University Plaza Hotel & Convention Center: what do users think?
Rea Rea: The Bed was comfortable and clean also good shower pressureRooms: Outdated and not well maintained. Popcorn curling dirty carpet old with stains ,smoking odor in room, furniture intact with wear dirt, all doors chipped and dinged,, if it was a super cheap room or discounted do to how condition but it wasn't it was $150 and that was with a late check in discount, as I said above bed was clean and comfortable but disappointed in the condition and overall feel of room sorry
linda fielderbey: The couch arm was dirty. House keeping should have cleaned the couch prior to allowing another guest. It made me wonder what else wasn't cleaned, 🤔Nearby activities: Other restaurants are minutes away.
Stephine Henry: Walk in thinking this place is going to be so nice , guess they put more work into the lobby where people don’t even stay than into the rooms, carpets nasty, curtains are nasty, chairs look like they’ve been in there for about 400 years and theres 1 plug in to plug things into in the entire room. The air conditioner was terrible not to mention. 132$ for one night and when asked why she couldn’t tell me anything for the extra 34$ for one room after i was told it would be 98$ and when i got there after they said i could check in at 2, with an infant they told me my room wasn’t ready and gave a 2 bed. with that being said i’ve never wrote a poor review on any hotel but i’m very upset about this experience. Could’ve just got a nice airbnb for the price of this place.
Magen: I love staying here! Great customer service.Rooms: Needs upgraded that's all I can say negative..Walkability: Downtown all kinds of fun stuff to do
Wayne Key: Nice hotel, might be my stay of choice from now on when I'm in town for the Ozarks classics..Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet, Great value …More
Anthony Franklin: The check-in: the check-in was a bit mixed. We arrived a little after 3 p.m. and we were told that the housekeeping staff had yet to clear our room. Which we made the best of it. By going to a CVS (just around the corner). When we returned, it was as smooth as can be.The rooms: we got the executive suite. Which was nicely appointed and was pretty standard. Having our grandkids along the separate room was great. The amenities: we used both the exercise room and both pools since the weather was nice. The exercise room was crowded (Saturday night- go figure) the indoor pool was really fun. It's 3 to 5.5 feet deep. And since we had the whole pool to ourselves, it was great; everyone else was in the outdoor pool. The service: we needed extra pillows and blankets for the pullout sofa. They had everything to us without any delays. The location: it's centrally located, and everything is within several blocks for us. We have been to Springfield several times, and we really enjoyed this place most so far.Rooms: Our room fit our needs perfectly.Food & drinks: We had pizza, which was less than 2 miles. We missed the buffet since we had to be in Joplin by 7:30. They also have a happy hour from 4-6 pm.Noteworthy details: Having two pools is nice.
Sheri Grote: Wonderful atmosphere. I am from Masonic family, so I really enjoyed and connected to the symbolism and historical references in the decor. The rooms and service were amazing.Rooms: Elegant and trendy decor. The blackout shades and all inclusive light switches really helped settle in at night.Nearby activities: Art culture was wonderful, amazing food and rooftop bar close by.Walkability: Very close to conference location, evening dining and events.
Nita Heft: Rooms are old, and the parking lot is not well lit.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More
ben: Looks decent once you walk in but the rooms weren't the beat as far as stains in the carpet, shower area cracked n caulked over, outlets need updated along with the lights. For the money the place is making they don't put it back in the rooms.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Chris Yunick: Really nice location. Quiet. Easy to access food sites. We were there for a 4-day meeting. The wait staff was excellent!Rooms: Clean and fairly comfortable. Some loud crash would occur when the air conditioning came on. No housekeeping until after 3 days. Need to get fresh towels and coffee at front desk. But well-mannered staff.
Paul Burns: If you are worried about getting a sunburn while outside at the pool no worries because that outside pool is not available but the indoor pool is.
Mitch Ridout: Family came to see daughter's graduation. Lobby is incredible. Great service. Clean rooms.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value …More
galena Ellis: It was a very comfortable room with comfy pillows. The shower was great. The breakfast buffet was super delicious.
A. Jibran Meo: Rooms are clean and spacious however, they are out dated. Service on the other hand is phenomenal and folks are very friendly. Location is central to downtown, convention center and frat houses so there is always some activity to enjoy.Nearby activities: Alot of cafés nearby to enjoy coffee other drinks and treatsWalkability: 8/10 walkability. Restaurants and shops located with in 6 or 7 block radius.
Julie Vickers: Everything was really nice until you walked into the room. The room seemed really outdated compared to the rest of the hotel. The walls were FAR from soundproof. 6:30 am, we could hear screaming kids next door, plain as day.Nearby activities: Is close to many downtown places.Noteworthy details: No free breakfast of any kind. It's $15 per person for the breakfast

Hotel Vandivort: what do users think?
Bob King: Rooms: Room was well designed, but had not been effectively cleaned before our arrival.Nearby activities: Hotel was an easy drive to the Great Southern Bank arena.
Clay Lucas: The ac sucks. Thermostat is locked in the middle of summer. If you're going to pay this much for a room they should let you control the temp. Over $200 for a basic room and they'll try to save money not letting you use the ac.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Chris Hodges: Well branded, clean and beautiful atmosphere. It cost ~$25 more than the Hilton on the other side of town (near the Walmart) and is 20x nicer with a significantly better location. Unfortunately, no breakfast but the lounge and bar are beautiful and professional. Top notch.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Emily Woodall: A must-see! Famous Masonic hall turned historic hotel
Breni Thomas: Room service was handled by Gill and August. August at the front desk, very friendly and professional, saw a guest being rude to her and she handled it very well and professional. Made it very easy for me and my doggo.Gill came in with my food room service. My dog barked at her as he is a guard dog/still puppy. She handled it very well, very understanding as to why he was reacting that way, as soon as I let him meet her, they were best friends. Definitely an asset to a dog friendly hotel.I was a petite female solo traveler, and this place made me feel safe and comfortable. They had a small dog patch RIGHT outside the hotel, made me feel comfortable taking my puppy out at any hours.Overall nice hotel design, not so great views, but the layout covers for it. Definitely will stay here again.
Ammie FoxyLady19: Very niceWalkability: Close to everything downtownRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Joel A'Bell: Favourite place to stay in Springfield.
Danielle Grimm: Worst experience that I have ever endured! The Valet mysteriously lost one of our bags. Of course, he denied and the staff also denied. Not to mention that the staff was very rude and unaccountable. We were in from out of town for a wedding and due to the lack of responsibility on the Valet's part, we were unable to enjoy a special time. Whether the Valet misplaced our bag, left it on the street or kept for himself, is unknown. But the Hotel has shown absolutely no accountability, fault or responsibility! We did not stay. Was told by front desk that we would not be charged for room. Guess what? We were! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Unprofessional and shady is all I can say!
Jamie Rady: Best hotel in Springfield. Just stayed again. Even better than before! It's a must stay.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Romantic, Great value, High-tech …More

Ryan Moore: Nice hotel but in a very noisy area. So many cars and motorcycles racing through the streets all night, I felt I was in the pit of the Daytona 500. Terrible night sleep!Rooms: 2/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 1/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Teresa Whalen: Another amazing lil Gem in the heart of Springfield MO. Within walking distance of tons of restaurants and lil shops in downtown Springfield.

Robert Bickel: If you are a parent of an 18 month old, view this!We wanted to take a little vacation but with a small child, we didn’t want to go too terribly far. We decided to go to Springfield and found the Oasis through different hotel searches. We’re glad we found it and stayed there! The front desk staff were pleasant, nice, and so helpful. The location was great! North Springfield gets a bad rap for no reason. We ran into no problems, the hotel is gated, and beautifully maintained. For the 18 month olds, the splash pad they have was the perfect size! Your little one will be so excited to splash in it and never want to get out.Room was a great size, the bathroom was updated, beds comfy, and AC worked great. We stayed two nights and loved every minute of it. Highly recommend to families that may have little ones or even big ones because the pool is a great size too! Thanks so much!
Edwin Simmons: Advertised a balcony room, opened on a cement wall and fence. Room was not serviced, had to go get our own towels, coffee, etc. at the front desk. Now I'm getting Emails requesting I tip their wonderful staff. Not pleased especially for the price.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Nicole McRoberts: We were in town for a graduation. I chose this establishment from the pictures and it definitely lived up to them. Our stay was wonderful! Thank you Oasis!Safety: I like the guards desk before you can enter onto the premises! A Resort!
Ayanna Black: I tried booking with them and was told that they don’t use Apple Pay and wouldn’t take my card information by reading it. And then she hung up on me for asking more questions. Not the greatest customer service for someone looking for a room for one night with a 2 year old.
Nikko Skaggs: A very beautiful hotel!Well maintainedThe staff is super friendly!Easy to find everything.Rooms: The rooms are super nice and clean!Food & drinks: Plenty of restaurants near by
jeff sampson: The place was very elegant. Staff was very polite. The place was very clean. The pool was clean, and a great view. Had a massage at the spa well worth every penny. Samantha Scott: This was our second visit here. We love this place. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. We never have any troubles. This time we purchased a stay package. It was our wedding anniversary. It included roses on the bed, chocolate covered strawberries, wine, a gift certificate for their restaurant fire and ice and a massage for us both. We had such a great relaxing time. The beds are comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Oscar Ramirez: DO NOT STAY HERE, my wife was traveling alone and called me crying. She was taking a nap and heard someone opening her room door, I guess the front desk didn’t know she was there which doesn’t make any sense when she already checked in. The front desk gave another man the room, especially if it’s a girl and a random man tries to open the door you’ll feel like they are trying to do something. She doesn’t feel safe and couldn’t get any sleep that night, thankfully the dogs was there to protect her. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling. Y’all need to do better this is a major issue, no rules and regulations here just pure trash.

Rest Haven Court: what do users think?
Angie: Older, but simple and CLEAN. They do require a $20.00 per night cash deposit, but actually return it back upon checkout as long as no items are missing from the rooms and they aren't trashed. Quiet lot, with a small, but maintained and inviting play area for kids with a tall slide.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly, Great value …More
THOMAS GREGORY TANNER JR: Stayed here for a few nights in April 2023. First couple nights were ok. Then, the 3rd night an older man from another country was working. That's when everything went south. First, he overcharged my debit card even though I confirmed the final total with him twice. When I confronted him with it and showed him the charge on my bank app he became irate and accused me of having poor vision. Lol. I have perfect vision and the amount on my card was $9 too much. He never would concede he did something wrong and kept saying he was doing me a favor by letting me stay there. He was rude. He cursed at me. He was belligerent and the rooms are nasty too.
A&W's Roadside, Inc.: Really low quality accommodations mixed with rude front desk attitude and this is worth the money
Eric West: Great old-style route 66 motel. Clean with friendly staffHotel highlights Romantic, Quiet …More
Kari Ross: I stayed here for 3 months while moving from California. They gave us a great rate and were very kind to me and my daughter. Would recommendRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Katrina Spivey: I didn’t stay there. When I was calling to ask questions they immediately hung up on me after giving me the answer but never answered the original question

Brian Winsauer: So I've owed this place a review for a while now. Over the years, I've probably stayed here 8-10 times. It would appear at first glance to be "one of those places", but it's NOT! While it is dated for certain, the rooms are spotlessly clean. Your bedspread may be 20 years old, but it will be cleaner than grandma's house. The wifi is incredibly strong and fast. The fridge & microwave in every room has worked properly and the water pressure in the shower has been strong and the hot water is hot! This place is not a Marriott by any stretch, but the amenities are good, as advertised and the family that owns and operates the property are always cordial, responsive and welcoming. My only negative comment would be that compariitively, it's a little pricey - but I continue to return as I just like the vibe and have mad respect for the owners commitment in maintaining their property with their own hands!
I will: Fun
Michael Solomon: Clean room with a clean little bathroom. Cable TV had a very clear picture. WIFI IS WORKING excellent. I stay in motels for work 5 to 7 days a week really recommend Rest Haven Court and it's cheaply priced too, also zero bedbugs, the guy a few post below is a liar.💛💛💛
