Roberto Hernandez: I grew up in a South Texas boot and shoe repair shop. Tom is a pro, no question about it. I’ve lost count of the many boots he’s repaired from my valuable collection.. if it can be done he’ll let you know and if not, he’ll let you know as well. His quality of work is solid.

I came in a week later on Thursday and, they could not find my boots as I was looking around I saw my boots sitting on their shelf for sale and the repairs where not even done. As I walked to the counter the guy hollers in the back and says I found his boots. He looks at the tag and says I have not had a chance to fix them, he looks at the tag and says well it said they would be ready today But I'm going to need another week to fix them. Never will I do business here again. Not to mention this business is filthy and very unorganized.

Cody: My boots sole blew out. I called them asked if they were still under warranty(I couldn’t remember when I bought them). The man on the phone looked my account up, said yea they are still covered . He then ordered my replacement boots. I waited 3 weeks. Got a call saying my boots were ready to be picked up. Went to pick them up, old boots in hand and now they say they’re out of warranty. They got a manager to come over to “see what he could do”. Which was absolutely nothing. I wasn’t mad they were out of warranty. I was mad I was informed they WERE still under warranty and waited 3 weeks for a replacement under the impression that I was getting boots today. so I drove an hour and half to their store. It’s ok. Went to hard hat gear, and wasn’t lied to and the lady that helped me was super nice and knowledgeable. I have wore redwings since I was 8 years old. Never again so here are the ones I got today from hard hat.
Kiana Prince: Searched forever for a pair of rose boundary Mocs for women in size 7. This store had one of the last pairs, and when I called they found them and instantly shipped them to me. I had them in 4 days. The customer service was impeccable. Kate was so incredibly helpful and kind! 100/10 would buy againPosted this before opening my package 😅 *Did notice I didn’t get moctoes.* so that’s a bummer. Got round toes instead. Will be calling to see if they have the Mocs and just accidentally sent me the round.

Robert Duncan: Came in with a work voucher and at first they were helpful and friendly but after my initial pick i found out voucher had some restrictions i had some trouble finding something comfortable and affordable and thier selection isnt that large even without restrictions and I eventually settled for mediocre comfort but I was called difficult upon exit. I wasn't trying to be difficult i had a pair all picked out once but with the restrictions made it much harder to find something i could found acceptably comfortable and not braking my bank as any balance over the voucher is my own money and your selection isnt cheap. I know the restrictions arent your fault and im sorry for getting frustrated but felt like hearing this was crossing the line. One thing is for sure though if my workplace issues another gratuity or not this wouldn't be the place I would find myself going too again if given a choice. Mostly because it really wasn't worth it even though i had a gratuity covering a significant portion of the bill i still payed more than i might of just getting a pair from a retail store. Other than that its a decent enough place.

George stojanovich: Not a very big selection. Both visits I made just one employee there busy with someone and didn't even acknowledge my presence. I left after someone walked in and they said hi to them and said to them I'll be with you in a minute after I was standing there looking at their boots being ignored for 10 minutes. Not coming back.
Brad Davis: I took 3 pair of red wings. They get oiled regularly on 10/08/22 took them in, 1 pair never got oiled another pair of lace up boots got oiled and new laces, haven't worn them in 2 months but they still got laces. 3rd pair is a toss up on weather they got oiled. You buy red wings with the promise of this service. I will continue to wear red wings but will NEVER buy from this store. If you're asked to leave your boots don't, stay and make sure it's done right. This store was always great until the last few year's. I work in my red wings not just wear them because it's cool. Update on 10/22/22 red wing calls, leaves msg asking if I'm the correct Brad as they have a few in the system. The msg stated they would like to make things right even offering free stuff. I call back they knew it was me I ask for the gentleman that left the msg belive his name was calab they said he will call me back. I'm still waiting for the call back.

When I spoke with the salesperson over the phone and in-store, she was very friendly, knowledgeable, and understood what I was looking for. Although Plaza Shoe Store has pricier shoes than other places in town, the shoe brands they offer are high-quality and worth the money, and having someone guide you through a list of options is way better than dealing with the frustration of online shopping alone. Thanks to Plaza Shoe Store, I found a very cute and durable pair of Salomon trail running shoes in my favorite color, which I can't wait to wear to my upcoming hiking trip and wherever life takes me next!

Peace Haugh: I hate shoe shopping because I have huge feet for a woman, but I absolutely loved this store! The salesperson who helped me was so friendly and super helpful! From my experience in having big feet most shoe stores don’t carry my size and when I ask the associates either give me a judgy look or are annoyed that they have to go to the back, but the lady who helped me today was definitely not any of those things. She brought me out like 7 pairs of shoes to try on and then when I found one I liked she went back again to see if there were more colors. The shoes were expensive, but just the whole experience and finding good comfy and cute shoes really is what made me buy. 10/10 will buy from here again!
