Mr 337: We had a bday celebration of 7 people at Bawi. Food was spot on but the service was a whole other issue. Our server was simply never around. So we had issues with no refills, orders on meats wrong multiple times (wrong stuff or 2x what we asked), issues with dessert taking forever to wait, and no one around to give us the bill. We was there for 3 hours. Our guess is our waiter was doing double duty with the bar, but just a guess.The main issue is since we was a party of 7 we got stuck with 20% gratuity, $50, for bad service that ruined the experience.Bawi has been our goto for big celebrations but as a family we want decent service.

Justin Nguyen: Used to love this place. Used to recommend it to all friends and family. Haven’t came back since the last visit. They’ve changed the menu and not for the better. Consistency seems to be a huge problem here. Some days you get wings that are worth paying for, and then other days you get tiny/dry wings that makes you feel absolutely ripped off.The old combo meal menu gives you 6 wings instead of 4. Lets you pick a veggie and a side of your choice. The new menu is just horrible. 4 wings with potatoes and dumplings. I don’t even like the dumplings and definitely prefer the k-roll. The Food Travels: Well we were looking for a lunch spot before work and decided to try this place and can’t say I was amazed about anything. The boba tea we got was the Hibiscus one and it was kinda weird big and small fruit chucks that kept getting stuck in the straw and the tea tasted just like juice so it was fine the boba tasted normal and then the rest of the food I got the dumplings and in the picture there steamed not fried but when they came out they were fried and those were the worst part of the meal. The rice was good but not great not much to say about it and now the sweet and sour chicken was actually pretty good if I were ever to come back that’s what I would get. Last, the customer service was ehh the cashier just said “ ORDER?!” And I don’t think spoke a lot of English like I say a business lives or dies on customer service. (All my personal opinions)

Michael Soles: Before I made an order, I called this store and asked if they used MSG in their food and was told no. I am highly allergic to MSG. When I got my food, it was wonderful however, I got really sick afterwards. So I called the store today and asked if they use the Ramen noodle seasoning package that comes in the Roman noodles. The lady told me yes which means they add MSG into their food. Do not eat here. If you have an allergy, they lie to you.
Arthur Chen: I loved it. The atmosphere here in this restaurant is really nice and cozy. The staff were very nice and the food was on point. I ordered the hot plate bibimbap with spicy shrimp and bulgogi. I was recommended here by a fellow Korean co-worker who said the food was good and authentic and that I should try it. I was not disappointed. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have a cozy experience.
Rob Hulstra: Fast, friendly and their selections are delicious. The Beef Bulgogi and Spicy Chicken lunch boxes are my usual choices. Want to try their Bibimbap. It's a rice bowl topped with all sorts of seasoned sautéed vegetables, marinated meat (usually beef), a fried egg sunny side up, finished with a sprinkle of sesame and generous dollop of a sweet-spicy-savoury Bibimbap sauce. It not only looks great, it's fun to say.

They do false advertisement of their noodles as well, in pictures it shows dry ramen noodles but the thing you get is egg smell rich $0.40 maruchan ramen for 10 buks (why not?).

savannah ferguson: food is amazing we use to go often it’s just annoying every time we go and order you’re supposed to get two rounds of sides with the bulgogi it literally says on the menu “two rounds with each entree third is a $7 charge” and literally every time we go with more than one person they charge for the second round or refuse it and constantly change the rules of it. We went with with a large group 10+ and we’re given two rounds of small sides for the entire table. It was kinda a joke. Even offered to buy another round and we’re told it’s 2 per group sorry. Although we all ordered entrees.

Galbi(Kalbi) was off the hook, the squid stir fry had just the right amount of spice just like the Chicken Bulgogi, and the Mackerel was crispy and delicious. The Banchan was very well made, they have great service and every surface in the place is spotless!

They struggled during COVId due to their buffet-style ingredients lineup, but we recently went back for birthday for one of the kids, and it was back on par with what we we hoped. All you can eat Mongolian grill experience with buffet-style ingredients and all kinds of sauces. You can make whatever flavor combination you want. It’s great for a group of people because everyone can choose what they want. Staff are friendly. Be prepared for a line around the grill but they keep it moving. The Asian salad is tasty as a side item. Definitely worth a try if a buffet-style Mongolian grill is your kind of thing.
