Sherrie Gates: My Daddy had unexpectedly passed away one month before Memorial Day. I've never had to place flowers or even purchase them to put on someone's grave. I walked into this store and, with tears in my eyes, asked for help. The girls were so helpful and understanding. I picked out the flowers, and they put ribbons on them for me. They turned out beautiful. Thank you to the girls for your kindness 💕

Keith Sharp: Ordered a sympathy basket arrangement with violets. Was phoned about violets not ready for use and was offered an alternative. Based on phone call I was under the impression that violets were going to be replaced with orchids. Instead a small pot with a single stem orchid that had 3 blooming flowers was substituted. It's my fault I guess for not asking to be texted a picture of replacement arrangement. But was embarrassed & disappointed with substitution arrangement.

It felt like they were made with empathy and love, they made my day and lasted way longer than ethan other flowers I've seen. They use quality product and they are excellent at what they do. Heather Coyne: I called to have flowers delivered to my sister in Springfield. I am in KS so I the design was totally in their hands. I asked for sunflowers and said I wanted it to look like the arrangement had been taken off the prairie. They delivered am amazing arrangement! The flowers were in great condition, the sunflowers were huge, the lillies were perfect. My sister was so in love she sent photo after photo of them. These were a bright spot in her day filled with nausea from chemo and uncertainty.

Liz Trader: I went in to pick out some funeral flowers for a funeral this weekend. I saw something I liked online at another florist but they weren’t able to accommodate because of the holiday. I showed the picture to Pat, the owner, and he eagerly stated he could make the arrangement for me and have it done for me this weekend. He helped me pick the right colors and styles and told me what he could do and stay within the budget I had. He even gave me his cell number and told me that I could call if I needed anything else between now and Saturday since they would be closed on Friday. He made me feel like my loved ones funeral was the most important event he had to make arrangements for and made the stress of picking the perfect flowers go away.
General Rental Center: Pat, Tanya, and the team are always great to work with! I walked in at the last minute to get an anniversary bouquet, and they were able to put together a beautiful arrangement for one of my employees! Every time I see their work, it is amazing! I would highly recommend them!

Meg Rallis: Just had a floral bouquet sent to a friend just out of the hospital. For starters the delivery was QUICK! Second, I ordered it over the phone, so I wasn't exactly sure what she was getting but I do trust the florist so I wasn't worried. I revived a video thank you describing it as the most beautiful bouquet they had ever received hands down. Fresh, fragrant, artistic and joyous were some of the compliments she used. She even gave me cheaper options when I sent here a picture of the bouquet if I wanted any more expensive flowers taken out and replaced with something cheaper, but still just as beautiful! If you are getting a bouquet keep in mind they are heavy so you might not want a huge one.

I could have done that myself at HyVee for half the price or gotten a full dozen in a vase with baby's breath for $55. I wanted and asked for something spectacular.

She asked odd questions that had nothing to do with our wedding. Then she sent the invoice 3 days later the she originally told me and my name was spelt wrong.

Lisa Jameson: A $91 arrangement was a clear glass vase a couple of carnations stuck inside with a bunch of greenery filler & a ribbon tied around it. Not only did it look cheap & childish the main greenery to give the arrangement height was broken. I would have taken it out but that was half of the arrangement. Very disappointing & a real embarrassment compared to other arrangements. Lost my business.
