Rd Hs: One of the WORST customer service experiences I have experienced with a company. To keep it short and simple, they do NOT respond back to emails (after they request one be sent to them for further information) and phone calls back. The serviceman, Lewis, was VERY rude and unprofessional once we called back the THIRD time requesting a response-- a THIRD time in THREE weeks. Will not recommend this business to anyone as no communication and rude attitudes will not be rewarded.

Cheryl Mitchell: YOU HAVE A CHOICE! There are numerous reputable pool and spa companies to choose from in the Springfield/Branson area, and this is not one of them. I’d give anything to have taken the time to read reviews before getting tied up with this unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest company. They were called for a repair that was NEVER MADE and sent a one-line invoice for more than double the hours they spent on the job over numerous visits. The hours they were there were mostly spent walking around, and even sitting in their truck in our driveway, in my opinion counting on us not being home in order to dispute the number of hours they should have billed. They finally gave up and left without making any sort of repair. Our first step was to try to have a reasonable conversation about the invoice amount, but the owner would not even speak to us. Customer satisfaction seems to take a backseat to egoism and defensiveness with him, which is a common opinion in other reviews written by their customers, and one that comes through in his "owner responses" to negative reviews. Disputing the bill resulted in the involvement of a collection company and threat of lawsuit—in my opinion, overbilling and subsequent intimidation is their M.O. and the method by which they remain in business. Save yourself now and call another company. I encourage you to read reviews before you hire anyone—there were several negative ones written for this company that reflected very similar experiences as ours, to the point that I would never have contacted them had I read them beforehand. Do yourself a favor and call someone else who actually cares about their customers. PS--zero stars was not an option or that is what they would have received.

Greatly appreciate doing business with them and DJ was amazing and very patient with me while getting my area ready. It was a great pleasure doing business with you guys.
Heather Brown: Everyone was so helpful in trying to find a new motor for my hot tub pump. Then tested the capacitor and found it as bad. Saved me$350 for a new motor i didn't need. After changing the capacitor the motor still didn't work . Called them back and Ed walked me through how to spin the motor manually to get it moving. Works perfectly. Would recommend them to everyone. Honest helpful knowledgeable people work here.

CS Lindsey: I have had my ups and downs with this company. Especially the young man who answers the phone. However, I have to give Mac five stars plus for his incredible service and care he gives my pool. He Is the most considerate, polite, knowledgeable, patient, service man and can be trusted fully. Mac you are incredible!
Sabbath Brake: We had an awful experience with this company. They opened our pool and we were supposed to be on weekly maintenance. They never came weekly. When we asked repeatedly about it, we were told to just deal with it ourselves the weeks they weren't here. We also asked that they let us know when they were working in our fenced in yard so we could put the dogs inside first. The response was that most customers just let them enter and leave freely because the dogs get used to them. We clearly stated we have multiple guard dogs over 100 lbs and they needed to let us know before going into the backyard. Never once did they follow that and multiple times I had to get the dogs inside after they freaked out about strangers coming into the yard. The company could not keep track of when they were at our property and on one occassion, treated our pool twice in one day because of that lack of professionalism and communication. When we finally did get to speak to a manager, it was just him blaming everyone else. He still wasn't sure of how many times and when they had treated our pool because according to him, the other employees are bad at their jobs and using the client systems. Despite us calling and repeatedly asking them to come out weekly, telling them it was becoming a health hazard due to mosquitos and frogs breeding in the water, there was no concern or rush to fix the issue. We went back to our previous pool company and ate the cost of several hundred dollars to get it cleaned and balanced again. A week after telling this company we did not want them to come back, we got a voicemail informing us that the almost $1000 part they ordered was in and asking if we wanted it installed at our next service date. Not once did they ask to order anything for us or say there was an issue with our system. It was simply a lack of service and work on their end. We have had zero problems with the other company and our pool is back to being brilliant blue and clear, no $1000 part necessary. There was no part needed, just proper maintenance. From beginning to end, this company was a nightmare to work with.
Lloyd Childress: The employee working today is the most unprofessional person I have ever experienced in customer service. We called to ask a few questions about hot tub operations since we bought one from there just a few weeks ago. The guy kept cutting us off and stated that they only provide initial instructions and that’s it. DO NOT BUY from these people.

Kari Nimmo: Springfield Pool and Spa has the worst customer service I have experienced in awhile. We purchased a hot tub back in approx. Sept. 2021 and paid cash in full, received it in early 2022. We went in the store probably three times before anybody offered to help us, this is the only store locally that sells this brand or we would of went someplace else. We were told by Kevin that Bullfrog had a $500 rebate going if we purchased when we did and the rebate information would be given to us once it was delivered. Once we received the hot tub we then had to deal with DJ who assured us the rebate info. Would be brought to us with the delivery, it was not brought to us. We inquired kindly and DJ assured us he would get us the rebate info, then telling us we had to reach out to Bullfrog directly to get it. We sent bullfrog an email and they said Springfield Pool and Spa would need to get with the regional manager. After telling them this they again referred us to the bullfrog website for a military only rebate which was never at all mentioned. The day our hot tub was delivered it kept shutting off, we called to let them know, they told us somebody would be out to look at it and they did come look at it but are saying they found nothing wrong. Once we pushed again about the rebate we then received a bill for over $200 for the day they delivered it and they said they would come look at it. Horrible customer service and horrible is very generous of a word! We will never buy anything else at this location and we will spread word to everybody to go elsewhere around town!!
John Hougardy: Joe and Ed and DJ are amazing. They were able to answer all my questions and even solve an issue I had been having withy current hot tub. They went above and beyond service to help me out. You should buy a hot tub from these critically acclaimed, award winning hot tub experts.

Jonathan Nelson: Great store! The staff is knowledgeable and always friendly. They test your pool or spa water for free and give you a print-out telling you exactly what chemicals to add in the right order to get it balanced. I've been going here for years for all of our pool needs.
Bonnie Foster: We have been using them for our pool, chemicals spa opening and closing if pool. They had to come out 3 times last year but did make it right. This year they lost 3 employees, and cannot take care of loyal custo mers. I would suggest using someone else who treats employees well and pays well so they have staff at their busy times of year and dont push customers away.
Jeff Coambes: Bad company! The owner completely blew me off, I tried for weeks to get them to come out and fix my pump and the owner never call and he does the scheduling. I used them in the past and they screwed my stereo up. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt bc some of my good friends use them or should I say used to use them. We are all going to Seirra spa. I spoke with the owner and he was more than gracious to help me.
