E Wood: my experience with this guy refers to a VA referral for shoes to correct a leg length discrepancy. i went to this guy, got two pair of shoes, and for the first time in years, could walk mush better.problem is, 3 months later, the soles were wore off. i called the guy, who told me to come back and he would replace one pair of shoes "at his expense" so i got another pair in a couple of weeks.3 months later they were wore away.i went to the VA, with the shoes. they sent me to another place in town. i got quality shoes, that have lasted me over a year.THIS GUY IS RIPPING OFF VETERANS!!!!

Sorry we didnt get a name and cant see one on receipt but many thanks for your patience, we do mess around with each other a lot it makes us happy but im sure can be annoying for others :) We shop once or twice a year for work boots because he is so hard to please, but he loves the 'vicious gtx,' boots.
Mikhayla Higbee: I needed a pair of hiking shoes for a hiking trip coming up, but also wanted to make sure that they could be multi-functional for on and off the trail so I can get the most value from a new pair of shoes. When I spoke with the salesperson over the phone and in-store, she was very friendly, knowledgeable, and understood what I was looking for. Although Plaza Shoe Store has pricier shoes than other places in town, the shoe brands they offer are high-quality and worth the money, and having someone guide you through a list of options is way better than dealing with the frustration of online shopping alone. Thanks to Plaza Shoe Store, I found a very cute and durable pair of Salomon trail running shoes in my favorite color, which I can't wait to wear to my upcoming hiking trip and wherever life takes me next!

Peace Haugh: I hate shoe shopping because I have huge feet for a woman, but I absolutely loved this store! The salesperson who helped me was so friendly and super helpful! From my experience in having big feet most shoe stores don’t carry my size and when I ask the associates either give me a judgy look or are annoyed that they have to go to the back, but the lady who helped me today was definitely not any of those things. She brought me out like 7 pairs of shoes to try on and then when I found one I liked she went back again to see if there were more colors. The shoes were expensive, but just the whole experience and finding good comfy and cute shoes really is what made me buy. 10/10 will buy from here again!

Marvin Marshall: Been waiting a long time for my prosthetic. People are great the wait is so great.
Chloe Bell: Overall not a bad experience but some unfortunate hiccups. Arrived for my 8:30 appt a minute late because I had trouble finding the building. Sitting in the waiting room I could hear the staff talking about me and that was uncomfortable. I walked in the building at 8:31 and wasn’t called back until 9:16. Once the appt began I was very pleased with the service, just wish that time management was better.

My diabetic shoes and inserts are very good quality and feel soooo good The style and color are really cute.
