Shellee Vise: The place is great. However they have real rude people trolling around sending you too there unclean bathrooms. And the vending machine didn't work for soda pop. Can't take a soda on the bus without a twist off lid.
Gary N: Good parking, people flowing freely, very clean, lots to see, food and drink and a healthy walk. We were about to leave without finding a shop we were told was there when a friendly security told us exactly where to find it. It wasn't on the mall map by the name we had.

Debbie Kastning: We purchased my daughters school clothes at the store. The service was great!! However on one pair of her new jeans the pocket started reveling the first time she worn them. The were on sale but still expensive fir only one wear. I wonder if the company will refund or give her another pair.

Phoenix Segrist: Associates would just stand behind the counter and talk. And watch all the customers walk and not even offer any help. As a worker of retail myself their customer service skills lack a lot. What made me write this review though was that my friend went up and asked if they could look online and order in store for her and they guy gave her a dirty look and talked to her like she was crazy for even asking when most stores offer it and we weren’t sure. This store needs some help.
Emily Smith: Took my son to get clothes at the mall. Went to Aeropostale and not one worker spoke to us but they all just stood there watching. Not a welcome to our store, or can we help you find anything. Just grunts and stares so we left. Got much better service at the store next door. What's the point in a bunch of workers that stand there angrily? Get better customer service at a Walmart.

Sometimes you can get some good bundle deals on multiple pairs of pants and or shirts and jackets too! They have a full rack of men’s clearance and a full rack of women’s clearance.

Barbara Davis: Absolutely horrible. They were to busy standing in a group talking. There was 4 of us standing at the dressing room. I had to go get someone and they acted like it put them out.

Rachael Seaver: This location really needs to get it together. A bored 17-18 year old boy was running the dressing room Friday evening. I walked back there and he was on his phone, I get it. Sometimes it’s slow and you’re on your phone. He didn’t speak to me and I asked if he could unlock a dressing room for me. He proceeds to unlock it and say nothing. Bad attitude. I am then trying on clothing, he proceeds to unlock the door and open it on me. He didn’t even knock. He then says nothing to me, no apology. Nothing. He also was not putting anyone into a dressing room, so why was the door opened? I’m alarmed by this because it’s going to become a bigger issue if he does this again with the wrong person. I was finished trying on and left, he proceeds to not look up from his cell phone. My friend was with me, trying to return a pair of shorts. The manager then rudely tells her that these shorts (with tags attached) had been washed and worn and she could not return them. With no further explanation, accuses my friend of re-tagging the shorts. I understand this stuff happens, however to wrongly accuse a customer is never okay. My friend’s mom went back the next day and was able to return the shorts no problem. I informed the manager about the young man, she brushed it off by saying he’s just having a bad day. At any job, you check your bad attitude at the door when you clock in. To be told someone opening the door on you is just a result of them having a bad day: bad customer service.
Alyssia H: Called this store Sunday 3/27 around 1:30 spoke to a man I asked my question about a price change on a recent purchasehe didn’t act like he was having a problem understanding me cause he didn’t ask for me to repeat what I asked I just don’t think he knew the answer so thinking he’d put me on hold I heard him say to another employee: I don’t know what she saying she’s honestly just rambling.so that was nice!Spoke to another employee asked my question again she was very polite understood what I was asking but also didn’t have an answer to my question she did call me back after asking the manager if I could come in with my receipt from my purchase I’d made two days prior and get refunded for the on-sale price that was $8.99 differenceshe said the manager told her noI thought that couldn’t be right so I emailed AE with my order# and my reason asking if I could get refunded the sale price and they said no problem I’d be refunded the $8.99 between 5-7 daysWhy I had to go through the email process instead of just coming into the storeI have no idea
Kayla Hobbs: I'm certainly plus sized. I've never really felt comfortable in stores that don't tend to go bigger than a large. The sales person working the register was extremely kind though and made sure to talk to me and was friendly. Bonus points because the store had some great sales.

Mindi Norris: Terrible customer service in store today.Purchased an item AFTER specifically asking if it was included in the sale. I was told yes. Then after purchase was done and over I was charged the incorrect price. Went back in to be told it wasn’t included in the sale. Ok fine, I’ll do a refund. I had paid with a PREPAID Visa card I was given for Christmas. So she ( Jess) tells me it has to go back onto the card. I said no that’s ok I’ll just do cash because I used a prepaid debit Visa gift card. She said nope have to go on the card you used. I said well I’m not sure that can work, she then said “ ok another card” wait what? I can’t have cash back and it HAD to go on the card I used one minute to now any card will do? After running it 4x she claims it finally refunded. I questioned it because I always immediately get a notification from my bank at anytime my card has any activity. Nothing. So I waited about an hour and I called my bank. And nothing. They had shown no activity on my card. At all. Not even a pending transaction. So I go back to the store and talk to JESS again and I tell her what my bank says. She says “idk what to tell your it went through you are going to have to wait” them gives me a number to call that I specifically again asked will I be able to speak with a person? She says yes. Nope. No agents available at every single option on that number. So ended up googling a different number and finally got a human that would help, she then tells me ANY DEBIT CARD CAN BE REFUNDED AS CASH..... well what do you know? Jess was wrong! . I went back to the store to ask the name of the girl (pointed her out) the red head at the door says “ oh uh why?” I said because I’m on the line with customer service and they need it. So I got JESS. That’s it. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Rude employees. I want my money back!

From walking in to leaving she helped me every step of the way (even with my crying baby) offered to order things that weren’t in my size, found similar items in the back and listened to what I liked to help me find what I needed!

Alexis McCann: I’ve never had a negative experience like I have at this store. I went in with 2 of my friends and while looking through things a blonde worker literally shoulder checked us with a ton of clothes in her hands. From what I can assume, the manager immediately was like ?? To her but then started laughing with the worker. I grabbed a couple things from the shelf and went to check out and as soon as I did everyone fled from the counters. I dropped what I was holding and walked out. On my way out I overheard a group of workers mimicking another employee and customer. Everyone working had an incredibly bad attitude and I almost can’t believe I experienced service like this.

KC Pin: Great clothes ans nice staff
Amy Irwin: I went in to get a Christmas present for my sister and not a single employee said hi to me or offered to help but every other girl (younger than me) they said hi to. I had to dig through a large bin to find the slippers I wanted to get and they just stood behind the register and watched me struggle. I felt so uncomfortable the whole time I was in this store.
