Matthew Hanson: I ordered 3 deliveries over 2 days. All 3 deliveries were incorrect and the delivery driver called me several times because she had a difficult time delivering all 3 orders. At least the store workers were accommodating after I let them know they made an error, just frustrating that every order had an issue.
Mandy Mackey: Mother’s Day Fail!My daughter ordered a platter a week ago for a pick up today. Went in at the time she was given for pick up. Was told to come back in 45 minutes it would be ready by then. she drove around springfield for 45 minutes. Went back. The platter is done but to come back in 20 minutes it needs to freeze. Sure, it’s Mother’s Day lady looks frazzled so gave her an hour just incase. Sent my husband to pick up. Still not done. Store full of people that they didn’t have orders for. Got a refund and left.

Shanteal Wicklund: We stopped in just to look. Got a free sample, was super good. So we bought a 6 box… thought $40 was a little expensive but decided it would be worth it since the sample was. We thought the 6 in the box would be like the samples (different flavors) but instead they were all just chocolate covered. We didn’t find this out till after we got home. As such, we couldn’t take them back… then I tried 2 of them, they were soggy and gross like the strawberries were old.Honestly, not worth the money, try/check them before you leave, and make sure what you are ordering is what you want.

Guy in customers service says I have to order something to get my reward. Um NO..rip off and not worth the time.

This was a grandmother buying it for her granddaughter and we will never ever use this edible arrangement again.
Chris Myers: Very disappointed! I wanted to give my wife a special surprise and in the end had to cancel the order unless I pay a ridiculous $5 fee to reschedule delivery because they messed up the delivery in the first place. This was on top of ordering from the website and being called the day of to say that they didn't have that arrangement and had to change to a different arrangement. I was fine with that...then being told that they were very busy and could not guarantee delivery before 5pm. Also, fine with that except that their delivery driver calls and tells me that he made a mistake regarding it being Residential vs a business and didn't deliver it. This was on Thursday and the business is not open on Friday. So, called to fix the problem and move it to deliver on Monday when the business was open. No problem...got a call back 10 minutes later saying I had to pay a $5 fee to move it to Monday. Makes no sense...not the way you should run your business.

christian kendrix: They delivered my fiance dead roses, but after calling an getting sent to about 9 different people they replaced the roses with chocolate covered strawberries or I could have got my money back.
Amanda Leigh: My husband had this delivered as an early Valentines Day. We received the wrong order and had a balloon attached that said Happy Anniversary, which it isn't ours. Also some of our chocolate covered strawberries were moldy. I am pregnant so now we can't even enjoy them. Sad this happened as I always saw such good reviews in the past.

Lawrence Coffey: Valentine's day came a day earlier than I was thinking and had me in a jam. I tried my normal (go to) sites to get flowers delivered and couldn't get my orders to even process ! I found Orchard Hills, placed my order online with absolutely no problems. I received a phone call shortly after to tell me I forgot to fill out a the card. Great customer service and beautiful flowers. Thank you and look forward to doing business again !!

Maureen was very friendly and helpful when I told her I was leaning toward a cross easel of prominently red flowers and she was writing up my order but did happen to ask if there was a possibility of her church or other family member wanting a cross also. I said her church might send something like that. She then mentioned they have urn sprays available which seemed more personable to me. She took the time right before closing to rewrite the order for me which I totally appreciated her patience she had with me. The service has not been scheduled but I totally trust it will beautiful!

Adrienne Daly: I had a very nice experience with Rose. I live in Houston and had a very sad death in the family in Springfield. I scrolled through all the flower shops until I landed on a this "family owned and operated..." which is always what I'm looking for. Rose said "Don't worry, we will make this very special", and she did. With-in 2 hours of ordering, the arrangement was at my family's home, they were so please and so was I because it looked even better than the photos on the site. Thank you and an easy 5 Stars!

She even gave me cheaper options when I sent here a picture of the bouquet if I wanted any more expensive flowers taken out and replaced with something cheaper, but still just as beautiful! If you are getting a bouquet keep in mind they are heavy so you might not want a huge one.

She asked odd questions that had nothing to do with our wedding. Then she sent the invoice 3 days later the she originally told me and my name was spelt wrong.

Not only did it look cheap & childish the main greenery to give the arrangement height was broken. I would have taken it out but that was half of the arrangement. Very disappointing & a real embarrassment compared to other arrangements. Lost my business.

Keith Sharp: Ordered a sympathy basket arrangement with violets. Was phoned about violets not ready for use and was offered an alternative. Based on phone call I was under the impression that violets were going to be replaced with orchids. Instead a small pot with a single stem orchid that had 3 blooming flowers was substituted. I asked for sunflowers and said I wanted it to look like the arrangement had been taken off the prairie. They delivered am amazing arrangement! These were a bright spot in her day filled with nausea from chemo and uncertainty.

Liz Trader: I went in to pick out some funeral flowers for a funeral this weekend. I saw something I liked online at another florist but they weren’t able to accommodate because of the holiday. I showed the picture to Pat, the owner, and he eagerly stated he could make the arrangement for me and have it done for me this weekend. He helped me pick the right colors and styles and told me what he could do and stay within the budget I had. He even gave me his cell number and told me that I could call if I needed anything else between now and Saturday since they would be closed on Friday. He made me feel like my loved ones funeral was the most important event he had to make arrangements for and made the stress of picking the perfect flowers go away.
General Rental Center: Pat, Tanya, and the team are always great to work with! I walked in at the last minute to get an anniversary bouquet, and they were able to put together a beautiful arrangement for one of my employees! Every time I see their work, it is amazing! I would highly recommend them!

Meg Rallis: Just had a floral bouquet sent to a friend just out of the hospital. For starters the delivery was QUICK! Second, I ordered it over the phone, so I wasn't exactly sure what she was getting but I do trust the florist so I wasn't worried.
