Eric Neill: My entire experience with the Spa Gallery was excellent. Before buying they were very helpful, informative, and the didn't use any pressure sales tactics. The purchase itself was very easy and met all my expectations. The installation was also very easy, on time, and quick. Since I bought my hot tub I have been learning how to maintain the water quality and they have been there to answer any questions that I have had. I would definitely recommend!

The saltwater system has allowed us to enjoy low-chlorine water without the smell and itchiness that comes from higher chlorine. Scott and Kelly were super helpful in the buying process. And Scott and Chris have helped me master how to maintain the hot tub (which is easier than I once thought). Just today they spent over 30 minutes giving me the latest information on best practices.

Kelly (and Scott) are both experienced and knowledgeable sales persons, who answered all the questions we had from electrical, how the spa functioned and features we were getting, as well as finding the right spa for our needs. The electrician recommendation was GREAT - prompt, informative and very detail oriented. No messy wiring or questionable installation of control panel with Trinity Electrical. Then came the installation crew....what can I say? Kelly and Scott have the BEST CREW EVER. Placement of Spa, set up and operation instruction could not have been better. Michael (one of the technicians)found a couple "missing clips" while running thru the operation of the spa (which we would not have found) and ordered replacements which will be installed within 3 days. These had no effect on the spas function and were really more cosmetic than anything. As I said, we could not be more pleased with the service we received from The Spa Gallery. Anyone can sell you a spa, and you might be able to save a couple dollars with a lesser brand, but if you want quality products, service during and after the sale, the Spa Gallery is your answer.

Also when I called to schedule they said bc I didn't have my gift card with me, they needed a debit card to hold the massage even though the massage was already paid for! Never again! Go somewhere else as this place is declined!

Cassandra Dodson: Very displeased with Grove Spa. I had received a gift card for my birthday last October and finally was able to use it as a first time guest. While waiting to be taken back, one of the girls was chatting with the front desk about how one of the employees decided to not come in even though she was in the parking lot, and her guest who was booked at that time had to come in and rebook. Just unprofessional to begin with. However the gentleman who provided my service was kind, he lacked any ability to massage. Honestly it was as if I had someone gently rubbing lotion in my skin for an hour. At most times while using one hand, he was barely moving my skin, and would stop and then move my skin again, and stop for a while and then repeat the process..it was more annoying than anything because at that point I’d just rather him not if he’s quite literally not applying any pressure at all. I wish I was exaggerating..there was zero pressure and I had talked to him about my shoulders and neck hurting which was what I was there for..I honestly felt like if I had looked up he would have been texting or drifting off. It was just strange. I’ve had massages is the past elsewhere so I feel as if I understand what it’s supposed to be like, however I could have put oil on my body in my own bathroom. I was saddened as it was my gift to start my 30s out relaxing and it was more effort to not get up and just say never mind to the service as it was such a waste of $90 and an hour of my time.. I just wanted to feel some type of massage/pressure on my body but he was barely able to halfway seem like he was interested in his professional at all. Hoping for a great experience and it was less than such. I had high standards and am saddened to not want to go back again..
Rachel Campbell: Love this spa and their services. I wish their rewards program was easier to earn discounts or services with. Otherwise, I really enjoy the atmosphere and the quality of services. Massage and facial were both great. They even accommodated my pregnancy with a prenatal massage and made sure I was comfortable.

Chase & Glory Bradfield: Called to get a couples massage for THIS afternoon. Instead of scheduling it for today, The person on the phone mysteriously scheduled it for a day two months from now. When we arrived today excited to get the massage today(because thats what we asked for), they informed us that our appointment is for two months from now, and not today. The lady at the front counter was a bit rude as well. Overall, poor customer service.

MaDi M: I'm a little late getting this posted. I visited Dharma on March 12.INCREDIBLE service. I felt right at home and totally comfortable with the women working at the spa. Being a larger woman always comes with a little anxiety about being massage tables and what not, but it was not a problem at all. My table was comfortable and my masseuse was wonderful. She made me feel so comfortable and my anxiety just went away. I did the girlfriends sanctuary with my family and we spent the whole day laughing with staff and just having a wonderful time. The Sanctuary package will get you a facial, massage, pedicure, and manicure. It's well worth the money. I am so glad I heard about this spa through my "friend at the circus." :p sending lots of love to you ladies if you read this! Can't wait to come back!

All of the ladies I interacted with were very kind and very welcoming. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted to do with my nails, and asked for a suggestion using fall like colors, and she came up with this cute theme! During my facial I got a lot of good advice on how to keep up with skincare, which was really nice because I didn’t know a lot about that. 10/10 great experience. Would recommend this place to anyone!

I’ve gotten 5 massages here and they were all clean, comfortable and relaxing.Last week I visited for my birthday and was offered a complimentary express manicure. It was a bad idea. The nail tech could have cared less about doing my nails. I felt like I was annoying her the entire time and she rushed to get me out of there. A final spray on my hands of some oil and ushered out without any dry time, 4 nails were destroyed just by trying to get my money out to pay. It was a sad ending to an otherwise great trip. Just because it was a free service I still expected it to be good quality. Nu Essence is GREAT for massages but maybe try somewhere else for nails.

Rebekah Cowan: Every time I've gone in to get a massage at Nu Essence Spa I've had the best experience. The masseuses always go above and beyond to make sure I am feeling great before I leave. I work a very physically demanding job where I often incur incur a lot of pinched nerves, muscle strains, etc. I've come in before with pinched nerves in my upper back and neck where I've been in pain for a week and haven't been able to turn my head to one side or the other without feeling sharp pain that brings tears to my eyes, and I've gone in before with these issues and every time the masseuses have been able to fix my pain in a 45 to 60 minute session, and I can't even tell where I was hurting before I went in. Talley and Rachel are who I usually have, and I wish I had been more complimentary to them after my session, but instead I was still waking up and drooling from finally having my pain relieved. I love it here and the staff are why I'll keep coming back and referring people. Thank you for all you do, sincerely.

I had a massage done by an esthetician asked for low back and glutes worked on and basically had my legs worked on for 45 minutes of the session. From my understanding estheticians don’t have the training or knowledge to be preforming massage services and it really showed within this experience.

Then I get a phone call the next morning (day of said double booked appointment) that the nail tech is out on injury and they need to cancel....well which one is it... am I double booked or is the tech out? Don't lie to your customers! Or at least get on the same page about the lie 🤥

Annette Laterra: All the times I have scheduled services here whether that be a massage or facial etc they have been fantastic. There are only two things that are keeping me from giving 5 stars. One is scheduling . Almost every time I call to schedule no one picks up. That being said they are normally quick and diligent to call back. This being 2023 though, I really wish they had a better answering service or better yet the ability to book your own appointment through an app!! My other comment is more of a PSA for others … I had a facial done not long ago and while that service was being done the aesthetician mentioned something that needed an extra service on my face (like a removal) and that I could get it done for an extra charge. Normally I would have probably said yes but being that I was seeing my dermatologist the next week I figured I’d wait and see if they would treat it. My dermatologist ended up telling me it was something else, not what they aesthetician said it was … and the removal process was different. I’m not upset at all that this happened but just thought it’d be worth mentioning in case someone else lands in my position during a treatment (FYI)

I have VERY deep scarring from acne and I asked her if she could be extra aggressive on those areas and she delivered to say the least! I 110% got my money’s worth and it wasn’t painful at all, like other places I have been. Not to mention she was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I absolutely will be back and I look forward to seeing my results long term!!
Claire Tuck: Jaydra at Acacia Spa is absolutely phenomenal! Truly, the best massage I have had. In previous massages I’ve had with other masseuses, I usually ask to work primarily on my neck and back for tense areas and then not be given that much time in the massage to fully work on those areas. I felt fully listened to when Jaydra asked me and she put ample time in trying to massage those more tense areas. Definitely will be booking another massage with Jaydra in the future!

So I made my second visit to do the same. I had to wait over an hour after my appt time and when i finally went back they told me they didn’t use dysport anymore. (Again after I sat there for over an hour) so the manager came and talked to me . (She seemed very professional) she told me that they can do Botox. She also said that if you used 50 units of dysport you will probably need 25 units of Botox. (You have to use about twice as much dysport to get the same effect. Well the nurse that was doing my Botox told me I’d probably need about 42 units of Botox. (I have been getting Botox for 8 years) I told the nurse that I never have had more than 20 units of Botox . She said “I can do that, but you won’t like it” I thought maybe she knew what she was talking about so I said ok. She also told me not to even call back for 7 days so I could see full benifits of the Botox” I’ve had Botox for so long, I can tell in 3 days what it’s going to look like, but I waited for day 7. I called and talked to a receptionist who was very polite. The middle of my forehead was flat but on both sides of the middle of my forehead were terrible wrinkles. It was hideous. The ladies at work noticed right away. Even my husband who never noticed when I got Botox said what’s wrong with your head?? So the receptionist told me she was going to have the manager call me. That was over a week ago. I spent 420.00 to look like this! I will not be returning here everService:BOTOX treatments

Kaylie Allison: I have been to acaica a few times now. My first experience was great, but yesterday I felt VERY INSULTED by my facial tech -Glenda. I went in yesterday for a facial and massage. My facial was good, but while she stepped out for me to get my robe on and grab me a glass of water I arrived at the hallway first. I overheard her talking to another worker about “how it was so gross because I had so much bacteria on my face.” I find that very rude and unprofessional, especially because it was not a cheap facial. Rd Hs: One of the WORST customer service experiences I have experienced with a company. To keep it short and simple, they do NOT respond back to emails (after they request one be sent to them for further information) and phone calls back. The serviceman, Lewis, was VERY rude and unprofessional once we called back the THIRD time requesting a response-- a THIRD time in THREE weeks. Will not recommend this business to anyone as no communication and rude attitudes will not be rewarded.

Cheryl Mitchell: YOU HAVE A CHOICE! There are numerous reputable pool and spa companies to choose from in the Springfield/Branson area, and this is not one of them. I’d give anything to have taken the time to read reviews before getting tied up with this unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest company. They were called for a repair that was NEVER MADE and sent a one-line invoice for more than double the hours they spent on the job over numerous visits. The hours they were there were mostly spent walking around, and even sitting in their truck in our driveway, in my opinion counting on us not being home in order to dispute the number of hours they should have billed. They finally gave up and left without making any sort of repair. Our first step was to try to have a reasonable conversation about the invoice amount, but the owner would not even speak to us. Customer satisfaction seems to take a backseat to egoism and defensiveness with him, which is a common opinion in other reviews written by their customers, and one that comes through in his "owner responses" to negative reviews. Disputing the bill resulted in the involvement of a collection company and threat of lawsuit—in my opinion, overbilling and subsequent intimidation is their M.O. and the method by which they remain in business. Save yourself now and call another company. I encourage you to read reviews before you hire anyone—there were several negative ones written for this company that reflected very similar experiences as ours, to the point that I would never have contacted them had I read them beforehand. Do yourself a favor and call someone else who actually cares about their customers. PS--zero stars was not an option or that is what they would have received.

Heather Brown: Everyone was so helpful in trying to find a new motor for my hot tub pump. Then tested the capacitor and found it as bad. Saved me$350 for a new motor i didn't need. After changing the capacitor the motor still didn't work . Called them back and Ed walked me through how to spin the motor manually to get it moving. Works perfectly. Would recommend them to everyone. Honest helpful knowledgeable people work here.

However, I have to give Mac five stars plus for his incredible service and care he gives my pool. He Is the most considerate, polite, knowledgeable, patient, service man and can be trusted fully. Mac you are incredible!
Sabbath Brake: We had an awful experience with this company. They opened our pool and we were supposed to be on weekly maintenance. They never came weekly. When we asked repeatedly about it, we were told to just deal with it ourselves the weeks they weren't here. We also asked that they let us know when they were working in our fenced in yard so we could put the dogs inside first. The response was that most customers just let them enter and leave freely because the dogs get used to them. We clearly stated we have multiple guard dogs over 100 lbs and they needed to let us know before going into the backyard. Never once did they follow that and multiple times I had to get the dogs inside after they freaked out about strangers coming into the yard. The company could not keep track of when they were at our property and on one occassion, treated our pool twice in one day because of that lack of professionalism and communication. When we finally did get to speak to a manager, it was just him blaming everyone else. He still wasn't sure of how many times and when they had treated our pool because according to him, the other employees are bad at their jobs and using the client systems. Despite us calling and repeatedly asking them to come out weekly, telling them it was becoming a health hazard due to mosquitos and frogs breeding in the water, there was no concern or rush to fix the issue. We went back to our previous pool company and ate the cost of several hundred dollars to get it cleaned and balanced again. A week after telling this company we did not want them to come back, we got a voicemail informing us that the almost $1000 part they ordered was in and asking if we wanted it installed at our next service date. Not once did they ask to order anything for us or say there was an issue with our system. It was simply a lack of service and work on their end. We have had zero problems with the other company and our pool is back to being brilliant blue and clear, no $1000 part necessary. There was no part needed, just proper maintenance. From beginning to end, this company was a nightmare to work with.
Lloyd Childress: The employee working today is the most unprofessional person I have ever experienced in customer service. We called to ask a few questions about hot tub operations since we bought one from there just a few weeks ago. The guy kept cutting us off and stated that they only provide initial instructions and that’s it. DO NOT BUY from these people.
Dave Waterfield: Rocky was a great person to meet, fasntastic to work with. He put at ease and made us very comfortable about my purchase. Great experience all around. We will be back anytime we need anything. Highly reccomend!

Kari Nimmo: Springfield Pool and Spa has the worst customer service I have experienced in awhile. We purchased a hot tub back in approx. Sept. 2021 and paid cash in full, received it in early 2022. We went in the store probably three times before anybody offered to help us, this is the only store locally that sells this brand or we would of went someplace else. We were told by Kevin that Bullfrog had a $500 rebate going if we purchased when we did and the rebate information would be given to us once it was delivered. Once we received the hot tub we then had to deal with DJ who assured us the rebate info. Would be brought to us with the delivery, it was not brought to us. We inquired kindly and DJ assured us he would get us the rebate info, then telling us we had to reach out to Bullfrog directly to get it. We sent bullfrog an email and they said Springfield Pool and Spa would need to get with the regional manager. After telling them this they again referred us to the bullfrog website for a military only rebate which was never at all mentioned. The day our hot tub was delivered it kept shutting off, we called to let them know, they told us somebody would be out to look at it and they did come look at it but are saying they found nothing wrong. Once we pushed again about the rebate we then received a bill for over $200 for the day they delivered it and they said they would come look at it. Horrible customer service and horrible is very generous of a word! We will never buy anything else at this location and we will spread word to everybody to go elsewhere around town!!
John Hougardy: Joe and Ed and DJ are amazing. They were able to answer all my questions and even solve an issue I had been having withy current hot tub. They went above and beyond service to help me out. You should buy a hot tub from these critically acclaimed, award winning hot tub experts.

Jonathan Nelson: Great store! The staff is knowledgeable and always friendly. They test your pool or spa water for free and give you a print-out telling you exactly what chemicals to add in the right order to get it balanced. I've been going here for years for all of our pool needs.
Bonnie Foster: We have been using them for our pool, chemicals spa opening and closing if pool. They had to come out 3 times last year but did make it right. This year they lost 3 employees, and cannot take care of loyal custo mers. I would suggest using someone else who treats employees well and pays well so they have staff at their busy times of year and dont push customers away.
Jeff Coambes: Bad company! The owner completely blew me off, I tried for weeks to get them to come out and fix my pump and the owner never call and he does the scheduling. I used them in the past and they screwed my stereo up. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt bc some of my good friends use them or should I say used to use them. We are all going to Seirra spa. I spoke with the owner and he was more than gracious to help me.
