Shane Hagemeier: They USED to be a great company but as of late, they have been awful! We are in a different state and they used to deliver to us all the time. Lately the flowers that we get are half rotten and been without water for who knows how long and the delivery service is slow and undepenable.

Katie Foster: The lady I talked to was extremely rude and spent a significant amount of time explaining how she didn't have the time to help me. It would have been a lot faster if they had just answered my questions and made a sale, but instead she kept going on and on about how she didn't have time to do that.

Keith Sharp: Ordered a sympathy basket arrangement with violets. Was phoned about violets not ready for use and was offered an alternative. Based on phone call I was under the impression that violets were going to be replaced with orchids. Instead a small pot with a single stem orchid that had 3 blooming flowers was substituted. It's my fault I guess for not asking to be texted a picture of replacement arrangement. But was embarrassed & disappointed with substitution arrangement.

I asked for sunflowers and said I wanted it to look like the arrangement had been taken off the prairie. They delivered am amazing arrangement! The flowers were in great condition, the sunflowers were huge, the lillies were perfect. My sister was so in love she sent photo after photo of them. These were a bright spot in her day filled with nausea from chemo and uncertainty.

Liz Trader: I went in to pick out some funeral flowers for a funeral this weekend. I saw something I liked online at another florist but they weren’t able to accommodate because of the holiday. I showed the picture to Pat, the owner, and he eagerly stated he could make the arrangement for me and have it done for me this weekend. He helped me pick the right colors and styles and told me what he could do and stay within the budget I had. He even gave me his cell number and told me that I could call if I needed anything else between now and Saturday since they would be closed on Friday. He made me feel like my loved ones funeral was the most important event he had to make arrangements for and made the stress of picking the perfect flowers go away.
General Rental Center: Pat, Tanya, and the team are always great to work with! I walked in at the last minute to get an anniversary bouquet, and they were able to put together a beautiful arrangement for one of my employees! Every time I see their work, it is amazing! I would highly recommend them!

Meg Rallis: Just had a floral bouquet sent to a friend just out of the hospital. For starters the delivery was QUICK! Second, I ordered it over the phone, so I wasn't exactly sure what she was getting but I do trust the florist so I wasn't worried. I revived a video thank you describing it as the most beautiful bouquet they had ever received hands down. Fresh, fragrant, artistic and joyous were some of the compliments she used. Adrienne Daly: I had a very nice experience with Rose. I live in Houston and had a very sad death in the family in Springfield. I scrolled through all the flower shops until I landed on a this "family owned and operated..." which is always what I'm looking for. Rose said "Don't worry, we will make this very special", and she did. With-in 2 hours of ordering, the arrangement was at my family's home, they were so please and so was I because it looked even better than the photos on the site. Thank you and an easy 5 Stars!
