He found a helmet he & I can agree on & they had such a great selection he came back home to get me so I could purchase one as well. I was very pleased with all the choices they had & the prices were even better. I actually found a helmet I really like for a great price! They have a large variety of different options including those options in sizes probably not as often purchased.The selection of apparel & accessories are really great as well! Picked out a couple of shirts that are really comfortable, a headband, & a belt loop attachment purse. She even gave us a little discount which was very kind & appreciated.The owner was great! She helped me pick out a great helmet & then showed me where the Tshirt & accessories were! The quality of the merchandise was excellent and the prices even better. It was my first time in there but the owner was fun & pleasant & she made it feel like we'd been coming in there for years. In person shopping isn't as common these days & excellent customer service is even more rare. Here, the customer service & friendliness of the owners and the large selection of quality & affordable merchandise means we will definitely stop there first for anything we need in the future!

Angela Trementozzi: I took an old fur coat of my mom's to McDaniel's. As my mom passed away, the coat has sentimental value to my family even though it is not in condition to be worn. Jeff Latimer (owner) was kind enough to take time to explain how I could use remnants of the coat to make keepsakes for my family from it. He not only gave me a lesson, but then the tools to do it myself. I offered to pay him for the 40 minutes of his time and the tools to which he thanked me but declined. It is not often these days that establishments take this type of time, effort and kindness. I highly suggest this business to anyone who is looking to purchase, store or repair their furs.
Brittney Evans: Jeff was so incredibly helpful I had to write a review even though I didn't wind up purchasing a cleaning; he taught me about my faux fur coat, what he could do for it, smelled me an example, and how another type of cleaner might serve me better. He was so kind and patient, willing to go above and beyond to make sure my coat received the best service it could get. I will be referring everyone to McDanieniel's fur to see what Jeff can do for them. Thank you again for being an honest and friendly person, my day really needed that!!

Me and my kids went in there and my son found something he would like to buy . he started to pay for it and the cashier started to count his cash .when I asked her if he had enough money , she was very rude and told me to hold on while she counted it . there was only $3 left to count.he had enough already but she kept counting. I said you don't need to be rude ! just tell me if he has enough money ! then she decided she was going to call security. I told her to give us his money so we could go . Burlington, Maybe you should try hiring cashiers that are polite or discipline the ones who are rude to your customers! Dark headed Latino girl. Didn't catch her name.

Show Me State Moto: Will never go back here. Bought my son a pair of boots and the girl at the counter acted like she checked the size but after getting them home and my son wore them couple days said they didn’t feel right and found that one was a different size. Called them and said bring them back no problem then after drive a hour back there they said no they wouldn’t exchange the wrong size boot. So beware they will still have another pair not sized right. Paid to much money for boots for this kind of poor customer service !

It seems the staff doesn't pay attention to the items when filling the racks. Lots of women's clothing is placed in the men's clothing area. Not 1 or 2 items, many. Like 10 of the same shirt or all sizes of a jacket. C'mon, pay attention!Not impressed with the selection, the organization of products or most of the pricing. It has declined since they opened.Store is messy and bathrooms are filthy.Not recommended, it's a gamble.
