Rose Marie: If I could put less than 1 star I would. Have had people come spray 4 separate times for bed bugs. There’s now roaches everywhere from people moving in. I’ve yet to get some paperwork I need and they’re very unprofessional when I have an issue in my apartment it takes them days to come to fix anything and then when it is fixed there’s a mess left behind for me to clean. They changed out some fiberglass in my bathroom and instead of cleaning the particles up they left it so when I walked around barefoot I got it all over my feet. The heat is on and it’s over 85° on my floor and it’s at least 75° on the first where the office is. It was warm outside and instead of turning it down they turned it up! Im unhappy I’ve not even been here a year and I know I’ll not be renewing the lease and I am looking for another place

Tim Sharp: They kept me informed throughout the whole 2 year process. They called and sent letters and requested lots of documents I had to track down. They helped me if I needed advice anytime I needed it. They were very helpful.

a hager: horrible. they aren't friendly or accommodating at all. they have undersized A/C units and it is a hassle to have them fix anything, maintenance is nice but the employees have been nothing but rude and disrespectful. it seems everything is a battle with them. I don't recommend at all, i have lived in these unit for awhile and from what i have experienced (and many others that i have talked to) this is not a place you want to live unless you like to be treated with attitude and with disrespect.

Jill Jones: All in all they do a good job. They have always been good about keeping me informed about what's going on. Until a few days ago everyone I had dealt with there was pleasant and kind. Most of their employees still are. It's a good program that keeps a lot of people from being homeless.But, heads up: I recently called to reschedule an appointment for an inspection. I was expecting to talk to Wanda who was always nice as she could be. Instead, I got a woman who I'd never talked to before-I don't think it's necessary to name names-and was completely caught off guard because she was hateful, condescending and accusatory to the hilt. The letter she sent had a snotty, combative tone too.I want everybody else to be forewarned because, like me you're probably used to talking to people there who are are polite and helpful. But there's a bad apple in the bunch now so don't be caught off guard like I was.I

Beverly333 Perkins: I lived in Heritage a few months and I have a dog that I have to take out and yard is not lit very well especially if you are going out at night and you're elderly. No security to make sure you are safe even during the day we had a lot of people who would hang out on property and they were allowed to be not safe. Went to take my dog out before going to church at 9:30 and there was a home-les person with bike in the foryor not very secure and cars have been stolen out of parking lot need to have places watched not want to be security people on property who do nothing.

Elizabeth McGinnis: I have lived here for a year now and still doesnt feel like home, it feels more like a prison. The roaches are taking over. They dont want to get rid of them they just push them back for a little while. The cops do really like this place, they're here almost every night. The management has no intent on working with you if your rent is going to be a little late they just stick a note in your door saying you have till a certain date to get it paid or leave the premises. There is so much i could put on here thats wrong with this place but i would be here all day/night.

Laurie Rippee: worst complex ever. It is run by Seargent Susie McDonald. They enter your apt anytie they please and the management company does not return calls or try to help you at all. It does not feel like a home at all. She thinks its a marine boot camp and not an apt complex. She discriminates on a personal basis. It was not so bad until she came along. They bring dogs in to search once every 3 months. She does not like children at all.

They have a section 8 program here and will tell you your on it when your not and make you pay back ALOT of money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! THESE APARTMENTS ARE NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!

brandon durham: My wife and I lived here a while back with our 2 young sons. We lived here about 9 months.The home itself was considereably nice considering it’s low income. Large bedrooms and ours was one of the lucky ones who had a dishwasher. Had washer and dryer hookups which was amazing. The management straight off the bat was a problem for us. Heather was very very nice and respcetful. Debbie was very rude and unprofessional. She treated us as though we were beneath her and she was better than us from the get-go. We stayed to ourselves and a lot of the other tendents did too. However there were alot of them that did not and were able to just let their kids and guests run wild but because they were a “favorite” Nothing was done. One woman who I was told lived there for years had like 4 kids who were always outside without supervision and we’re extreamly rude to any other kid trying to play at the playground. We found a used needle at the playground at one point and a knife in the parking lot by the playground. There were domestic violence calls on the regular. Not at all a safe environment for any children ever. The place was “ok” when we needed it and times were tough. We were glad we had somewhere to live. Needs to work on management and cutting down on crime and talk to people about having unsupervised rude kids running around.

Shawn Miller: This place is a joke!!!! So this place is owned by the kitchen but ran by Sustainable Management. They have gone through TWO property managers in the last year... both were fired by the way. The last property manager ERIN actually had my sister's electric and water transferred back into Beacon Village while going through the eviction process, which is ILLEGAL by the way, because Sustainable Management doesn't know how to properly train property managers and will hire anybody off the street. The new property manager even said that ERIN should not have done that and transferred the electric back into my sister's name. It's funny how they didn't renew my sister's lease, but like someone else I know personally that lives there they renew her lease every year even though she shoots up heroin and lost her kids. So yes, if you like to shoot heroin and do drugs, then this is the place for you because your lease will always get renewed. Oh let's not forget ERIN'S (ex property mgr) personnel friend that she got up in here... I was visiting my sister one day and seen the SWAT team roll up to her house. I have retained an attorney for my sister for Beacon Village illegally taking the utilities out of my sister's name while she was still living there. I was always at my sister's duplex fixing stuff for her because maintenance would NEVER come out and repair problems. Upstairs toliet didn't work for a year. I had to repair numerous leaks in the ceilings from pipes leaking, ect ect. Maybe that's why they fired the maintenance guy when they fired ERIN a month ago. Sustainable Management you all need to get your act together because honestly, I wouldn't let you all manage my 6 year old daughters lemonade stand she has in the front yard. The Kitchen will be notified by me, an attorney, and some other people well known in this community about the incompetency of your company running an apartment complex. You people are ruining that place and someone else seriously needs to step in that actually knows what they are doing.

Ralphie Saeed: Tenant rules are focused on keeping the venue looking to a certain standard, and may not work with your idea of acceptable situations and conditions. Be aware of this expectation if you chose to rent from them.

Pam Wilson: Clean, quiet neighborhood tucked off of West Chestnut Exwy. Trees and a community garden. Children's playground on site. The staff provides parties and get togethers on special occasions. All apartments provide washers and dryers and utilities are included in rent. Available to low income through The Kitchen. Most apartments are fully furnished.
