Didn't think much and took the leftovers home. I did notice one of the workers picking somthing small out of the food and throwing it away. Was fine all day till I ate it as a midnight snack. Woke up nauseated, diarrhea, and stomach bloated. Finally after being on the toilet for a good hour. I started throwing up. Haven't felt this way since the last time I got food poisoning.On a personal level I am upset. This place was the first place my husband I had our first date. I am really disappointed how it has gone down hill.

Shay Ashonte: Got the teriyaki chicken with rice and crab rangoons, there was a lot of grissle in the meat and it lacked flavor. The crab rangoons we're old and didn't seem warm or fresh. My stomach has been churning ever since. I've read a few of these reviews after yesterday's food and now I understand why, they used to be really good but the service has gone downhill. Deidra Rockers: PaChan's was parked out front of my job the other day, so my coworkers and I all got it for lunch and raved about it to our customers the rest of the day. We all got different stuff and all enjoyed! Been looking for really good Chinese in Springfield since I moved here a few months ago and this place ticks all the boxes for me! The general chicken has a kick but is quite flavorful. Very good rice as well. Definitely some of the best if not the best crab rangoons I've had as well. Will definitely be trying more from them soon!

matt austin: Holy smokes, this place was awesome. My wife and I decided to try it out since her favorite place (China Star) closed. She got the cashew chicken, and I got the orange chicken. I love the fact that the sauce comes on the side, especially since we took it home; the chicken didn't get soggy. The rice was good, no complaints. The egg rolls we really good too. I did see in an different review that the spicy really means spicy. The orange sauce had a kick, so I would drown the chicken in it if you're sensitive to spicy things. Don't get me wrong, the orange sauce was great, just dont be surprised with things being spicy.We definitely will be back, and very happy we tried this place out!

Logan F: If you’re looking for the best Chinese food in Springfield look no further!I I ate her tonight and got the cashew dinner, The chicken isn’t chewy or stringy cheap chicken like most places in town and it is always hot and fresh, the Rice is just the perfect texture and never dry, the sauce is my favorite part they serve it on the side and it is perfect for putting on your cashew chicken or I also use it to dip their delicious egg rolls in. Two ate for under $20 by the way!! 10/10 recommend. Was going to post a picture but it looked/smelled too good so I dove in!!

Ash Espayos: I ordered an Xtra spicy Kung pao beef combo for my husband and a regular orange chicken combo for me. They gave me spicy orange chicken! So spicy I couldn't eat it. REDICO: Visited New Oriental almost weekly while working in the area. Food quality and quantity is very consistent. Employees are attentive and practice good housekeeping and food handling. Good value for your money.It is not the largest of dining rooms (@ 50 customers max.) Quite often customers in adjacent booths and tables will interact throughout their meal due to the intimacy and casual nature of the dining room.

elysha mcadoo: So disappointed. They used to be my go too order for Chinese delivery as we are just outside of town. The egg drop soup was a favorite until today. Our order was correct, but not as good as it has been. The egg drop soup was just wrong. It tasted un seasoned. The crab Rangoon was half burnt and pretty un stuffed. Our mains, an orange chicken and cashew chicken, were dry in the meat and soggy in the rice. Even our side of low mein noodles was under sauced and bland. Overall it was way below our expectations and super disappointing. I didn't even get any soy sauce on the side (after asking for extra). I don't know what changed, but hopefully for the other regular customers they figure it out. I know it will be some time before I give them a chance again.

Not great but at an okay level.0 Star for the service quality.For whatever reason, they never have enough servers, thus the food is always served slowly. For those with jobs who just have an hour for lunch, this is not the place to eat. I know that, so I started getting pick-up orders instead. Also, whenever I placed a pick-up order, I always called at least 45 minutes beforehand to confirm.Unfortunately, at least 6 times out of 10 they have made me wait an extra 20 minutes or more for a pick-up order. The last time I made a pick-up order for two meals, they estimated that it would take 20 to 25 minutes which was totally fine with me. And when I came in to pick up my food, I was already 10 minutes late.Guess what? The food wasn't ready yet. We had to wait there because my sister had already paid for the food. Another 35 minutes passed. It seemed that they did not make our food until we showed up... And an important note, the dine-in at the time I came in was not busy at all. It was kinda dead, and I saw no dirty tables left so I figured it might have not been even busy there before I came in. So we waited an hour for a two-meal pick-up order.I would have not minded if they told me to pick up my food an hour later while they were on the phone with me. I just hate that they always make me wait an extra 20 minutes or more (like this time, 35 minutes) when I already arrive. This shows that they have ZERO RESPECT to their customers and their customers' time. Also, they never apologized to me when making me wait that long. The chef/owner always looks very unfriendly and grumpy.I used to work at several restaurants and I understand that sometimes, things may get crazy and you cannot satisfy every customer, and unpleasant moments may happen. But this has been a pattern and becoming very unacceptable.Another thing that I am concerned is that kids running around in the kitchen. Like little kids around 2-3 years old. Thats not safe.I had been a frequent customer and even referred this restaurant to many other people I know. Now not anymore. Richard Dickerson: The best Chinese in town. Free all-you-can-eat soup with dine in. All the entrée seem to range from $7-9 for the regular and $10-12 for the large. Good egg rolls and crab Rangoon. Had the house lo mein, happy family, general chicken so far and all were made fresh and hand very nice portions. The soup isn't the best I've ever had but it isn't the worst either. You can eat good food reasonably priced and served fast and hot.

Meagan Neal: This is my favorite place to get Chinese, hands down. It's always hot and fresh, and the flavor is pretty amazing too. (That's a hard combination to come across with this type of food!) And now, as if you'd need another reason to eat here (I didn't), Skiler is working nights and he's the best! I went in to pick up my food and we started chatting, by the time I left it felt like we knew each other for much longer than five minutes. Super friendly, and that's much appreciated. Alex Spalding: Favorite Dish: Cashew ChickenCanton Inn is the place I remember most for being voted best Cashew Chicken in town on a consistent basis. I wouldn't say it's THE best, but it's up there, top 3 for sure. It's a great option if you're trying this local classic and want have the gold-standard experience. The cashew sauce has excellent flavor, hewing close to Leong's original recipe I believe. Canton Inn or Leong's both tend to be the places you take someone who's new to the area to try Cashew Chicken for the first time -- in fact, it's Canton Inn most often due to it's convenient location close to another local must-have experience, Bass Pro Shop. It tends to be busy as a result.

Yana Bary: I get inflation is bad but maaaaaannnn…I ordered a spicy chicken and what I got was lots of ONIONS with 3 tiny STRIPS of chicken!!! I literally had to dig in to find some chicken…even though the sauce tasted good it would not trump quality and quantity of meat. Also, this is the only place that gives you one box of rice for two people. Very disappointing first experience.

RipVanAllan 1983: I was told about how this place served authentic Chinese food and I wanted to check them out. I ordered the Chef Special Bourbon Steak with Fried rice, Pork Intestines with Onions and the Pot Stickers. I loved all of it, there is some spice to the Bourbon Steak from the pepper in the dish and the Pork Intestines had red pepper in it. Overall I liked both dishes, and I loved the Pot Stickers, they were my favorite of the three. I will be back to try more authentic Chinese dishes.

Dewayne Wade: My wife Googled top Asian restaurants and off we went. It's kinda a hole in the wall in what used to be an upscale area. I love General Tso's chicken. I got the large for my wife and I to go. There was about a cup and 1/4 or 1/2 of fried rice and 2 crab Rangoon included. I'm all about the sauce, and I loved this sauce....color, taste, and texture....oh I won't forget "amount" ! I have to have enough extra sauce to sop up the rice.
