Carl Sims: My lady went here to get a bedroom set which the manager Andrew let her mix and match things didn't have any issues about doing that he wasn't pushy or rushing her . Unlike a other company did which they acted like they was upset when she didn't want some items and she did get a good deal on a living room set . So we told others about this other company omg we sent like 8 people in to get living room sets etc etc . And wow the 8 people said that Ashley's was and a quote the rudest in sale persons they had ever met . Again Ashley of Springfield. But seems like Andrew at furniture row seems like a caring person and the type that he wants to only make his customers happy and will literally do what he is able to make a customer happy . So she had a fantastic experience at furniture row and can only say if anybody else is needing or looking for home goods please try furniture row. And we both hope you all have a fantastic experience also . That manager was named Andrew very fabulous and made her experience fantastic and unlike Ashley's which it's wow took over a month . Not at furniture row maybe 2 weeks give or take wow very impressive. Now again not saying it will be like that in others and maybe depending on brand that you're getting also but they will do everything they can to get your products in as fast as they can . Unlike Ashley's said 2 and half weeks literally over month and a half . Yes I did say a month sorry. And then they was pushy on items had to go back multi times to do this and that being info wasn't right or was always some excuse. From now on furniture row we be on the top of the list . Thanks again Andrew the manager..

G Derrikson: UPDATE:Dear readers of my review (below) and the owner Jim's response. I never called them on the phone or asked anything of his staff,- I was actually there in person to view a couple items and see if they're what im looking for-Jim forgets customers can come in to his shop and see the merchandise. Jim also seems to have forgotten that in addition to seeing things in person, bidders and customers alike can actually see what he's selling, because HE POST PICTURES ONLINE . There are many ways to see what any auction has for sale, so sorry Jim, " my man", but your response shows how little you think of your customers, how you respond to honest criticism and how little common sense you have. Anyone can see what you have to sell- thanks for illustrating how you don't think before you speak, but don't worry, I won't be back- ATX treats folks much kinder.The worst customer service of any auction company in Springfield comes from the owner Jim,who is very abrasive and rude.Pro tip Jim : Springfield has loads of auctions selling the same Amazon and box store inventory as you do, in new condition too. Customer service is all you've got to separate you from the other guys.Try learning some manners, or you'll go out of business here. The folks in Springfield have too many choices to tolerate an angry little man- remember that the next time you yell at your customers. Being nice and/or professional matters.
James Clemmer: Horrible online auction site sold me items they didn't even have onsite and then with no communication decided to not come up with auction items and just text refund receipt no explanation nothing. They apparently use stock photos how else can you list something you don't have total waste of my time and gas. Don't trust anything they say terrible service. Products in store all look like damaged returns from other places buyer beware. More lies had a witness with me very polite to staff waited to get items more than willing to come back later in the week for "lost" items no message no contact just a text stating there was a refund on my card so over an hour one way trip for 1 item waste of time no voilence at all bad bad bad company defaming people too wow.

Shelby: Very disappointed. They could not locate an item I won on an online auction. No matter then reason, 'lost' the item or didn't like the amount I paid, it is very disappointing. They didn't have an explanation why or how this happened. Very unprofessional.

Peggy Brother: I purchased what I thought was a brand new carpet cleaner in an opened box and paid good money for it. When I took it out of the box to use it, the unit had been used and was full of dried animal hair. Nobody had bothered to clean it. When I called to complain, the woman I spoke to was very unconcerned with my problem. I will never be back to this store.
Live Love And Homeschool: We found the most perfect dining table and chairs at Dirla, the cashier and owner are super nice and helpful, as to those who wrote bad reviews that their furniture was damaged, you should of examined the items better at the store. We are aware our table has a few flaws but nonetheless we LOVE it and had a wonderful experience at this store, Can’t wait to come back again. Thank you Dirla!

Brandon Lee: The whole building has suite numbers. Mercy doesn't have it at all while every other business in this strip has one consistently above their doors.I had a delivery here and it was difficult to locate. Not everyone knows the business the address is associated with.I'll update my review when you put a suite number.

Olivia Niesen: The only person who I felt listened to me and my concerns was the NP. The nurses acted like I was an inconvenience to them, and when I pointed out that my medications were not correctly listed on my chart, the nurse said it didn't matter. They also had the patient room doors open and were yelling across the lobby at one another to find a splint for a patient. I felt like that was a violation of HIPAA because they were saying her name, what the splint was for, etc. The patient's privacy was not respected at all. I also got a call from Mercy GO Health Urgent Care that I missed, and no voicemail was left, so I called the number back. Whomever picked up said they couldn't help me without a voicemail, and without even asking my name or DOB, she hung up on me. Rude customer service and the care was not good either.

The facility was very clean and nice!

I got him on my lap and he cried and cried. When leaving there was rudeness! I find it to be very unprofessional for staff at an Urgent Care not to help a little guy who fell getting off an exam table!!
Nicole Morris: This. Place.They coded my visit incorrectly from 11/21/21. I came in for a strep test and they continue to code it as a non-emergent use of an emergency room. THIS IS AN URGENT CARE. I have been fighting them for 15 months. An absolute joke. I have in writing it was coded incorrectly but they REFUSE to fix it, after an insane amount of calls to my insurance and their billing department. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Stacy Ferreira: I went into this store with my mom to find a mattress for a guest room. We were immediately greeted and helped by Sarah. She helped us get the perfect mattress in our price range and was very helpful in discussing options for some future health needs. The checkout process was quick and the guys at the loading dock had us pulling away within a few minutes with our new bed. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend this business.
