D Hub: Ordered 4 chairs in December. Had to pay for whole order upfront. They said they would be in the end of January then it was mid February finally just canceled order. No apology or anything. BUYER BEWARE.

kelly cook: We like the store but it’s the staff that makes a difference. We met Mary months ago while shopping for a bedroom suite. While we didn’t purchase anything at the time, we were very impressed with her knowledge and personality! So much so, when it came time to buy some other furniture, we came back to Mary! We live an hour from the store, so we communicated a lot through text and pictures. She was great at sending us pictures of suggested pieces and she helped us tie it all together with existing pieces we had. She was great and made the buying experience very enjoyable!

They damaged our furniture prior to delivery, so it didn’t arrive as scheduled. Then when I called customer service, they try to lie about the circumstances and blame us for it not being delivered. The woman said, “they tried to deliver, but nobody came to the door.” I told her that was not true! Then she said, “they tried to deliver it, but it was refused at the door.” I was like, What????? My husband said nobody ever came to our house. Then the lady said, “ok, the furniture got damaged and so we’ll reschedule your delivery for next week”. Umm, no. I either want the furniture tomorrow or my money back.
Brian Vega: Lance is absolutely amazing! He has been helping us for years. He is very personable and makes us feel like a part of the family. He is super knowledgeable on all of the product, and always goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy. THAT is the reason we keep going back to the store.

Sean walked us through different options for furniture needs. He didn’t use high pressure tactics and he was very personable! It was a fun experience.

Our promised "6-8 weeks" turned into 7+ months AND we received the wrong sofa and pillows with no recourse. Do not buy from this Haverty's.Update: per the response from owner. I already spoke with Brad, the Store Manager, and he offered zero help or recourse, as well. Frustrating and useless conversation. Lots of blaming the manufacturer, etc. Please have him contact me if there is a sudden change in policy and something can be done.

Now we ordered a matching item and going through same nightmare again.Update: ordered a matching item. Did not make first delivery date. Again rescheduling was not smooth process. Basically you are at their mercy. Second product was also damaged. Now we have to go through that process. 10k on new but have to settle for refurbished.

Laura Pryor-Blackwell: This is my favorite go to place for cabinets! Matt the owner is awesome to work with. They have helped me and my family with 4 new kitchens so far. The price, quality and service was great every time! I highly recommend this store!
Christoph Arnold: It's been since March 2018, and we've yet to see plan come to fruition. Two separate gentlemen came to the house, took some preliminary measurements, and then... We're not sure. We're hoping for either open cabinets, or our deposit back.

Sydney McMunn: My fiancé and I were fresh out of college, low on funds, and in great need of a mattress. We walked into Hot Tub Mafia/MYA llc without a clue as to what we wanted. Willie shot us straight without all that salesmen mumbo jumbo. He encouraged us to look around town if we weren’t sure what we wanted and come back to him when we found the style of Mattress we liked. He was confident we would not find any better deals anywhere else... he was right. We went ALL over town and found no better deals that Willie offered is. Within 15 minutes of being back in the warehouse we walked out with a GREAT mattress for far cheaper than I would have found anywhere else.Thanks so much to the folks at Hot Tub Mafia and MYALLC for hooking us up with exactly what we needed!
Aca Golf Carts: We bought our first hot tub from them in 2004. We have now bought our third one from them this weekend. They have outstanding customer service and knowledge of their products. We highly recommend them to everyone we know.
Jon Eigenman: 1st off they are reasonably priced that is the reason for those 2 stars. I dealt with MATT. We had a blue print. Still my cabinets were off 8 inches center. From my sink to my window. Had to buy another lower. And swap out for a larger upper. Also I was supposed to have a trash can pull installed. They sent it to me later, but I had to install it. While building my new home myself. He says "It only takes a half hour to 45 minutes tops." Bull. Maybe if it's on a bench, on it's back. Not instslled with a large man cramped with a level and a drill. Doing something I shouldn't have had to, to begin with. Then they gave me two to many knob handles and not enough pull cups. I think it was due to the swapping and changing. So be aware! You have been warned. And as another reviewer said be prepared to baby set. The cabinets look great and were great quality but wow. The bull you have to go through. Also I still have not gotten my cup handles yet. I've called 3 times and left voice mails and talked to other employees. Final straw for this review.
Chrissy Klanchar: We have been looking for a long time for custom cabinets but didn't want to spend $15,000. The Good Lord led us to this wonderful company! What a blessing! From the first moment they treated us professionally and their product is top of the line for over 50% what anyone else charges. Can't wait to get our cabinets!!! Thanks Matt for giving us the rope molding and mullion doors for free!!!
Jake Estes: So far my experience has been below par. The quality appears like it SHOULD be there with the solid wood faces of the cabinets, but once we installed the cabinets I noticed over half the doors were warped and the cabinet for the sink was bowed out pretty bad. When an employee came out to the house to look at the doors he admitted the cabinet with the bow was horrible and they had never seen one that bad... then went on his way and acted like it was just my problem. I was then told they would have the doors for the cabinets in a week and would let me know. After two months I didn’t hear anything I called and got no reply and the voicemail was full. I sent the owner Matt a couple of texts and still have not received a reply. I will say after about a month past the date they gave me half the doors. A couple more unanswered calls and texts and I’m still waiting for the rest of our doors. Again I was told it would be a week, maybe two, before we would have everything. It’s now going on close to 4 months.
Joshua Keeny: My wife and I have purchased three mattresses now from MYA. We have always enjoyed the good service and low pressure sales. This purchase was a king size mattress and I would recommend you consider MYA for your mattress needs. Our only drawback was the delivery personnel and vehicle. For $75 fee it was a poor reflection on our other good experiences with MYA.

Trena Cockrell: Great products at even better prices! I bought a Simmons mattress and box spring here and paid half of the in store price of just the mattress. The employees are super helpful in picking one out and with absolutely no pressure, what a relief.
Jason Fetty: I bought about $8000 of kitchen cabinets from MYA. Their prices are good for the quality of the product they sell but be prepared to have horrible service, terrible record keeping, and generally a bad experience. Matt is who you will probably deal with and he has 2 major problems; he cannot read a tape measure and he is completely overwhelmed. I measured my kitchen and then insisted Matt come to my house and measure also before any cabinets were ordered. He measured 3 inches short which caused the doors on my new cabinets not to open completely and my home's trim was not long enough to meet the new cabinets. I paid a delivery fee but wound up going to MYA many, many times to get cabinets, shelves, and trim that were forgotten or incorrectly delivered in the first place. The billing was incorrect (in Matt's favor of course) and even after being shown how to add and subtract, Matt still has not refunded my money. If you need to buy from him because you just can't afford to go someplace else get EVERYTHING in writing, inventory everything, babysit the deliveries and installers and be prepared to basically hold their hands through it all. You'll see what I mean when he answers a half dozen calls when you're at his office and can't remember what you ordered or talked about. Good luck and try kitchenland in Nixa instead.
Jim Pierce: I have been a customer of MYA for over 10 years. 2 bedroom sets 3 sets of mattresses and countless referrals I still cannot find better prices and better sales personnel anywhere else in the area. Do youself a favor and give them a visit and save some money.
Jeff Reynolds: I spent MONTHS looking for the best deal on mattresses, as I had to buy new sets for each of my 4 children. I spent a lot of time shopping at stores in both Springfield and Branson, as well as responding to online ads, and watching sales for outlet stores, etc. Wish this had been my first stop! The prices are unbeatable...not exaggerating! The sales staff is friendly. And the mattresses were better than I had hoped for, and were still cheaper than any other place! They are very clean, and in top notch shape. No different than any other mattress stores. (I was worried since the prices were so cheap, and I am sensitive to allergens). But, seriously! It was almost too good to be true! The only difference was the price! SO thankful I found this place!

Philip Storey: I've purchased several kitchens from MYA and I have been very satisfied. Matt, Joe & company work hard to make sure I am taken care of. Their pricing is very good and the service is excellent. Go and get a competitors bid and then visit MYA and I promise, you will be glad you did.
Mark Wells: This place and experience was a disaster. After ordering, the owner called me and said they had to increase the prices and wanted to charge me more than what I had already paid. I declined and he said we could split the cost of the arbitrary increase he wanted. I declined and he said it was ok, we could just keep it at the amount that I had already paid by credit card.I waited and waited and waited and after many weeks and 2 months, part of the items had come in, but the other part hadn't. The owner had many different excuses and I finally told them I wanted to cancel the order. The owner offered me a gift card to spend more money at his store...no thanks. He told me to wait a little longer and he would get the items I had paid for months before. I told him I still wanted to cancel and he said he would get them later that week and if not, he would cancel. He also said he would send me a check for $50 dollars for all the problems. I did receive the furniture later that week, but he never did send the $50 as promised. I'm not surprised.This business claims to be a Christian run business, but this is the worst service I've ever received from a Christian owned business. I received many different stories (lies??) and stress for months on end to get what I paid for.Go somewhere else.

I never called them on the phone or asked anything of his staff,- I was actually there in person to view a couple items and see if they're what im looking for-Jim forgets customers can come in to his shop and see the merchandise. Jim also seems to have forgotten that in addition to seeing things in person, bidders and customers alike can actually see what he's selling, because HE POST PICTURES ONLINE . There are many ways to see what any auction has for sale, so sorry Jim, " my man", but your response shows how little you think of your customers, how you respond to honest criticism and how little common sense you have. Anyone can see what you have to sell- thanks for illustrating how you don't think before you speak, but don't worry, I won't be back- ATX treats folks much kinder.The worst customer service of any auction company in Springfield comes from the owner Jim,who is very abrasive and rude.Pro tip Jim : Springfield has loads of auctions selling the same Amazon and box store inventory as you do, in new condition too. Customer service is all you've got to separate you from the other guys.Try learning some manners, or you'll go out of business here. The folks in Springfield have too many choices to tolerate an angry little man- remember that the next time you yell at your customers. Being nice and/or professional matters.
James Clemmer: Horrible online auction site sold me items they didn't even have onsite and then with no communication decided to not come up with auction items and just text refund receipt no explanation nothing. They apparently use stock photos how else can you list something you don't have total waste of my time and gas. Don't trust anything they say terrible service. Products in store all look like damaged returns from other places buyer beware. More lies had a witness with me very polite to staff waited to get items more than willing to come back later in the week for "lost" items no message no contact just a text stating there was a refund on my card so over an hour one way trip for 1 item waste of time no voilence at all bad bad bad company defaming people too wow.

Peggy Brother: I purchased what I thought was a brand new carpet cleaner in an opened box and paid good money for it. When I took it out of the box to use it, the unit had been used and was full of dried animal hair. Nobody had bothered to clean it. When I called to complain, the woman I spoke to was very unconcerned with my problem. I will never be back to this store.
Live Love And Homeschool: We found the most perfect dining table and chairs at Dirla, the cashier and owner are super nice and helpful, as to those who wrote bad reviews that their furniture was damaged, you should of examined the items better at the store.
