She even gave me cheaper options when I sent here a picture of the bouquet if I wanted any more expensive flowers taken out and replaced with something cheaper, but still just as beautiful! If you are getting a bouquet keep in mind they are heavy so you might not want a huge one.

I could have done that myself at HyVee for half the price or gotten a full dozen in a vase with baby's breath for $55. I wanted and asked for something spectacular.

Autumn Harris: Not a good experience at all! Me and my fiancé set up a consultation for our wedding. The owner showed up 30min late and was hungover. She asked odd questions that had nothing to do with our wedding. Then she sent the invoice 3 days later the she originally told me and my name was spelt wrong.

Lisa Jameson: A $91 arrangement was a clear glass vase a couple of carnations stuck inside with a bunch of greenery filler & a ribbon tied around it. Not only did it look cheap & childish the main greenery to give the arrangement height was broken. I would have taken it out but that was half of the arrangement. Very disappointing & a real embarrassment compared to other arrangements. Lost my business.

Lawrence Coffey: Valentine's day came a day earlier than I was thinking and had me in a jam. I tried my normal (go to) sites to get flowers delivered and couldn't get my orders to even process ! I found Orchard Hills, placed my order online with absolutely no problems. I received a phone call shortly after to tell me I forgot to fill out a the card. Maureen was very friendly and helpful when I told her I was leaning toward a cross easel of prominently red flowers and she was writing up my order but did happen to ask if there was a possibility of her church or other family member wanting a cross also. I said her church might send something like that. She then mentioned they have urn sprays available which seemed more personable to me. She took the time right before closing to rewrite the order for me which I totally appreciated her patience she had with me. The service has not been scheduled but I totally trust it will beautiful!

Susan Edgar: My Mother died in Texas last week and was buried in Springfield MO on Tuesday May 10th. Her favorite flowers were Iris and Ryan at Linda's said on Monday that they were getting in some Iris on Tuesday morning and they could deliver them to the graveside ceremony. I wanted to have a fresh floral arrangement for her and they did a beautiful job sending me pictures ahead of delivery and having the delivery driver call me. I highly recommend this company and their customer service.

I ordered online because I didn't have the time to stop by. They called because the specific roses I wanted were out of stock. I explained the situation and they said that they had just the thing. They killed it, 100%, these roses might be the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen. I am not even exaggerating when I say they have the colors of fresh nectarines. Beautiful!

I walked into this store and, with tears in my eyes, asked for help. The girls were so helpful and understanding. I picked out the flowers, and they put ribbons on them for me. Kristen Farr: I always go here for my fresh cut stems. They have the lowest prices and best selection. You can't beat the prices and friendliness of the staff. They also have punch cards if you frequent.
