Lacie Contreras Get Laced Unique Styles & Trendz: Worst experience ever called to book room for my anniversary I told them it was my anniversary and I wanted a room with hot tub the lady on phone told me she had one available with two queen size beds I get to room and there is no hot tub and not a room for a romantic evening I was lied and tricked into a room I would have never booked for our special night when I called front desk the same lady who was on the phone with me was at front desk with a bad attitude and it really disappointed me worse money ever spent refund pls

Andrew Aggus: For starters, great location! Very easy access to I-44 and much of Springfield.This hotel was immaculate. Definitely one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in!The room had definitely been remodeled recently. It was very modern.The front desk staff (Dionna/Dionne?) was extremely kind and even accomodated an early check-in for us, which made life much easier!My only complaint is that it was loud in the hallway at certain times (mainly early morning), and you could hear every word loud and clear in the room.Overall, I will definitely stay here again!

Travis: Room was modern and clean. Breakfast was hot and offered many options. Slight noise as our room was located adjacent to elevator. One of the bathroom lights did not turn on. Hallway light took a min to "warm up" before turning on.Overall, I would recommend 👍Nearby activities: Gas, EV charging and restaurants within walking distance

brad kertz: We made our reservation three weeks in advance through a third party website. Upon our check-in, our reservation couldn't be located. Emails and app information was displayed to the receptionist.After some typing he asked us if we had made our reservation between two specific dates. I said we did, the date was on the confirmation email. He proceeded to inform us that their computer system was down during that time and due to full occupancy, there was nothing he could do.I asked "there's NOTHING you can do?" He said because we had booked through a third party and not through them, he couldn't do anything.I felt something COULD have been done, a voucher or something to accommodate for their computer system being down. It is not the cutomers fault that their system was down for multiple days.The clerk could have done SOMETHING, but instead, chose to do nothing.My brother and his family didn't have any issues due to them making their reservations a few days after ours. His room seemed pleasant enough.
