Kayla M: Went in around 1130 to get lunch for my work. I was the only one in line and tried to start placing my order. I had 5 things I needed to order and started with the street chicken tacos since they should have been the easiest to do. The girl that was making the food was too busy complaining about the online/ to go orders coming thru to pay attention to anything else. After 8+ mins of standing there and getting no further than 3 heated up tortillas and listening to her complain about to go orders and not knowing how to make the food I was ordering, I left and went to Firehouse Subs instead where I was in and out of the restaurant in 6 mins from ordering to receiving food.I understand that this location was having a rough morning as they had a sign on their door stating they were having Grill issues so they were out of several items which was no big deal. My issue is when the first person you talk to has such a negative attitude about their job, it doesn’t really make you want to stick around for your food

Connor Vengalli: I want start by saying that this was not my first choice today, I wanted chipotle but they're system is down so there is no way to order, fine I'll go to Qdoba over here(I normally go to the one on sunshine). My day proceeded to go from bad to worse, while in line I was never acknowledged which normally I don't care but then once I got up to front to order, both the workers didn't seem to know who was doing what. Finally someone starts taking my order, they were out of shrimp which is whatever that happens, but regardless I had one of these worse customer experiences I've had in a while. They weren't paying attention to what I was saying instead more focused and making jokes and conversation with their coworker, a little bit of this is fine but it was getting to the point where I couldn't even focus on what I wanted. They made it very apparent that I was not their priority. Whilst I'm paying for my food, which I'm already not getting what I want in the first place, I overhear the other coworker say that the worker handling my order burnt the fajita veggies. When I tried my food it was very disappointing. The kitchen was not clean and it overall seemed like the workers didn't care.To be completely frank, I know how restaurant jobs are, I work one myself, this was on another level of frustrating. Regardless of how you view your job you should never make the customer feel like them asking for the bare minimum is an issue.

Jordan Butcher: I would give 0 stars if I could. The manager was blasting rap music off of her phone behind the counter. Not attentive to customers, and they were not showing the new girl how to do anything. I love Qdoba and wish this location was better!

R K: If there was only 1 or 2 people working, I can understand why it would be slow. but they took 30mins to make my quesadilla and chips online order… there was at least 4 people working that day. and there was only 2 other customers besides me. This place is slower than most fast food places.

John Cornelius: I hope this message finds it way to the owners of this restaurant. This was the first time I've been to this location and as soon as I walked in, there was an unpleasant odor. The floors were dirty and the tea container didn't have a lid on it. I should of left after seeing this and I wish I would of. I proceeded to order and the presentation of the food was terrible. I went ahead and ordered a burrito to go. Once I left and started eating I immediately questioned what I was eating. The Spanish rice wasn't cooked all the way. It was hard. Not from sitting out to long, but from someone not cooking it thoroughly. The ground beef had several hard dried out pieces in it from sitting out to long. I've never written a review like this because I've never experience anything like this before and I hope it makes it to the owners so they can make the appropriate changes to management and or employees so no one gets sick from dining there.

EmojiLord: Let's use the ole compliment sandwich on this one. Nice clean interior looks great. Horrible sense of urgency among the staff. Really, I would have given a zero for service because there was none. Only one other person in line and four workers. One on the grill doing work one on counter having to go back and grab things every other ingredient and then two that just seemed to be existing. I have an hour for lunch, but I wasn't going to waste it all standing in line. Would have been faster to go across town and eat at another Qdoba. There was a long string of online orders it looked like, but seeing the speed at which the ones making them worked I can't imagine why. Burger King across the parking lot got my money today. The workers did seem to be enjoying themselves, so I guess there's that at least?TLDR: If you have an afternoon to kill, try the place. Let me know how it is. If not, go find a nice sit-down restaurant and order a steak. You'll get in and out before you ever get greeted here.
