I will not be back.
Rachel Lee: Went in to buy my favorite tea. They didn't carry it anymore but the associate working was able to find me one very similar, as well as helped me get some spices for home. It has a nice atmosphere and the workers are very nice and knowledgeable. Tea was delicious

Johnathan Cassell: I have been frequenting SocieTea for a few months now, and I'm finally putting a review up. I always get their signature drink "Say Cheese!" with extra cream cheese. I know it sounds weird at first, but it is SO GOOD. Always friendly staff and a clean environment to socialize and enjoy your drinks and cafe style treats they offer as well!

Tracy Wilson: I have been to both stores multiple times and have been pretty happy with what I have ordered. However, today I went into the sunshine store and very nicely greeted with a hello whom I assume is one of the owners ( only because I have seen him at both stores) who did NOT greet me with a hello back and seemed annoyed to even have to wait on a customer in general! I said thank you as I got my drink and nothing!!! If you can’t be friendly to your customers then I suggest you hire someone who can!!! Too many places to get good boba these days to be treated so rudely!! You just lost my business. I will not be coming back!!!

ashlee marie: I usually love it when I come by but I was so disappointed when I stopped by yesterday. Service was absolutely terrible, and the drinks were so bad we had to throw them away and felt sick after the few sips we had. I ordered a strawberry milk tea with tapioca pearls. The drink was given to us with tea and flavor on the bottom and milk layered on the very top, not mixed or shaken at all and there was syrup all over the cup. I tried mixing the drink myself and it ended up looking like this (see image) and tasted absolutely horrible. On top of the drink not being prepared properly, the tapioca pearls were also pretty undercooked and practically inedible.

Poufball: Got a Cosmic Butterfly and a Blue Hawaiian, cosmic butterfly was good but it was so stuffed with ice that I couldn't get my straw in and I made a mess on the counter (Sorry, but I'd rather the counter than my clothes. I lost 1/3 of my drink because of how much it was stuffed). As for the Blue Hawaiian, I'm positive she didn't make it right. It was green??? It tasted like matcha. We've gotten the blue Hawaiian before and it's usually a very beautiful blue color. We waited for a sec so we could get her attention, but she kept her back to us and we just left.I understand it was a little loud, but maybe turn down the music and just ask your customers to wait a moment if your coworker decides to blend something and make it difficult to hear anything (Very poor timing on his part, he saw us come up and decided that was when he'd start blending stuff?). Another good alternative would be asking your customers to just point to the menu what they want to avoid mistakes.Definitely did not get $13 worth for two drinks.
Megan McCleary: I LOVE THIS PLACE EVERY TIME I COME TO THE MALL I BEG MY BOYFRIEND TO BUY ME ONE. I love that no matter what tea I order, I can sub in w tapioca or whatever I want. The staff is super friendly, and the place is well kept and clean. It is well priced and you for sure get more tea for your buck I always tip them way extra they’re just that darn good!

Alex Rodriguez: This is my 3rd visit here. The product they sell is good, Ice cream is good, my kids love it. Their MAIN and only problem they have, is the girl with the red hair. She would be a sweetheart to a customer and then she would get someone that is not from around here, and she will completely change her demeanor. She becomes angry, impatient, and just overall nasty towards customers. I went in with my family, and her attitude towards a family member was completely unacceptable. Unfortunately for her, I was right next to him, and I had to step in. By the way she spoke to me, I can tell you that she is racist. I don't use that term lightly, but I call it like I see it. I didn't call her names (although I wanted to) nor I was disrespectful, but when she felt called out, she literally threw the cup she had in her hand and stormed off to the back, IF it if would have not been by the amazing guy that works there, who apologized to no end, we would have walked out. If you read all the reviews, a lot of people complain about her and speak highly of the gentleman that works there, apparently she does this in a daily basis.

Justin Jenkins: Visiting this place was a great experience. We were able to taste several different flavored oils and balsamic vinegar choices before purchase in small to large bottled amounts. I really appreciated sampling ability since I didn't know much about flavors and probably wouldn't gamble on buying one to find out later it did not suit my tastes.Clayton was very helpful and knowledgeable about mixing flavors for dressings and marinades.They also have coffee beans and a large variety of teas and spices in bulk or pre-bagged.
