Alexis McCann: I’ve never had a negative experience like I have at this store. I went in with 2 of my friends and while looking through things a blonde worker literally shoulder checked us with a ton of clothes in her hands. From what I can assume, the manager immediately was like ?? To her but then started laughing with the worker. I grabbed a couple things from the shelf and went to check out and as soon as I did everyone fled from the counters. I dropped what I was holding and walked out. On my way out I overheard a group of workers mimicking another employee and customer. Everyone working had an incredibly bad attitude and I almost can’t believe I experienced service like this.

The store is clean, the employees are super friendly.. no complaints at all.I am pretty upset I do not remember the girls name.. the last time I came in she showed me a $100 off of $250 purchase, when I was checking out for $160 worth of stuff... essentially giving me another $100 worth of stuff for free. It was online only, so I grabbed everything I wanted from in-store and she was going to order it all online for me and apply the discount code... but as I gathered the stuff she got manager approval and the applied the discount to in-store also, so I wouldnt have to wait and left with it all that day!! That is 5 star service. I wish I remembered her name, she was a shorter, skinnier, dark haired girl. She deserves a raise :D

Dane Wagner: Anytime I need a new dress shirt I come here. The selection of ties is also notable. The staff in the store are always willing to help when selecting different apparel which is nice for a guy like me that usually doesn't fair well when it comes to fashion. The prices are high but from the service and products I have obtained from this store it seems like they are justified. They even offer to steam the dress shirts if they aren't too terribly busy. The steam service is free. They did use an odd rolling checkout counter on me the last time I was in. I guess they are using this new system to try and cut down the checkout wait time.

Rachael Seaver: This location really needs to get it together. A bored 17-18 year old boy was running the dressing room Friday evening. I walked back there and he was on his phone, I get it. Sometimes it’s slow and you’re on your phone. He didn’t speak to me and I asked if he could unlock a dressing room for me. He proceeds to unlock it and say nothing. Bad attitude. I am then trying on clothing, he proceeds to unlock the door and open it on me. He didn’t even knock. He then says nothing to me, no apology. Nothing. He also was not putting anyone into a dressing room, so why was the door opened? I’m alarmed by this because it’s going to become a bigger issue if he does this again with the wrong person. I was finished trying on and left, he proceeds to not look up from his cell phone. My friend was with me, trying to return a pair of shorts. The manager then rudely tells her that these shorts (with tags attached) had been washed and worn and she could not return them. With no further explanation, accuses my friend of re-tagging the shorts. I understand this stuff happens, however to wrongly accuse a customer is never okay. My friend’s mom went back the next day and was able to return the shorts no problem. I informed the manager about the young man, she brushed it off by saying he’s just having a bad day. At any job, you check your bad attitude at the door when you clock in. To be told someone opening the door on you is just a result of them having a bad day: bad customer service.

Mindi Norris: Terrible customer service in store today.Purchased an item AFTER specifically asking if it was included in the sale. I was told yes. Then after purchase was done and over I was charged the incorrect price. Went back in to be told it wasn’t included in the sale. Ok fine, I’ll do a refund. I had paid with a PREPAID Visa card I was given for Christmas. So she ( Jess) tells me it has to go back onto the card. I said no that’s ok I’ll just do cash because I used a prepaid debit Visa gift card. She said nope have to go on the card you used. I said well I’m not sure that can work, she then said “ ok another card” wait what? I can’t have cash back and it HAD to go on the card I used one minute to now any card will do? After running it 4x she claims it finally refunded. I questioned it because I always immediately get a notification from my bank at anytime my card has any activity. Nothing. So I waited about an hour and I called my bank. And nothing. They had shown no activity on my card. At all. Not even a pending transaction. So I go back to the store and talk to JESS again and I tell her what my bank says. She says “idk what to tell your it went through you are going to have to wait” them gives me a number to call that I specifically again asked will I be able to speak with a person? She says yes. Nope. No agents available at every single option on that number. So ended up googling a different number and finally got a human that would help, she then tells me ANY DEBIT CARD CAN BE REFUNDED AS CASH..... well what do you know? Jess was wrong! . I went back to the store to ask the name of the girl (pointed her out) the red head at the door says “ oh uh why?” I said because I’m on the line with customer service and they need it. So I got JESS. That’s it. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Rude employees. I want my money back!

Excellent choice of suits.I was skeptical at first, since I’ve always got my suits at the big box stores, but I was very surprised by all the choices and experience of the owner. The tailoring was perfect! and to top it off they had shoes and belts available that were also excellent in style.I will never go to any other suit shop again.You will not be disappointed!!

Jackie O'Connor: Buyer beware!! We had a terrible experience with John’s Suit Shop. We bought all the groomsmen suits for my son’s wedding here. They were supposed to order a suit that came in both slim and regular sizes. The one that was supposed to be a slim cut had to be altered because after receiving it they informed me that the suit we bought didn’t come in slim. I had to pay for the alterations and when I spoke with the store they refused to take responsibility.The worse thing though was that two of the suits were completely the wrong size. At the wedding two of our groomsmen were unable to button their jackets. Again the shop refused to take any responsibility or make any concessions at all. I was told that this had never happened before and that they would not do anything at all for the problem. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!!Edit: The store’s response proves my point. They will not take any responsibility. And the truth is I did not “demand a refund”. I explained the situation and got a list of reasons this was not their fault. Even after all the trouble we had up to this point I was surprised that the store would not want to at least apologize. I explained again and they asked what I wanted, I said I didn’t think we should have to pay for suits that can not be worn and had such a negative impact on the wedding day. She refused and I asked what her suggested remedy was, she said “nothing”.I am including a picture of the suits we talked about on our original trip to the store. We were very clear that we would need very different sizes/cuts and the employee directed us to the suits that would fit out need. I can’t imagine how something else was ordered for us and why the suits fit at the initial fitting but were unwearable at the wedding (which was two months later).The shocking thing is the total lack of willingness to apologize or make any sort of concessions.

Anonymous: Nice, very well-made clothing but this is NOT an affordable shop! Only to a multimillionaire would this be “affordable”. The clothes are very well-made, nice fabric, most of them are Italian made but $400 for a pair of jeans? My husband bought a $90 shirt just to support a smaller business. That was one of the cheaper items. One could easily spend over five grand on a couple outfits here. They are a “finer”clothing store so I guess you would expect to pay more but I’ve seen cheaper clothes at Saks Fifth Avenue. I’m still giving this five stars because it’s a nice shop and they do have really nice clothes just extremely pricey.
