Citizen X: Don’t expect any days off for over a year. Great pay and friendly employees, but you will get forced on so much overtime. Most people get burned out after 3 months because they force you to work 75+ hours a week on different shifts! The union contract is not worker friendly and only benefits you if you have been here for more than 10 years. If you are lucky to get a day off, you can’t plan anything because you will be on standby for every weekend and won’t know you have a day off until the day prior. Not sure how they are still in business due to all the grey areas they like to work in and the lack of management. Extremely disorganized and borderline unsafe.

Nicolas Fickle: Yesterday around noon I visited this Braums. This was the first time I have ever visited a Braums restaurant so I didn’t know what to expect. My food tasted fine and my vanilla shake tasted good too. I’m going to write why I only gave two stars in just a second. While I was ordering my food the dark haired waitress employee yelled at me for no reason. All I was doing was looking at the menu. I was always taught while working at business that the customer always comes first and you should treat them with respect. My experience would have been 5 stars if everyone was respectful.

The Dr's always asked what are you eating to maintain your weight so well. Braum's Milkshakes full of protein and high in fat just what the cancer patient needs. Who else can say there shake has helped to save someone life.

They also have a produce section like a grocery store. In fact, they even sell milk and bread. I haven't really seen a fast food restaurant like it across the country.

However, going to a Braum's in the evening or on the weekend has ALWAYS been a train wreck and tonight's trip did not disappoint. They never get your order correct...NEVER and their staff are immature and unprofessional, up to and including the "managers".  Many times they are worse than the minors they hire! I'm very disappointed and plan to call and let the store manager know tomorrow.... like it will help. They need these sub-par individuals to bring in the money. Who cares if a customer or two are unhappy and if they have to refund this or that. So sad! Now I sound like my folks complaining about all the "young people"!!!

The fries were undercooked, the chicken strips were more like chicken nuggets, the roll was cold and the gravy tasted like water with pepper in it. I had a sundae to help cope with this awful meal and that brought it up to 2 stars from a one star. This was also my first ever Braums experience. My friends all assured me Braums is typically better, so hopefully it was just this location.
