They are always professional, on time, provide the freshest/beautiful product and are an absolute joy to work with!I like giving flowers to family and friends and I only purchase from Lilly’s! You should absolutely give them try the next time you need a beautiful flower arrangement.

They are really awesome with arrangements and helpful if you want to swap something out or replace a broken flower for any reason. Conveniently located where you also shop for groceries! Even though they had been slammed with business, the employees here took the time to deliver the gifts in their own car at the end of the day. My relative really enjoyed the balloons and loved the red velvet cake from the bakery. I really appreciate the effort taken by the workers at Lilly's and the Price Cutter bakery.

Crystal Dettmers: My husband ordered a "Fire (red) Azalea in a Stoneware pot" for me. It was to be delivered to my work on 2/13 or 2/14. I received a pink wilting azalea in a tin container. And, it was delivered to me on 2/14 at 5:05 pm as I was leaving work. We will not be using Lilly's in the future.

lisa enos: Placed an order that they told me they could do. Showed up and wasn’t done. Made an excuse of why they could do it with the flower…too big. I went somewhere else with same flower had no problem. They acted t like they just didn’t want to bother with it instead of trying.
Rick Lee: I placed an order over the phone with Amanda and she was very pleasant and helpful. Later, when it became apparent that the flowers weren't able to be delivered that day due to incorrect information from me and the hospital, she was even more kind when she assured me that they would be delivered the next day at no additional charge. I also appreciated the delivery guy, Mike, letting me know that he hadn't been able to deliver them and why. As a bonus, and maybe most important of all, the flower arrangement was beautiful.
