John Dandurand: I had my first shopping experience at AtHome today and will not be shopping here again.I purchased RF Wall Grid Storage (UPC: 789112044118) on 6/2/2023.Upon purchase and preparation for installation, I learned that 2 brackets right brackets were missing. I had received 4 of the left brackets same in the box; there were to be two left and two right per the instructions. I returned the item and prepared to purchase another one with the correct parts.Prior to second purchase I asked to check the item to ensure the correct pieces were there with the checker who was very kind and helpful. Upon opening, the exact same item had 3 left brackets and one right bracket. This confirms a systemic packaging issue.The manager, Joe, was called over to see if we could check another box and he declined to do so.So, it would seem that he would rather sell a defective product to the next customer rather than ensure that the product was correctly packaged (and I was prepared to purchase this item again if another box had the correct parts).Customers beware - the manager at this store is likely knowingly facilitating the sale of defective items and would rather do this than make it right.

This is especially with lighting. The other day it was so bad I put everything down and left. This is my third time to the store seeing this. If you're going to change prices make sure they are all changed before putting them on the floor. I seen literally boxes of multiples with one price and another with changed prices. Some no price at all just white labels covering them.

Heather Leverich: Just had a very frustrating interaction at this store. I purchased items using my rewards points and now when I want to return them they will not refund me for the full purchase amount. It won't refund my reward credits and they won't refund the cash. They only will refund a tiny portion of I purchase that I actually spent cash on. Instead of just overriding the price and giving me a refund for the two items I was trying to return with a receipt within the return deadline, they refuse to and gave me an email to complain to. There's no phone number to call. Every time I try to use my reward points here I run into some issue. No one ever notified me that there's a policy I can't have my reward points refunded after I purchase something and in fact on my receipt it said I could have hassle-free receipt list returns. The manager they brought to speak with me was not at all accommodating and did not try to help. I will be emailing and hopefully finding some help with my issue and I will be looking for a different credit card to use for rewards because this is the last straw for me. Every time I try to use the rewards the workers don't know how to use the reward points and they try to tell me I can only use one reward point certificate for transaction even though that's not true. I've previously returned things I've purchased with reward points and I was refunded the full amount. I'm not sure why today was so different all of a sudden.Also, for anyone else in need of customer service at at home store, you can quickly Google in 3 seconds and find the customer service number. My husband did it in the parking lot. I'm not sure why that was impossible for the manager to do while I was in the store.I noticed the response from the business suggesting I contact customer service for assistance with my issue. Believe I called an emailed repeatedly and no one in customer service did anything to help me. So I guess don't buy anything with your rewards points unless you are 100% certain you won't want to return your items.

Tori Fenton: The male owner was very rude about a return because the top of the disco ball (that was $50) broke the same day it was bought before it was even hung up. They exchanged it, but then told my friend who was carrying it (while we continued looking) that she should hold it differently “if you’re so concerned with it breaking maybe you should hold it from the bottom” It’s literally supposed to hang from the ceiling, so it just seemed like he was looking for an excuse since the first one broke. He was very condescending for no reason. It was just upsetting since we have bought so many things from them, and he was rude over one small issue. Their stuff is cute, but not cute enough to be talked down to about.

The mattress I bought was alright for the price. The bed I bought also broke down quite fast.

Leanne A: Bought a new 3 piece sectional about a month ago; paid for in full that day, no financing. The in store experience with the sales rep was fantastic, but everything went to poo after that. They said I'd have the full sectional delivered that following week, yet I only received 1 section. Delivery drivers said another had been there for them to pick up, but the box had been crushed and when they opened they saw it had been damaged so they didn't bring, kudos to them on that part, really. But then they said the third section wasn't even on their list so they weren't sure what was going on with it and customer service would contact me within 48 hours. Never got a call, tried calling for 2 weeks could never get an answer. Finally went through the automated service to see if the pieces were available to schedule another delivery, it said both remaining pieces were ready for delivery. Once again only had one piece delivered today with so sign of the third, and since the missing piece is the live seat that connects the other two pieces I really had nowhere to put the chaise that was brought to me today since I have to have the full couch set up differently in the meantime. Due to this they had to take it back with them and I told them not to deliver until the other piece was also available otherwise it won't fit. Very, very frustrated with the poor communication and customer service from this company right now. Where's the rest of my couch!?

Doug Greer: Had nearly $300 from not using a warranty, as promised five years ago. Surprised with all of the strings to use it such as full price items only and minimum purchase of $500. Bought a chair. Oh well. Glad that is over

Gill M: We came here for a mattress and a recliner. We spent 2 hours being shown the best mattresses which I did not want. When we got to the point of getting the financing the older gentleman helping us seemed frustrated that our budget wasn’t 10000 plus dollars. We ended up finding a mattress we liked and it was fairly cheap compared to the tempurpedic. He kept reminding us that our budget barely allowed the mattress and we should try other financing companies which I did not want to do. He was very pushy and not once did he thank us for purchasing or anything. We had a younger guy named Dante who I would assume was being trained he was very friendly and not pushy. We decided to purchase our recliner elsewhere because the older gentleman was so pushy and kinda rude. My boyfriend got approved for a lot more than I did and I all we saw was dollar signs in the older gentleman’s face. He kept trying to sell us adjustable bases for as much as our mattress cost which we repetitively declined. Looking back we should’ve just walked out but we really liked the mattress we got.
