SpringHill Suites by Marriott Springfield North: what do users think?
Tina Shults: Great hotel, but the lady who checked us in never said one word to us.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Breanne B: The woman at the front desk was nice and explained all the amenities to me, check in was very simple and the hotel was quiet and relaxing. I didn't use any of the amenities like the pool or gym but I really like the rooms. They have a fridge and microwave, small seating area with a desk. Modern feeling bathroom. I like that this location had a door to the shower, unlike another location that had just a half wall, resulting in some water on the ground from the splash. The TV also easily connected to your phone to play Netflix or YouTube. Huge plus. Breakfast was simple and enjoyable.
Ana: Stayed here for work and was very pleased! Beautiful modern rooms, very clean, friendly front desk, prime location off the highway. If I'm back in this area, I'd plan my stay here for sure!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More

Chris Costello: I’m a fan of Springhill Suites in general and this spot is no exception. Friendly staff. Prompt check-in. Cool vibes throughout. Rooms are clean, modern and spacious. Good breakfast options. The location does seem to be in a bit of an odd spot but there’s loads of chain restaurants within walking distance if you need a quick bite.
Trapper Meadors: Clean place, nice staffRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Jennifer Thompson: I road trip across the country quite a bit and I don't often stop to write reviews (only when extreme in either direction). This hotel room has got to be the cleanest I've ever stayed in. Seriously impressed. Not a stray hair in the bathroom (and I LOOKED), not a crumb on the counter, not a stain on a towel or sheet. I'm extremely impressed and was much more comfortable.I didn't utilize any amenities so I cannot attest to them, but the pool, exercise room, and business center areas all looked adequate and the lounge was welcoming with modern furniture and board games. The outdoor seating area had a fire table and grill. Really cute space. My room was quite large, with a pull out trundle sofa and a nice kitchette area with a coffeemaker, small fridge and microwave...always appreciated. Tastefully decorated with modern classic look that invites relaxation. Quiet halls. Comfortable bed. TV that swiveled toward bed or living room space.Highly recommend!
EX7mods: Honestly. Everything was perfect. Would stay again anytime.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Gina Babin: Very nice place. Super clean
Darryl May: Too many teenagers knocking on doors all night long. Nothing was done
Nina Sala: Here for a volleyball tournament this weekend and we called front desk to see if my daughter could grab early breakfast as they had to be at Clubhouse at 7am. We were told that they would have something quick for the girls but everything wouldn’t be ready yet. Thank you so much for making sure there was something in the kitchen for the girls to eat before they left. Really appreciate the service and it was a great start to her day. Not only that but according to her, it was the perfect variety😊Thank you!!
Rick U.: Great hotel!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Amanda Berlin: I am so sad I was only here one night! The room I was in (2 queens and a sleeper sofa) was roomy, comfortable enough to relax in and also work. Staff was so friendly!! I had a lovely convo with one of the workers (cannot remember her name but she had purple streaks in her hair and handled the breakfast). Would absolutely stay again!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jason Hedlund: The room was great. Breakfast was not as good as at some of the other Springhill suites I have stayed at. To be fair, there was some kind of tournament that weekend and lots of kids. The main complaint was no hot chocolate.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly …More

The breakfast was also very good!Nearby activities: We love to go to the wonders of wildlife aquarium when we visit the hotel.Food & drinks: Lots of food options nearby!

Robert Bickel: If you are a parent of an 18 month old, view this!We wanted to take a little vacation but with a small child, we didn’t want to go too terribly far. We decided to go to Springfield and found the Oasis through different hotel searches. We’re glad we found it and stayed there! The front desk staff were pleasant, nice, and so helpful. The location was great! North Springfield gets a bad rap for no reason. We ran into no problems, the hotel is gated, and beautifully maintained. For the 18 month olds, the splash pad they have was the perfect size! Your little one will be so excited to splash in it and never want to get out.Room was a great size, the bathroom was updated, beds comfy, and AC worked great. We stayed two nights and loved every minute of it. Highly recommend to families that may have little ones or even big ones because the pool is a great size too! Thanks so much!
Edwin Simmons: Advertised a balcony room, opened on a cement wall and fence. Room was not serviced, had to go get our own towels, coffee, etc. at the front desk. Nicole McRoberts: We were in town for a graduation. I chose this establishment from the pictures and it definitely lived up to them. Our stay was wonderful! Thank you Oasis!Safety: I like the guards desk before you can enter onto the premises! A Resort!
Ayanna Black: I tried booking with them and was told that they don’t use Apple Pay and wouldn’t take my card information by reading it. And then she hung up on me for asking more questions. Not the greatest customer service for someone looking for a room for one night with a 2 year old.
Nikko Skaggs: A very beautiful hotel!Well maintainedThe staff is super friendly!Easy to find everything.Rooms: The rooms are super nice and clean!Food & drinks: Plenty of restaurants near by
jeff sampson: The place was very elegant. Staff was very polite. The place was very clean. The pool was clean, and a great view. Had a massage at the spa well worth every penny. The masseuse was very nice and good at her job.Rooms: The room was very clean and comfortableFood & drinks: We ordered room service was very good would recommend
Samantha Scott: This was our second visit here. We love this place. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. We never have any troubles. This time we purchased a stay package. It was our wedding anniversary. It included roses on the bed, chocolate covered strawberries, wine, a gift certificate for their restaurant fire and ice and a massage for us both. We had such a great relaxing time. The beds are comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Lacie Contreras Get Laced Unique Styles & Trendz: Worst experience ever called to book room for my anniversary I told them it was my anniversary and I wanted a room with hot tub the lady on phone told me she had one available with two queen size beds I get to room and there is no hot tub and not a room for a romantic evening I was lied and tricked into a room I would have never booked for our special night when I called front desk the same lady who was on the phone with me was at front desk with a bad attitude and it really disappointed me worse money ever spent refund pls
Jay Bryant: Nice new clean hotel was very friendly staff
Lynn Becker: No issues except the breakfast, no bacon 😞 , no white toast (allergies). Oatmeal a little runny one day and thick on another. No Hot chocolate packetsSafety: Good.
Ana Wiggins: Buenísimo me encanta sus camas almohadas Bueno todo 💯
Andrew Aggus: For starters, great location! Very easy access to I-44 and much of Springfield. This hotel was immaculate. Definitely one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in!The room had definitely been remodeled recently. It was very modern. The front desk staff (Dionna/Dionne?) was extremely kind and even accomodated an early check-in for us, which made life much easier! My only complaint is that it was loud in the hallway at certain times (mainly early morning), and you could hear every word loud and clear in the room.Overall, I will definitely stay here again!
Tim M: Clean and updated rooms. USB outlets for phone charging cords. Easy check in. Right down the street from fairgrounds.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More

Theresa Harris: Very friendly staff and it’s clean inside and outside. Breakfast has several things to offer.
Travis: Room was modern and clean. Breakfast was hot and offered many options. Slight noise as our room was located adjacent to elevator. One of the bathroom lights did not turn on. Hallway light took a min to "warm up" before turning on.Overall, I would recommend 👍Nearby activities: Gas, EV charging and restaurants within walking distance
Phil R: Great breakfast, service, and clean rooms.
Brandon Black: Great hotel. Good price and location. I was on 4th floor and it had at least 11ft ceilings. Nice and spacious.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
brad kertz: We made our reservation three weeks in advance through a third party website. Upon our check-in, our reservation couldn't be located. Emails and app information was displayed to the receptionist. After some typing he asked us if we had made our reservation between two specific dates. I said we did, the date was on the confirmation email. He proceeded to inform us that their computer system was down during that time and due to full occupancy, there was nothing he could do.I asked "there's NOTHING you can do?" He said because we had booked through a third party and not through them, he couldn't do anything.I felt something COULD have been done, a voucher or something to accommodate for their computer system being down. It is not the cutomers fault that their system was down for multiple days. The clerk could have done SOMETHING, but instead, chose to do nothing. My brother and his family didn't have any issues due to them making their reservations a few days after ours. His room seemed pleasant enough.
Dave Mclean: This is our 4th time staying at this location over the past year and have not been disappointed. Room has always been clean, very comfortable beds, and hot breakfast bar ia always ready and good. Staff is very nice. Highly recommend.Rooms: Very comfortable, nice TV, clean, comfortable bed!
Kristy Gibson: We booked a room online only to find out that it was a scam third party booking site (so not the hotels fault).. Brayden was working the front desk and was very helpful! He showed us excellent customer service! Our room is clean and our stay was quiet.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Springfield: what do users think?
Scot Moore: Sky was a true professional and very helpful. She really made out stay here much more calming during a very difficult time. Thank you 😊Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
danny wohlleber: Stayed here June 9 - June 11 2023. The rooms were overpriced for what was delivered. Front desk was rude, had an attitude right away. A line was halfway through the lobby and was very slow. They did not hold up on their online reservations, they argued with me for about 5 minutes. We booked 2 rooms online, had the confirmation #, they did not care, so I had to book another room, they didn't say that they were sorry or since they messed up--they should have offered an apology or a room, or anything. We went to the room and the mattress was hard, no refrigerator or microwave, we did not have free wi-fi, could not get our temperature in the room where we wanted it, and had to pay for breakfast. As much as they charge, it should have been free. In 1 of the rooms, we did not have hot water, called the maintenance man. As soon as he got there he had an attitude, like he didn't want to work. Instead of offering a different room, said it will be okay. When you get on the elevator, make sure you have a room card on you, even if your hands are full with luggage, cause the elevator only works with the card. On our way out, no one said thanks for staying with us, rude, rude, rude. An absolute disappointment. Make sure you stay away from this place.
Erin Haines: 2 queen clean, front desk was great, quiet even with dogs on other floors.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Dan Basnett: Not impressed. I stayed here last about 13 years ago and it looks basically the same, just more run down. The rooms are comfortable but require major updating. There are water stains on the ceiling tiles, loose ceiling tiles, dust and rust on lamps and fixtures and dirty switches. I'm Hilton Diamond and there was no upgrade. I was told there were 4 suites and because O'Reilly's owns this hotel and has many managers and other visitors they get the rooms first. There is no executive lounge and little in the way of amenities. We had a much better experience at the Hilton Tru a few miles away. I will not stay at this Doubletree again. The attached Houlihans restaurant has also gone down hill in terms of service and cleanliness. There are better dining choices in the Springfield area.
Lori Flowers: Amazing staffRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Phillip Bassett: I go to Springfield often but typically stay in a different area. Stayed here to be closer to other family that came to town. This may be my new spot to stay. I like how easy it was to get on and off the highway. The facilities were very nice and clean. The rooms were nice, have in room safes. There is an indoor pool and gym, but be sure to grab a key. Their app doesn't open the pool and gym doors. There is a nice on-site restaurant as well as a breakfast buffet.
Justin Ingraham: The rooms were nice. I was upgraded to a suite so it was spacious. The only drawback was a decent amount of dust on the walls. The AC in the bedroom was hit or miss. Location wise this was perfect. There were so many restaurants available, entertainment options that the group I was with thoroughly enjoyed our time. The staff was very friendly. The atrium was updated but the individual rooms could use a refresh.
Tom O'Brien: Food & drinks: Just need to learn how to make stronger coffee. Very weak lobby and restaurant. You need a dark roast and sugar in the raw.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Jason (Cookies39): Nice hotel with nice staff...comfortable stayRooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Lewis DeCarlo: The hotel needs to replace the towels and wash cloths. They are warn out. Difficult to find parking.Noteworthy details: Over priced for whst was offered. They need to get into the bathrooms. Clean and/or replace shower head and faucet. Towels and wash cloths were like sandpaper. No mini fridge. Hotel was nothing special. Over priced for what it is.
Carey Burtwill: Diamond member writing review. Greeted politely by front desk, mentioned at check-in to please check on available upgrade. Sorry. Interesting, chose this property because we were told a few days before I confirmed the reservation, they would make notes and do their best. Upon check in, no notes, therefore, no upgrade. Nice. (I didn’t mention there’s 3 cars in the whole parking lot. Yes, I actually counted). No problem, traveling for work so I settle into my room, pull out my laptop, looking for ottoman, can you guess? Yep, no ottoman. Called desk, reply from front desk, sorry, there’s no ottoman in the entire property. Okay, well that’s a first.Looking for refrigerator, can you guess? Nope, no little refrigerator.3 strikes and I’ve been here less than an hour, you decide but the photos on their website must be from a different property.I’m generally loyal to Doubletree, plus 50 nights a year, I recommend checking your options elsewhere when in Springfield.
Michael Blair: Check-in is at 3PM...not 5PM. Coming from out of town and attending an event last evening we were on a tight timeline. We called ahead to make sure our reservations were still being honored since someone else in our party had their rooms cancelled and were left with big headache when they finally arrived. When we called ahead they stated they were cleaning our rooms and never once indicated that there would be such a delay. We arrived at 3:30PM and after checking into our two conjoining rooms they informed me that the rooms had not been cleaned yet. I explained that we were on a timeline and asked if we were looking at 15 minutes or 3 hours to which I was told "I do not know and cant answer that." An hour and a half later we finally got into our room. A phone call or advanced notification that the rooms were not ready would have been appreciated. I asked for a discount since I was paying for something I could not use and was only provided a voucher for food. Front desk then tried to deny our access to go upstairs stating we weren't allowed in the elevators or stairwells since we were not confirmed guests yet. We had family staying in the hotel and were going to go up and see them. There were multiple other parties in the lobby waiting for their rooms to be cleaned as well. The front desk denied the ESA for our dog and charged a $50 deposit. (*Update - I called after I got home to inquire about their ESA policy and the same woman at the front desk answered and said she did not know and would connect me to the hotel manager. After 10 minutes she came on the line and said I am transfering you now, the manager never picked up the phone. I then called the hotel back a couple times and the front desk did not answer my call but rather letting it ring until their system ended the call.)I signed the paperwork stating which room we would have our dog in but once we saw our rooms we choose to stay in the other room. When I walked up to check out this morning the same lady was there that helped me the day before and she immediately said "housekeeping saw you take the dog into the other room so I am applying a $50 deposit to this room as well". She immediately jumped to accusing me of something instead of asking about the situation. The management is awful, unwilling to help their customers, lie constantly to their customer and lack basic communication skills. The current management team should be replaced or at a minimum retake every customer service training program that Hilton requires.

Tony Towns Towns: ONLY BOOK TO SELECT TYPE OF PEOPLE!After traveling 11 hours, I tried to reserve a room at the front desk with the receptionist (Vanessa), After viewing several availabilities on priceline - was told no rooms were available. I left the premises perplexed, so I called to register by online service and was told several rooms were available. Wondering why I was turned away, I went back to the hotel and asked why I was told no rooms available when obviously they are, I was told something was wrong with their system at the time? and rooms are now available. The actual hotel don't know rooms are available yet Priceline and online does?I was not provided an adequate reason why I was turned away therefore, I must assume for subjective reasons. The receptionist did not know me other than what is obvious to the eye. This is disheartening and is not how anyone should be treated.I do not recommend this business unless you support devisive business practices. Minorities please approach with caution!

This was a huge relief for us as we were died tired checking in at almost 3 in the morning. Will definitely stay here again.Noteworthy details: Staff is really friendly.

Rachel, Aubrey, Chris, Ashley, Glenda, Nora, Jennifer keep the rooms looking great and the showers scrubbed . Maranda is to your room as quick as possible to fix any maintenance problems that arises! I’d 100% recommend staying here and getting to interact with all the Friendly Team member! And don’t get me Started Lil Homie and his welcoming self waiting for each guest to arrive! Mikelle Bozeman: The staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. The front desk guy let us borrow a game and personally brought a crib to our room. They were very welcoming and the sweet lady at breakfast was very kind! Emily Wang: Had a great experience staying at the hotel. Clean and spacious room with modern, well designed kitchen facility. Friendly staff. Free continental breakfast. Will stay again if travel to Springfield.
William Hartman: A brief stay for business at this Home 2 Suites. Check-in was fairly easy, and Ricky was helpful both upon check-in and when I needed to change rooms due to a loud dog in the adjacent room I was originally provided. I wasn't in the original room long enough to provide a good assessment. However, the 2nd room was not clean. If it wasn't 8PM, and I didn't have an important appointment at 7 the next morning, I would have changed rooms for a 3rd time. From the outside, the facility is clean and well kept. The staff (Ricky and Hunter)whom I interacted with were professional and courteous.

Linda SnyderPatterson: Everything was wonderful. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect. We were in town for the funeral of a family member. The only downside was that the bed was too “fluffy” (for lack of a better word). Our mattress at home is firm and we both woke up with headaches both mornings. However, the service, cleanliness, and staff were above and beyond most places we’ve stayed in the past. Please take this as an “Excellent” review of your care and service. We had a bed to sleep in and no harm was done. We will come back if we’re in the area again.
Stevie Salyer: We came to rescue our daughter and had an angel on the other end helping me and her. My angels name is Melanie! She went above and beyond. The staff were amazing!

Holiday Inn & Suites Springfield - I-44, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?
Ricky Mann: The hotel is currently undergoing construction and will be until April of 2024 according to the sign in the lobby they are "proud" of. We have been here from 6-8-23 until 6-11-23 for the VFW State Convention. We had our rooms here as an overflow hotel to the Oasis. Upon arrival, they did not have our reservations ready, even though we booked in March, and we are scattered across 5 different floors. The A/C does the best it can to keep it at 75⁰F. The shower head will beat you up and randomly turns on. There are 2 elevators in a confusing location on the opposite end of where most of the rooms are located. Housekeeping does come by daily though. Most hardly speak English. FYI, it is dead silent at night. Fan sleepers come prepared! Today, one of my members received a call he was being kicked out due to construction and they did not have a new room ready, nor would one be available. He decided to drive the 5 hours home instead. The best they could do was a voucher for the overpriced breakfast. A Veteran. The hotel currently has 2 working ice makers for the whole building. We have decided to NOT patronize this location for any future events.Nearby activities: Dispensary across the street that delivers.
Jessica Williams: My stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Springfield was great, the staff was lovely, they accommodated my room with a large mini fridge and a microwave to help me since I was staying for two weeks while my apartment complex was reparing the plumbing in my apartment. I enjoyed the free wi-wi and cable, not yo mention, I loved the convenience of being able to go down to the lobby to buy a few sodas and snacks. They also have a lovely restaurant that is affordable as well as delicious. The place is clean, sofisticated and very accommodating. I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it to anyone, it's my second time staying there at this hotel, last time I was there for about only a few days, but I'm glad I got to stay a bit longer this time. Also the housekeeping do a great job cleaning the rooms and getting you anything you are needing also, whether it be towels, extra trash bags, coffee, creamer, sugar and coffee cups, you name it, they will get it for you. And if you forget to pack an essential grooming item like shampoo, conditioner, soap, a comb, razor, toothbrush, tooth paste, etc. no need to worry, the hotel has your back! They offer essential that you've forgotten by request; call the front desk and they will get them right to you!Rooms: Rooms are very clean and spacious and you can have mini fridge and microwave upon request.Nearby activities: There are several restaurants and the 4th biggest Walmart in the US just up the road from the hotel.Walkability: There are numerous restaurants within walking distance, as well as the 4th biggest Walmart in the US.Food & drinks: There is a restaurant inside the hotel as well as snacks and drinks and ice cream etc sold down in the lobby also. And there are several restaurants nearby and the 4th biggest Walmart in the US is just up the road I'd you wanted to buy your own food and drinks, you can request a mini fridge and microwave for your room and if they are out of microwaves you are allowed to use the one in the lobby.Noteworthy details: They also have free hi-speed wifi and wheelchair accessible rooms too.
Julio Garcia: Nice hotel , I recommend nice and clean. I don’t give the 5 start because they continue asking for $50 deposit and That's Old Practice
Sharon Perkins: Charged higher rates than we’d been told*, taped-over windows (room 622), two stained pillows, no toilet paper holder, broken atm, no microwave in room only a tiny one off the lobby in a weird alcove, bathroom door wouldn’t shut, restaurant closed. Good breakfast, typically high-calorie though because it’s the Midwest and there aren’t a lot of healthy options as far as breakfast goes here. They did have Chobani Greek yogurt cups and wrapped apples and bananas.*They charge a different rate depending on the busy-ness of the hotel, so we got charged increasingly higher rates each night.
Nickki Golden: This place is more like a 1. Sorry if my stuff wasn’t already unpacked I would leave. Just one night….hopefully I can make it.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Melissa Moyers: Don’t confuse this property with the near brand new Holiday Inn *Express* about a mile down the road. This one is big, but OLD. They have done some minor renovations but the room we were in was not. Or at least if it was, it was minimal. There’s not a free breakfast here. The drain in our room’s bathroom sink was extremely slow, shower was just eh. Beds eh. They also took upwards of 90 minutes just to bring us up bedding for the pull out sofa, after calling twice and going down to the front desk once. This was at 11:30 at night and by the looks of the parking lot, they were not heavily booked by any means. Frustrating when you have an 8 year old that needs to go to sleep. There are plenty of hotels surrounding this one. Until they are fully renovated, I would 100% go elsewhere.
baby gile: The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved we walked in and i peeked at the shower and there was rust and paint chipping off so it didn’t look very sanitary. There is also no microwave or refrigerator in our room either. On the positive side there are many fast food places nearby but we probably won’t stay againRooms: 1/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Brandon Baum: I paid for breakfast to be included in the room price, but the breakfast is same low quality Holiday Inn Express continental breakfast they give for free.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Patrick Dunn: I gave this three stars because the bed is very comfortable. The good points end there. This did not come close to my expectations for a holiday inn and suite.Although it's obviously been remodeled and is undergoing more work, the bathroom is old and the air conditioning/ heater rattled all night. Finally, I was shocked to find that this supposed quality hotel, did not offer anything in the morning except the coffee in the room. Other than that, your only option is a $12 buffet.Essentially, I got a $75 room for $150. That's unacceptable.I was very disappointed and will not be staying here again.
gwemtp: Need more signage. Hard to navigate inside the building. Only one ice machine in the whole building. Only one desk clerk with a long line.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Steffany Tinnin: This is less about the place being a total dump despite attractive photos online and more about our reservation being given away because they were overbooked. I reserved a 2 room suite because I traveled with my two toddlers and parents - and I confirmed our stay 24 hours in advance - and still showed up to the front desk with a totally different room with a sleeper sofa in lieu of a second room with a queen bed. The kicker - they still charged us for a 2-bedroom suite! So they forced me to be a Karen and go back down to the front desk to discuss this, and they acted like it was a huge favor to us to charge us the appropriate rate for the room they put us in. They also seemed confused and didn’t have any direct answers for us because it’s obviously cringy to look at people and have to tell them they gave their room away. They also tried to talk me off the ledge by asking questions like “you DO have a sleeper sofa, right?” Insinuating that I should just be accepting of the room change. The 2-bedroom suite is the only reason I even booked at this refurbished 80’s motel. They gave us two drink tickets to the bar as compensation. We went to the bar, the poor bartender was way overworked. They had two white wines and one red, that’s it. My husband ended up sleeping on Memaw’s crusty estate sale sofa pullout with our son, and even though my daughter and I got the king bed, I was kept up by the sounds of the crinkly plastic wrapped mattress and popping springs every time one of them rolled around. In addition to all of this, my husband showered in the morning and my son asked ‘what’s that sound?’ And I told him it was an elephant, because it’s the most accurate comparison for the noise the shower handle made when he turned it on and off. This was a huge reminder for why I stay in VRBOs.
Carol Siegel: Don’t believe the pictures, this place was a dump, run down and out of date. I felt compelled to wear pool sandals in the shower. They gave my daughters confirmed reservation away. Nothing positive here.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly …More
David Tucker: First Room No A/CSecond Room A/C took all night to get down to 68°FThis Morning find somerhings. i pictured them. there was more things just didnot take pics. ready to leave.i left 1 star room because the 2 rooms i have seen were major issues.Service 2 star because at 2300 when i check in. front desk wanted to send maintance instead of changing the rooms.the location is good.and lobby and court yard were very nice.hope this helps.Diamond Elite Memeber
Tracy Goza: Was here on business for the week. I've always had great stays in Holiday Inns. The lobby area looks nice. I stayed on the 4th floor and that room had major issues. This is the first Holiday Inn that doesn't offer a refrigerator in the rooms. I asked the lady at the front desk and was told there were no refrigerators available for the rooms. The sink was slow draining, a lot of calcium build up on the shower head (which caused the water to come out slow). The vent in the bathroom was stopped up with lint. Rust in the tub and had hair on the side of the tub. When I informed the same lady at the front desk all she would say is Sorry. I would not recommend this place. You will be disappointed.
Michele Trinkler: Enjoyed salmon dinner at the on-site lounge.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Jacob Close: Hotel was under renovation with no notice during booking or check in, we had no hot water and no water pressure our first night, so no showers. We requested a room change and was informed the entire building was having the same problem. The next day the water was working, but when I asked to address the issue with a manager, there was no one on shift. We were told a manager would be informed of our concern and address our request for a discount, we still haven’t received any communication and we were charged the full rate.Plus, no mini fridge, so I couldn’t refrigerate my leftover Thai food.

Bryan Smith: We were in the area because this was a good stopping point on the way to Sedalia. We chose this one because they have heated pool and that was a must demand from my daughters. From check in with kind gentleman night shift... So friendly.Only there one night. No housekeeping needed. However breakfast staff was fantastic and friendly as was the housekeeping staff.A lot about this hotel has promise and upside letting me know that I made the right choice of place to stay. Our room had ants ... Sad deal for such a clean hotel ... Email received from the GM.The room was clean and in nice working order. Cool layout and nice amount of space.Breakfast had a nice variety of things to choose from. The breakfast staff worked hard to keep things flowing well. The pool was a big hit for my daughters. We spent a lot of time here. Awesome TV in the pool area. This Hotel might make it to where it would be hard to stay anywhere else! The area is definitely attractive. (Restaurants, shopping ease of getting on the highway)Thank you for being available to experience a successful vacation. The pool water was cloudy and freezing cold so we dipped a toe in and left the pool area. The beds were comfy.
