Sarah Fotopulos: The Gelato was outstanding with creative flavors and a good value for the money. However, the women's restroom was nasty! The toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months and the sink didn't work. A hand-lettered sign said to use the men's room or hand sanitizer, but no hand sanitizer was provided. I hope their kitchen is cleaner than the restroom.

A Shoe: Good variety of flavors. Lots of unique seating to choose. Super kid friendly! Board games to enjoy at all ages. Good place to sit back and relax with family and keep them entertained. Everyone ate the gelato so fast that I barely got a picture.

They even put her smaller scoop in a bigger cup, per my request, so she wouldn't make a huge mess. I LOVED the chocolate chili flavor. The bathroom signage is a pink ice cream cone and a blue ice cream cone (because we HAD to go to the pink ice cream bathroom). The bathrooms were clean and there were plenty of napkins. Very kid friendly! Their coffee isn't bad either.

Nicolas Fickle: Yesterday around noon I visited this Braums. This was the first time I have ever visited a Braums restaurant so I didn’t know what to expect. My food tasted fine and my vanilla shake tasted good too. I’m going to write why I only gave two stars in just a second. While I was ordering my food the dark haired waitress employee yelled at me for no reason. All I was doing was looking at the menu. I was always taught while working at business that the customer always comes first and you should treat them with respect. My experience would have been 5 stars if everyone was respectful.

Kayla Barker: The driver was absolutely rude. Its the end of June and this was the first time an ice cream truck came down our road. We rushed outside and she drove by. We figured she just didn't notice so we got in the car and drove up to get her to stop. However she kept motioning for us to go around rudely. We eventually pulled in front and went up to the truck and she was getting off of her phone call and complained about doing so. She smelt like cigarettes, like she was smoking in the tuck while on the phone during driving.Then the whole time my child was choosing she was very short and rude to us. I have never had such trouble with a food service person before. This is unacceptable and inappropriate behavior for someone who works with children. Get better drivers.

The younger gentleman was rude and threw our money in our hand. When I told him I forgot something he rolled his eyes and got hateful. I might not go back if his there. BUT NOT THIS ONE!! They get enough traffic to need to make the ice cream frequently, so it was fresh (& the mix-ins as well). They actually train their employees to entertain you, too! NoOne NoWhere: I messaged the Springfield page to ask that they consider adding gluten free options to be told "we already have some" and I mentioned that I talked to someone at the window and they weren't sure what was what and had to message the boss. The social media posts aren't cohesive across platforms with what is and isn't gluten free. I was told this person doesn't work there and no one that looked like that worked there. I know where I was, I know who I talked to. And being told I'm lying about asking about allergies is very heartbreaking. The principal is that getting defensive when a customer suggests maybe adding more gluten free, is not the move. Horrible customer service and to be told I'm lying on it top of it. They had to text their boss, which is who I talked to on Facebook. He would have those texts from my visit when I talked to the person he's saying doesn't exist.

Doesn't matter if you are comparing it to other vegan ice cream or the best of dairy-made ice creams! If you're downtown, vegan or not, you have to try Sweet Emotion! Without a doubt, this is our go-to for sweet treats.
