Madilyn McClure: This was my first time visiting this establishment, and I was extremely disappointed. I understand if they were short on menu items, but I came in at 9:30 looking for breakfast and they were basically out of everything I wanted. When I decided to just get a smoothie instead, they ended up forgetting that I ordered it and I had to wait until they asked me if I was waiting on something to remind them I ordered a smoothie. Really unfortunate first time visit, and the staff were really nonchalant about missing almost half the breakfast menu so I will not be returning.

Fine Art Free Agent: It's really a wonderful experience. I would however suggest to Mr. Lyle Foster, that he sit his male staff down and redirect them on customer service etiquette. Great staff, great service, but the last few times, the 2 guys are really acting like they have a major chip on their shoulders. It's not pleasant for us already carrying a a lot for others these Holidays, and are in need of a reset, a break and good vibes, hence why we go to Big Mommas. I am not the only one who says this, literally 3 other merchants on Commercial street told me when I asked them what they thought of Big Momma's. Hope this gets through! We all go through things, but being in customer service and acting like a seasoned professional is part of the performance, if you expect to be taken care of then you take care of others. Have Happy Holidays. You never know what your customers are going through and how far the value of basic kindness in good customer service can go.

Richard Post: If you haven't been here to eat you are really and truly missing out! The menu has so many options from vegan, to us meat lovers. Smoothies, Itlian sodas.The breads are made fresh every day. All of the salads are amazing and you can get them to create any option. Please remember to tip them well!!! Many of them that work there are in school paying there own way!!!Vegetarian options: If you don't see it on the menu tell them what you woul want! They can come up with anything just Ask! Katy Dang: The Drury Lane is the one sandwich I always come back to here. The chicken salad here is phenomenal. I would say Big Momma’s has the best chicken salad in town. You get a nice crunch from the bits of celery. It’s seasoned perfectly without having a strong mayonnaise flavor. The bread is paired well with the chicken salad. It’s very pillowy and soft to chew. This is definitely my go-to sandwich here.
