Day: I go here for a fancy bagel; they are my treat to myself when I am stressed out. I've been going here about once a month for about a year and a half, and the staff have always been very nice!
Brady Marshall: Both the All-Nighter sandwich and the Caramel Macchiato I ordered for lunch from here were delectable!Their dining room was closed--in fact, they didn't even have TABLES to sit at! But that didn't matter to me, for I recently moved to an apartment in the vicinity, so I was able to bring my lunch home. I had a few gift cards, and I was able to use them this treat.

Ann Young: No dine in seating although you can walk in to order. Took 20 min to get a sandwich and a bagel. No fountain drink, bottled soda. Workers were friendly.
Reese Newell: Service was nice for a walk in place, but the food was borderline edible. I got "the all nighter" and the "hashbrown bagel" was so dry, it made the top of my mouth bleed as one of the bits ontop stabbed me. I wont be trying this place again. I was looking forward to it, and was disappointed upon first impression.(this may look like just a mean review, but I was hurt, and disappointed, and it's my right to share my opinion.😌)

Jon Garrison: They messed up my order, it was understandable but they seemed upset and they had me pull around to wait for my beagle bites. Waited a few minutes and they finally came. The cream cheese inside was ice cold. I called and asked if they did that on purpose because the guy seemed mad. She said no no it was a mistake. I don’t believe her. If these places would pay more they could get rid of all the degenerates and get people that takes pride in their work.

Stephanie Jenkins: Very nice store, and we had great customer service, but the music was SO LOUD, we couldn’t hear each other talk without raising our voices. In my opinion, music is not needed in eating establishments, but if it has to be, then let it be background music only. If the employees want to hear it in the kitchen, then get a radio for the kitchen so customers can talk and enjoy their family. We won’t be back for that reason.

Olivia Niesen: My husband went to get me a sandwich (sweet black pepper bacon) and he got himself a small vanilla latte, hot. He said his coffee was absolutely awful. He dropped me off at where I was going, and after a few bites I could tell the (cold) sandwich wasn't tasting right. I looked down and there was (what I presume to be) mold in the egg. It was gray/brown and there was long hair in it (I have short hair). Will not be going back to this Dunkin ever again. I've already contacted corporate.
