texts from my visit when I talked to the person he's saying doesn't exist.

This is an ice cream window without seating. Parking is roadside and sometimes it's a little bit of a walk. Doesn't matter if you are comparing it to other vegan ice cream or the best of dairy-made ice creams! If you're downtown, vegan or not, you have to try Sweet Emotion! Without a doubt, this is our go-to for sweet treats.

Jerrica Jenkins: Of course the frozen yogurt was great but the one star review is for how DIRTY the store front is. Every table and chair was sticky and covered in yogurt. Your shoes stuck to the floor. The bathrooms…were tragic. There was clearly throw up on the floor and in the sink. The two girls working were kind but were chatting behind the counter unless they were helping a customer. They could have been spending their time cleaning the seating area instead of making their own frozen yogurt bowls to enjoy. I’m embarrassed for the store owners and the staff. You shouldn’t feel like you need to wash your shoes and clothes after you leave from being sticky.

Sam Woody: I prefer getting charged by weight rather than cup size. I unintentionally spent $18 on 2 large bowels less than 1/2 full. I suppose I could have gone back and filled them up more but I don't think a 2lbs of frozen sugar water would have been a good idea. I got a little bit of all the fruit flavors and the strawberry and green apple tasted almost like they forgot to add the flavoring. I will definitely go back because I think options are limited in Springfield. I'll just be smarter. Also very sad they don't have an "original tart" flavor.

kelly Nicolas: Sydney went above and beyond at this store. I ordered Froyo for my husband and I and the Door Dash app changed their menu interface and we were not able to pick sizes of cups and each topping was an extra charge. This is atypical, normally you get to buy the size and add toppings for free. We were only allowed to buy 16oz toppings, but Sydney caught this error and sent the door dash driver on their way to buy time to call her manager, knowing the order was not right. Then she called me and offered all kinds of solutions. Literally best customer service. Since we were overcharged, she had another door dash driver lined up and on their way for us so the delay was minimal while she problem solved, and to even out the price difference, she upgraded us to the XL cups and added extra toppings. Sydney NEEDS/DESERVES a raise. Literally one of the sweetest hoomans I've been in contact with. Thank you Sydney! You need a cape! 🏼♀️

Katrina Rush: There are gluten and dairy free options. They really try to pile on the toppings. The staff are very considerate of children. It wasn't very busy even we went. It's definitely a fun little hangout spot if you want to give your children a treat or go out and chat with some friends for a while.

Stortz Wellness Intentional Living: Loves the place and the story behind it. Happen to pick up a small bar at the Laura Ingalls museum and loved it so decided to stop in. You can try samples of all the chocolate which is wonderful. Definitely some unique pairing and the gentleman helping us was so kind and appreciate that he told us which ones were his favorites!

Rich Feit: I've been buying Askinosie chocolate for years, from local stores and through mail-order. It's my favorite of all the many varied brands I've tried. Two of my favorite bars are the "70% San Jose Del Tambo, Ecuador Dark Chocolate Nibble" and the "Dark Milk Chocolate + Black Licorice". My family loves the "Coconut Milk Chocolate" bar and the white chocolate bar too (with and without cocoa nibs). The latter is made with goat milk, so it's different from white chocolate you might have had before, but delicious nonetheless. Highly recommended.

Richard Johnson: From 5 stars to 1 star I have had an issue in the past with ordering the C-Ration and the number of different origin bars in it. They currently have some with all 4 origins but they won't guarantee I will get one of those even if I call in to place my order. Customer service used to be great. Now it is a zero. Will use the gift cards I currently have and then never order from here again.
