Granadina: I went to this place yesterday during my lunch break, around 11:40 am. I ordered a tall chocolate cream cold brew. I told them I was in a hurry. Fifteen minutes later, they still did not have my order ready. I told them I had to leave because I had to go back to the office. They simply replied with a pathetic "okay." They did not even refund my five something (almost six) dollars. By "them," I am referring to the overweight cashier girl, a blonde guy who can barely speak above a whisper, and a girl with purple, pink, blue (not sure on the exact tints and shades) hair, tied in a ponytail. Hire more competent people next time and do not rob your customers. Thank you.

Ruth Chaplain: On 11/23/2022 I ordered my usual, I got up to the window to pay. The barista scanned my app to add stars and I paid. I didn't choose a tip so little did I know until I got home. The barista took it upon herself to take 150 stars from me and I NEVER told her to use my stars to pay for my drink. Not only did I pay for my drink but she used my stars. I want my 150 stars back plus what stars I would of got for my drink purchase. I understand it is the holiday season but it does not mean to steal someones stuff without permission. Daniel N: I ordered sweet cream nitro, it was advertised largely on menu board. Recd a sweet cream something else, but it wasn’t nitro. I told the lady who gave me drink this wasn’t why I ordered, ‘I ordered nitro’. Another worker was near and heard conversation. I told them that’ll I’ll just drink this one, it’s fine.. I drank maybe half.I take some blame for willing to accept the mistake, 3 star performance for them not insisting to get me the correct drink. Lesson learned for me, I’ll step up next time and insist I get correct drink instead of thinking I read the drink wrong off the huge ad and maybe I ordered incorrectly..no sleep lost.

Sabrina Braun: I have a love hate Relationship with his store. When they’re not busy, the service is exceptional. on the weekend or during a peak time and it will take a ridiculously long time to get anything and it’s just not worth it. I’m going to have to pay attention to win those times are because I hate ordering ahead and having to wait 15 minutes for my drink. 15 minutes past when they say it’s gonna be ready.

Kacie Chestnut: I go here about 3 times a week and 2 out of 3 times I always have a negative experience. Several of the staff members are constantly rude. When I ask for my order to be corrected (which is simply asking for more cold foam) they give me snarky remarks like “that’s the standard amount” even when I ORDERED and PAID for extra. Super disappointing, and officially done giving this location second chances.

A M: Mayla was so helpful. My kid was going nuts and she was so fun and goofy with him. It changed his day. She got my “annoying” drink exactly how I like it even though I know it’s not fun to do. Such a great experience, this store is out of our way but we’ll make the trip again just for her customer service.

Brian P: I've been going to this location for awhile. It's right by my office and my house. But lately it's such a disappointment. Faith is terrible with her delivery when dealing with customers. She either needs some training, needs retraining, or maybe she shouldn't be dealing with people at all. When you express your concerns, the management could care less. It's a shame because they have some good employees here and normally it's a friendly place. It's amazing how one bad attitude can spoil the whole bunch. I'm looking for a new location.

Andrew Lanphier: Me and my wife have been coming here pretty much every day for a long time and we share a very expensive drink spending almost 15$ a day here, today there was a mishap and miscommunication with the order and I did not get the sweet cream foam no biggie, I call up and the very nice girl on the phone said she would just remake me a sweet cold brew so I drove back up there and was appreciative for that , the problem is where I get there the older lady in the window was argumentative and trying to Tell me that it was MY fault and not there fault she was extremely reluctant to even give me the re-make which she NEVER ended up giving me..... she acted like I was such a burden and a problem I ended up just asking for the sweet cream foam so I could be on my way because it was extremely clear this lady was not happy about having this miscommunication and blamed me...... I Never leave reviews ever... but this was unacceptable I have worked in the food industry for 15 years and you don't tell someone to come back to the store make them use double the gas they should have for a re-make and then proceed to argue back and forth with the customer and not give them what they drove all the way back up there for...I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere and would like my $15.35 Back.

Hardly had any drink whatsoever. It was drive thru only and there should be no reason to have it that way.
