Lacie Contreras Get Laced Unique Styles & Trendz: Worst experience ever called to book room for my anniversary I told them it was my anniversary and I wanted a room with hot tub the lady on phone told me she had one available with two queen size beds I get to room and there is no hot tub and not a room for a romantic evening I was lied and tricked into a room I would have never booked for our special night when I called front desk the same lady who was on the phone with me was at front desk with a bad attitude and it really disappointed me worse money ever spent refund pls
Jay Bryant: Nice new clean hotel was very friendly staff
Lynn Becker: No issues except the breakfast, no bacon 😞 , no white toast (allergies). Oatmeal a little runny one day and thick on another. No Hot chocolate packetsSafety: Good.
Ana Wiggins: Buenísimo me encanta sus camas almohadas Bueno todo 💯
Andrew Aggus: For starters, great location! Very easy access to I-44 and much of Springfield. This hotel was immaculate. Definitely one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in!The room had definitely been remodeled recently. It was very modern. The front desk staff (Dionna/Dionne?) was extremely kind and even accomodated an early check-in for us, which made life much easier! My only complaint is that it was loud in the hallway at certain times (mainly early morning), and you could hear every word loud and clear in the room.Overall, I will definitely stay here again!
Tim M: Clean and updated rooms. USB outlets for phone charging cords. Easy check in. Right down the street from fairgrounds.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Venegas Fed: Rha rooms and beds need to be renovated. The first location I've been dissatisfied with.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Theresa Harris: Very friendly staff and it’s clean inside and outside. Breakfast has several things to offer.
Travis: Room was modern and clean. Breakfast was hot and offered many options. Slight noise as our room was located adjacent to elevator. One of the bathroom lights did not turn on. Hallway light took a min to "warm up" before turning on.Overall, I would recommend 👍Nearby activities: Gas, EV charging and restaurants within walking distance
Phil R: Great breakfast, service, and clean rooms.
Brandon Black: Great hotel. Good price and location. I was on 4th floor and it had at least 11ft ceilings. Nice and spacious.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
brad kertz: We made our reservation three weeks in advance through a third party website. Upon our check-in, our reservation couldn't be located. Emails and app information was displayed to the receptionist. After some typing he asked us if we had made our reservation between two specific dates. I said we did, the date was on the confirmation email. He proceeded to inform us that their computer system was down during that time and due to full occupancy, there was nothing he could do.I asked "there's NOTHING you can do?" He said because we had booked through a third party and not through them, he couldn't do anything.I felt something COULD have been done, a voucher or something to accommodate for their computer system being down. It is not the cutomers fault that their system was down for multiple days. The clerk could have done SOMETHING, but instead, chose to do nothing. My brother and his family didn't have any issues due to them making their reservations a few days after ours. His room seemed pleasant enough.
Dave Mclean: This is our 4th time staying at this location over the past year and have not been disappointed. Room has always been clean, very comfortable beds, and hot breakfast bar ia always ready and good. Staff is very nice. Highly recommend.Rooms: Very comfortable, nice TV, clean, comfortable bed!
Kristy Gibson: We booked a room online only to find out that it was a scam third party booking site (so not the hotels fault).. Brayden was working the front desk and was very helpful! He showed us excellent customer service! Our room is clean and our stay was quiet.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Holiday Inn & Suites Springfield - I-44, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?
Ricky Mann: The hotel is currently undergoing construction and will be until April of 2024 according to the sign in the lobby they are "proud" of. We have been here from 6-8-23 until 6-11-23 for the VFW State Convention. We had our rooms here as an overflow hotel to the Oasis. Upon arrival, they did not have our reservations ready, even though we booked in March, and we are scattered across 5 different floors. The A/C does the best it can to keep it at 75⁰F. The shower head will beat you up and randomly turns on. There are 2 elevators in a confusing location on the opposite end of where most of the rooms are located. Housekeeping does come by daily though. Most hardly speak English. FYI, it is dead silent at night. Fan sleepers come prepared! Today, one of my members received a call he was being kicked out due to construction and they did not have a new room ready, nor would one be available. He decided to drive the 5 hours home instead. The best they could do was a voucher for the overpriced breakfast. A Veteran. The hotel currently has 2 working ice makers for the whole building. We have decided to NOT patronize this location for any future events.Nearby activities: Dispensary across the street that delivers.
Jessica Williams: My stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Springfield was great, the staff was lovely, they accommodated my room with a large mini fridge and a microwave to help me since I was staying for two weeks while my apartment complex was reparing the plumbing in my apartment. I enjoyed the free wi-wi and cable, not yo mention, I loved the convenience of being able to go down to the lobby to buy a few sodas and snacks. They also have a lovely restaurant that is affordable as well as delicious. The place is clean, sofisticated and very accommodating. I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it to anyone, it's my second time staying there at this hotel, last time I was there for about only a few days, but I'm glad I got to stay a bit longer this time. Also the housekeeping do a great job cleaning the rooms and getting you anything you are needing also, whether it be towels, extra trash bags, coffee, creamer, sugar and coffee cups, you name it, they will get it for you. And if you forget to pack an essential grooming item like shampoo, conditioner, soap, a comb, razor, toothbrush, tooth paste, etc. no need to worry, the hotel has your back! They offer essential that you've forgotten by request; call the front desk and they will get them right to you!Rooms: Rooms are very clean and spacious and you can have mini fridge and microwave upon request.Nearby activities: There are several restaurants and the 4th biggest Walmart in the US just up the road from the hotel.Walkability: There are numerous restaurants within walking distance, as well as the 4th biggest Walmart in the US.Food & drinks: There is a restaurant inside the hotel as well as snacks and drinks and ice cream etc sold down in the lobby also. And there are several restaurants nearby and the 4th biggest Walmart in the US is just up the road I'd you wanted to buy your own food and drinks, you can request a mini fridge and microwave for your room and if they are out of microwaves you are allowed to use the one in the lobby.Noteworthy details: They also have free hi-speed wifi and wheelchair accessible rooms too.
Julio Garcia: Nice hotel , I recommend nice and clean. I don’t give the 5 start because they continue asking for $50 deposit and That's Old Practice
Sharon Perkins: Charged higher rates than we’d been told*, taped-over windows (room 622), two stained pillows, no toilet paper holder, broken atm, no microwave in room only a tiny one off the lobby in a weird alcove, bathroom door wouldn’t shut, restaurant closed. Good breakfast, typically high-calorie though because it’s the Midwest and there aren’t a lot of healthy options as far as breakfast goes here. They did have Chobani Greek yogurt cups and wrapped apples and bananas.*They charge a different rate depending on the busy-ness of the hotel, so we got charged increasingly higher rates each night.
Nickki Golden: This place is more like a 1. Sorry if my stuff wasn’t already unpacked I would leave. Just one night….hopefully I can make it.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Melissa Moyers: Don’t confuse this property with the near brand new Holiday Inn *Express* about a mile down the road. This one is big, but OLD. They have done some minor renovations but the room we were in was not. Or at least if it was, it was minimal. There’s not a free breakfast here. The drain in our room’s bathroom sink was extremely slow, shower was just eh. Beds eh. They also took upwards of 90 minutes just to bring us up bedding for the pull out sofa, after calling twice and going down to the front desk once. This was at 11:30 at night and by the looks of the parking lot, they were not heavily booked by any means. Frustrating when you have an 8 year old that needs to go to sleep. There are plenty of hotels surrounding this one. Until they are fully renovated, I would 100% go elsewhere.
baby gile: The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved we walked in and i peeked at the shower and there was rust and paint chipping off so it didn’t look very sanitary. There is also no microwave or refrigerator in our room either. On the positive side there are many fast food places nearby but we probably won’t stay againRooms: 1/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Brandon Baum: I paid for breakfast to be included in the room price, but the breakfast is same low quality Holiday Inn Express continental breakfast they give for free.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Patrick Dunn: I gave this three stars because the bed is very comfortable. The good points end there. This did not come close to my expectations for a holiday inn and suite.Although it's obviously been remodeled and is undergoing more work, the bathroom is old and the air conditioning/ heater rattled all night. Finally, I was shocked to find that this supposed quality hotel, did not offer anything in the morning except the coffee in the room. Other than that, your only option is a $12 buffet.Essentially, I got a $75 room for $150. That's unacceptable.I was very disappointed and will not be staying here again.
gwemtp: Need more signage. Hard to navigate inside the building. Only one ice machine in the whole building. Only one desk clerk with a long line.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Steffany Tinnin: This is less about the place being a total dump despite attractive photos online and more about our reservation being given away because they were overbooked. I reserved a 2 room suite because I traveled with my two toddlers and parents - and I confirmed our stay 24 hours in advance - and still showed up to the front desk with a totally different room with a sleeper sofa in lieu of a second room with a queen bed. The kicker - they still charged us for a 2-bedroom suite! So they forced me to be a Karen and go back down to the front desk to discuss this, and they acted like it was a huge favor to us to charge us the appropriate rate for the room they put us in. They also seemed confused and didn’t have any direct answers for us because it’s obviously cringy to look at people and have to tell them they gave their room away. They also tried to talk me off the ledge by asking questions like “you DO have a sleeper sofa, right?” Insinuating that I should just be accepting of the room change. The 2-bedroom suite is the only reason I even booked at this refurbished 80’s motel. They gave us two drink tickets to the bar as compensation. We went to the bar, the poor bartender was way overworked. They had two white wines and one red, that’s it. My husband ended up sleeping on Memaw’s crusty estate sale sofa pullout with our son, and even though my daughter and I got the king bed, I was kept up by the sounds of the crinkly plastic wrapped mattress and popping springs every time one of them rolled around. In addition to all of this, my husband showered in the morning and my son asked ‘what’s that sound?’ And I told him it was an elephant, because it’s the most accurate comparison for the noise the shower handle made when he turned it on and off. This was a huge reminder for why I stay in VRBOs.
Carol Siegel: Don’t believe the pictures, this place was a dump, run down and out of date. I felt compelled to wear pool sandals in the shower. They gave my daughters confirmed reservation away. Nothing positive here.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly …More
David Tucker: First Room No A/CSecond Room A/C took all night to get down to 68°FThis Morning find somerhings. i pictured them. there was more things just didnot take pics. ready to leave.i left 1 star room because the 2 rooms i have seen were major issues.Service 2 star because at 2300 when i check in. front desk wanted to send maintance instead of changing the rooms.the location is good.and lobby and court yard were very nice.hope this helps.Diamond Elite Memeber
Tracy Goza: Was here on business for the week. I've always had great stays in Holiday Inns. The lobby area looks nice. I stayed on the 4th floor and that room had major issues. This is the first Holiday Inn that doesn't offer a refrigerator in the rooms. I asked the lady at the front desk and was told there were no refrigerators available for the rooms. The sink was slow draining, a lot of calcium build up on the shower head (which caused the water to come out slow). The vent in the bathroom was stopped up with lint. Rust in the tub and had hair on the side of the tub. When I informed the same lady at the front desk all she would say is Sorry. I would not recommend this place. You will be disappointed.
Michele Trinkler: Enjoyed salmon dinner at the on-site lounge.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Jacob Close: Hotel was under renovation with no notice during booking or check in, we had no hot water and no water pressure our first night, so no showers. We requested a room change and was informed the entire building was having the same problem. The next day the water was working, but when I asked to address the issue with a manager, there was no one on shift. We were told a manager would be informed of our concern and address our request for a discount, we still haven’t received any communication and we were charged the full rate.Plus, no mini fridge, so I couldn’t refrigerate my leftover Thai food.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Springfield-Medical District: what do users think?
Jano: Great, newly renovated hotel.Rooms were clean and spacious. The staff from Amy to Byron (Irishman) made us feel like family.I would highly recommend this hotel. Plus, the location was perfect for restaurants, site seeing and is centrally located.Food & drinks: They have coffee ready at 4:30 am which is awesome for early risers like me.The included breakfast bar is very nice, clean and actually delicious. Plenty of choices for the meat eater or the vegetarian like me.
dj campbell: We like this hotel but this is like the 3-5 time staying here and I over heard the guy at the desk telling someone if they stay a few times they could get a free night. The breakfast for the last 3 days isn't OK the biscuits are hard and flat the sausage is over cook. The was being used be twin 2-5 to tech baby's how to swim we were not told this.FOR SOME REASON THEY STARTED TO CHARCH $150 XTRA FOR A Security deposit. Would have been nice for them to tell us that because it overdrew my bank account.
Rick Clarizio: Typical Holiday Inn Express it's why we are rewards members.Nearby activities: The Johnny Morris aquarium is awesome located in the Bass Pro Shop.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Jean Meyer: This is my go-to hotel in Springfield. They have comfortable beds and good quality sheets. The water pressure is good and the rooms are spacious and clean. The service is always good from the beginning to the end. The breakfast is hot and better than most free offerings. They have a pancake maker that we enjoy.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Ray Burnam: I called twice to try and make a reservation. First time I was transferred to a computer talking to me that didn’t help me. It didn’t understand anything i said and refused to transfer me to a human even though it said it would. I called back and was put on hold.Holiday Inn, do better. A computer will never take the place and be as good as a nice, competent human being.

Angela Savino: LOVE this hotel!! Upon checking in, there were some confusing issues (on my end) but KEVIN was so pleasant and able to figure it out! It made a huge difference to make my day SO much easier, considering what I had going on that day. Thank you Kevin, you are an asset to the hotel. We loved the layout of our double bed room and dual thermostats! That was awesome!! The moveable shower head was great with fantastic water pressure. The pool area was very clean and the hot tub was good and hot and the jets were so quiet! The breakfast bar was delicious! Also, a bonus, is that a Texas Roadhouse is right beside the hotel. Easy to walk back and forth! We went elsewhere, but regretted not going to Texas Roadhouse in hindsight. Would had been nice to have some drinks and just walked right back to our room. Thank you, we had a fantastic stay! Also, they offered a wheelchair, thankfully! It helped tremendously with our elderly family member that had just had a surgical procedure that day.

David Cardon: Consistently excellent, conveniently located, with an outstanding staff. Can’t go wrong with this Holiday Inn property.
Lyle Taffar: I cannot, for the life of me, figure out why this hotel is rated at 2 stars. The receptionist was a very helpful man, very welcoming. Rooms were some of the best I've ever been in. Only thing I didn't like was the hot tub wouldn't activate its turbulence. Complimentary breakfast was very good as well. Definitely excelled in all aspects..
Ruth Templeman: I've stayed in a lot of nice places traveling, having to travel a lot for work and medical issues. I prefer to stay in an Embassy Suites but sadly Springfield Missouri doesn't have one. I was looking for somewhere comparable in the area and decided to give this hotel a try, despite the 2 star review on some websites. I was SO glad I did! From the second I walked in, the gentleman at the front desk was so inviting and kind. Every single front desk employee, maid, food service employee and every employee in between was so gracious and helpful. Anything I didn't come prepared with, they kindly supplied. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous and spotless. My queen size bed was so comfortable! The breakfast was also fresh, delicious, and well stocked.I will definitely be staying again soon!
Stephany “Stephy” Bley: Very nice and clean !!! Staff is also very friendly and accommodating!! We loved our stay ! Breakfast was great with a big selection! The pool was really clean and well kept . Plenty of towels . Def would stay again!Rooms: Really clean comfortable beds!!
Heather Morgan: Very friendly staff. Wonderful free breakfast that was frequently restocked up until 10am. Plenty of clean towels at the pool.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly …More

Candlewood Suites Springfield: what do users think?
Sanne Kure-Jensen: Clean room except fans were filthy - bathroom vent and between rooms.
Jeff C: This is one of the cheaper IHG properties to stay in the North side of Springfield. It is relatively close to the airport and a 15 drive to downtown. Check in is efficient and room was clean and well equipped if you want to cook your own meals. A bit musty smelling but not too bad. Not very spacious but about what you would expect for your money. The reason I wouldn't recommend this place is the Internet is barely usable. Averaging about 3mbit/sec. It is virtually unusable to do anything than read your email. It's barely usable for web browsing depending on the website you go to. Forget about watching any videos or managing your online photo album or downloading or uploading any large files for your work. You will be frustrated. Also, no free breakfast. Only good if all you need is a cheap place to sleep with a fridge, freezer, stove and microwave.
Jim Palmer: Only stayed a day, but it is clean and quiet. The facility is in good shape and is well maintained. The location is great for anything in Springfield. The staff was professional and efficient. I'll be staying here next time.
Michael Brown: Being an IHG rewards member there was still an incidentals charge. I was traveling with limited funds I needed to buy fuel with and a door year old. You would think that with those factors it would be waived. I ended up sleeping in my car with my little boy and his mom getting very little and poor rest with a 10 hour drive still to go the next morning. I work in hospitality myself and know that a hotel can be very flexible in situations like this. But they didn't seem to care about anything but money.
Storm Wolf: I was legitimately impressed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I have a semi and trailer, and the manager let me park in the back corner of the lot. Not supposed to, but I was in a bind. The room, which was a queen studio suite, was very clean, except for a muffin rapper in the nightstand drawer, and Tupperware bowl in the microwave. Not things they typically check, so I let that slide. They're pet friendly, and even had a treat for my pupper. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I've seen much higher places, that weren't as nice. No breakfast, but they have a little grub shop, and snacks are less than you'd pay at a truck stop. The location is a little iffy, surrounded by nasty motels. It really is an unexpected delightful surprise.Rooms: Very clean and comfortable. More so than some 4 star hotels I've been in. Fairy basic, not USB charging, but all the simple things.Food & drinks: Snack shop on 1st floor. Plenty of grabs, at really good prices.
Carrie M: Don’t waste your money! Walked in to the room to a large toenail trimming on the floor. The “leather” chair was pealing and looked like it had been attacked by a cat, bathroom vanity had a spot on it that looked like a hot pan had been sat down and melted/ burnt it, chunk of dirt on the bed, treadmill doesn’t work in the exercise facility and everything else is also broken or hanging on by a thread. Our key deactivated when we left the room, “that’s normal” the front desk told me. Lots of cheaper, cleaner options with better service in the same area.
Shelley Tuter: No pool,no breakfast,.The room was very small and had 2 little full size beds. The beds were very lumpy and short. hardly now way to get to both sides of the bed without climbing over or across the bed. We. had only 3 towels and the rooms was in need of rehab.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Rachael Hudson: We stay here occasionally while traveling, and it is generally quite niceRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Kris Filippelli: The only good thing I can say is that the pillow was comfortable. The room was very outdated and was not really clean. The “leather” chair was literally shredding. To top it off, when I asked the desk clerk where the nearest place was that i could get medicine, I was told the two nearby gas stations were sketchy so then I didn’t even feel safe. I was quite disappointed overall and do bot recommend. The only reason we chose it was because we needed pet friendly.
Chels C: Wouldn't even give one star. The lady who manages this place is fake as a three dollar bill and she is mean. Someone stole from me and she refused to play back security tapes. Than she called the police on me. Not to mention my room had prior damages in it, and they refused to give me a different room.Rooms: Check your room before you pay for it ! Mine had damages in it and the stove didnt work. I had a reservation for a month and they didn't care.
Janell Norris: Handicapped bathroom's tub to tall to climb into.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Chad BOWER: Comfy bed and great customer service.Convenient location to a couple restaurants gas and the highwayRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jeannie Hennig: Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean. We got a suite with a kitchen, living room and separate bedroom. There was a Cracker Barrel and a Steak n Shake within walking distance if it's not raining. It was raining so we drove.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Steve Scott: This place never fails to meet our expectations. Solid value delivered with a personal touch.

Jimmy Wharton: After my operation I didn't know what to expect. Being in here was greatThe staff is accommodating, friendly and very helpful. The room was nice and clean. I felt welcomed. Thank you for a fantastic stay.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Jessica E-H: The room was wiped down at best. The whole hotel smells of pet urine. I went to the room to rinse off and there was hair in the shower drain, and the shower backed up with water so I was standing in water, because it did not properly drain. Be careful if you book through a 3rd party site, as the 3rd party site didn't charge taxes and fees (not sure how that is my problem) So I had to pay for the room when I got there. I have been charged 2 times now for this room. Called corporate and they claim they will process my refund for one of the charges, but it could take 2 weeks. Just a joke. With this being an extended stay, I understand people actually live there. However, several people who just hang out by the front door is not ok. It makes it really uncomfortable to bring kids by myself. I thought the hotel being on the South West side of town it may be a little safer, wrong. It was so bad we did not even stay.Rooms: DirtySafety: Not too safe

Joe Hilton: First and foremost the staff makes all the difference. All of the interactions have been fantastic. They are especially pet friendly and greet and pet my dog and make us feel welcome. The staff also keeps the hotel particularly clean and I have had no issues during my stay. The prices are the best in the area and the rooms include a kitchen when most hotels do not. I highly recommend Extended Stay America in Springfield, MO.
Mack Harmon: I have a injured employee, and I was going to get him accommodation here. I set up a reservation for 14 nights, prepaid for them, only to find out that since he has a Springfield address, they would not allow him to stay. The desk clerk said it was "company policy", but both their website and their guest relations team said it's not. I wound up finding a place right down the road that would allow him to stay. Beware of odd policies like this if you're needing to stay here!

Home2 Suites by Hilton Springfield North: what do users think?
andrew powell: Great overall, need more breakfast options, good gym and good poolSomeone was upset about having to pay for the toothbrush, guess that kinda sucked but not a big dealRooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly, Great value …More
Tony Towns Towns: ONLY BOOK TO SELECT TYPE OF PEOPLE!After traveling 11 hours, I tried to reserve a room at the front desk with the receptionist (Vanessa), After viewing several availabilities on priceline - was told no rooms were available. I left the premises perplexed, so I called to register by online service and was told several rooms were available. Wondering why I was turned away, I went back to the hotel and asked why I was told no rooms available when obviously they are, I was told something was wrong with their system at the time? and rooms are now available. The actual hotel don't know rooms are available yet Priceline and online does?I was not provided an adequate reason why I was turned away therefore, I must assume for subjective reasons. The receptionist did not know me other than what is obvious to the eye. This is disheartening and is not how anyone should be treated.I do not recommend this business unless you support devisive business practices. Minorities please approach with caution!
Tina Kinzinger: Best stay ever!!!Food & drinks: The breakfast server was so kindRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly …More

kylar stern: We had a late check in since our flight was delayed and the overnight person Scott was really understanding and able to even give us a late checkout of 1:00 pm. This was a huge relief for us as we were died tired checking in at almost 3 in the morning. Will definitely stay here again.Noteworthy details: Staff is really friendly.
Savannah Brown: Amazing hotel with amazing Employees.Chelsea, Sky, Scott, Ricky, Hunter at front desk are the best front desk team you could ask for! Kelly and Nancy keep the lobby looking Fantastic! Rachel, Aubrey, Chris, Ashley, Glenda, Nora, Jennifer keep the rooms looking great and the showers scrubbed . Maranda is to your room as quick as possible to fix any maintenance problems that arises! I’d 100% recommend staying here and getting to interact with all the Friendly Team member! And don’t get me Started Lil Homie and his welcoming self waiting for each guest to arrive! Keep up the great work guys y’all are doing amazing! 😀
Joyce Neely: This home2 is clean and well taken care of. The one we stayed at in Amarillo was horrible.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly …More

M Fox: Rooms: Very nice clean I would stay long term or 1 night very impressive.Food & drinks: Great location for some good restaurants also the breakfast in the morning was fantastic very huge selection and stayed open till 10:00. The customer service was impeccable especially from the kitchen.
Mikelle Bozeman: The staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. The front desk guy let us borrow a game and personally brought a crib to our room. They were very welcoming and the sweet lady at breakfast was very kind! The rooms were clean and spacious and I love the curtain to separate the crib from the other beds.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly …More
Emily Wang: Had a great experience staying at the hotel. Clean and spacious room with modern, well designed kitchen facility. Friendly staff. Free continental breakfast. Will stay again if travel to Springfield.
William Hartman: A brief stay for business at this Home 2 Suites. Check-in was fairly easy, and Ricky was helpful both upon check-in and when I needed to change rooms due to a loud dog in the adjacent room I was originally provided. I wasn't in the original room long enough to provide a good assessment. However, the 2nd room was not clean. If it wasn't 8PM, and I didn't have an important appointment at 7 the next morning, I would have changed rooms for a 3rd time. From the outside, the facility is clean and well kept. The staff (Ricky and Hunter)whom I interacted with were professional and courteous.

Hotel Vandivort: what do users think?
Bob King: Rooms: Room was well designed, but had not been effectively cleaned before our arrival.Nearby activities: Hotel was an easy drive to the Great Southern Bank arena.
Clay Lucas: The ac sucks. Thermostat is locked in the middle of summer. If you're going to pay this much for a room they should let you control the temp. Over $200 for a basic room and they'll try to save money not letting you use the ac.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Chris Hodges: Well branded, clean and beautiful atmosphere. It cost ~$25 more than the Hilton on the other side of town (near the Walmart) and is 20x nicer with a significantly better location. Unfortunately, no breakfast but the lounge and bar are beautiful and professional. Top notch.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Emily Woodall: A must-see! Famous Masonic hall turned historic hotel
Breni Thomas: Room service was handled by Gill and August. August at the front desk, very friendly and professional, saw a guest being rude to her and she handled it very well and professional. Made it very easy for me and my doggo.Gill came in with my food room service. My dog barked at her as he is a guard dog/still puppy. She handled it very well, very understanding as to why he was reacting that way, as soon as I let him meet her, they were best friends. Definitely an asset to a dog friendly hotel.I was a petite female solo traveler, and this place made me feel safe and comfortable. They had a small dog patch RIGHT outside the hotel, made me feel comfortable taking my puppy out at any hours.Overall nice hotel design, not so great views, but the layout covers for it. Definitely will stay here again.
Ammie FoxyLady19: Very niceWalkability: Close to everything downtownRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Joel A'Bell: Favourite place to stay in Springfield.
Danielle Grimm: Worst experience that I have ever endured! The Valet mysteriously lost one of our bags. Of course, he denied and the staff also denied. Not to mention that the staff was very rude and unaccountable. We were in from out of town for a wedding and due to the lack of responsibility on the Valet's part, we were unable to enjoy a special time. Whether the Valet misplaced our bag, left it on the street or kept for himself, is unknown. But the Hotel has shown absolutely no accountability, fault or responsibility! We did not stay. Was told by front desk that we would not be charged for room. Guess what? We were! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Unprofessional and shady is all I can say!
Jamie Rady: Best hotel in Springfield. Just stayed again. Even better than before! It's a must stay.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Romantic, Great value, High-tech …More

Ryan Moore: Nice hotel but in a very noisy area. So many cars and motorcycles racing through the streets all night, I felt I was in the pit of the Daytona 500. Terrible night sleep!Rooms: 2/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 1/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Teresa Whalen: Another amazing lil Gem in the heart of Springfield MO. Within walking distance of tons of restaurants and lil shops in downtown Springfield.
