SuzyQ: Just be honest when you put stuff on SALE please put a sign in front of the items i HATE going up see there a 25% off when i want to use my 50% everything is always on sale why are you sending coupons for its a weast in money on your end and you have to market up for the mailing and paper. Just marketing use your heads get it together. Everything is on sale but not listed so all coupons are worth.

Cheri Hall: So disappointed peri remember the days when Joanne she's to have a broad selection and variety of many kinds of fabrics And trim's, etc. I went in the other day and they had absolutely nothing that would even come close to a simple fabric that I was looking for. I understand that shipping is a problem but I have been enjoying several times in the past year or 2 and it has been no different. I probably will not go back.
Michael Romero: We couldn't stop picking fabrics , as soon as we found the perfect quilt material we found a perfecter one. Deep discounts on " Last Chance " fabrics led us to buy five times more than we came in for.The cutting table clerk was very knowledgeable and very patient with all our questions and all our " Oh ! And add this ! Oh wait , this too ! "We can't wait to finish these projects and go back.

Gives me a migraine and my clothes smell like cheap holiday scents. They do have some nice fine art items.

"The bistro's apathy is disconcerting and is not in keeping with the balance of the store's high level of customer service .Update May 2023 -The Deli has greatly improved their fare and more importantly ; their attitude.Friendly , helpful , and solicitous, quite the welcome change .

Have a blessed day. PS the Batesto does a great good on the fried chicken, change out of the pans on line to make the food more desirable.

Judgmental snarky eye rolling cashier…I thought Christmas was going to be here by the time she finished ringing up eight items. Six were the same buttons. I even placed all together for her convenience. Now I know why the people before us moved registers. 🙄 One thing for sure…do not shop there like before. Well …it makes for more money in my wallet. 😁

Allen Yoest: Self checkouts are trash and the staff are too. I rang up my transaction, paid with my debit card and after a few minutes the register errors out right before printing a receipt. The charge still hit my account and immediately posted. The posted transaction was shown to the staff member who watched me checkout, being a reasonable human being she understands. However her coworker states that I can't leave with the merchandise because it's still "pending" despite the fact that she had been shown a posted transaction and tells me that I need to go with her to pay for it again. I decided to just leave without the merchandise, I'm not paying for something twice because your awful self checkout crashed while trying to print a receipt.This isn't the first time I've had an issue with the self checkouts, but it will be the last time. Don't waste your time or money here. You'll only be disappointed.
Heather Leverich: Just dealt with a very rude and uncooperative manager who refused to help me with a return even though I had a receipt and the item was unopened. The manager said she could tell the item had definitely been opened even though I never had opened the package. The plastic wrapper was slightly moved around inside the package and she said that showed her that the package had definitely open even though that is exactly how the packaging looked from the moment I received the item and the exact same item is still for sale in the store in the exact same packaging. I would recommend just shopping online or going to a more friendly and cooperative store like Kohl's.
M. M.: You can spend half a day in this store :)The only reason why we did not give them 5 stars is because of some bait & switch going on. We bought an item on display with a price point on it. When we went to the checkout, the item was $10 more than marked. A manager? Came over and gave us a $10 discount ( to get the price advertised ) they made us become a member with our phone # and our email address. You call it what you want, but I still feel it's "bait and switch.""

Also a decent company to work for. Although their wages are not the best. All around a good store where you will most likely find whatever you need.

The prices have soared to where they are no longer competitive with other stores, which I can accept if you receive better service, but not at the west republic road store. One open register and the poor girl working it has to also help the self checkout leaving the already rediculously long line, and the only open register to get longer. The killer for me, the self checkout doesn't accept cash, so the only way to get two lemons and some tomatoes is to wait for the only cashier in the store to go through the entirely to long line and leave her station to help the self checkout. M N: The worst customer service. Very very bad attitudes. The people in the deli, as well as the cashier's. Just awful.
Bob Mitchell: The worse vegetables in any store in Springfield. I have laid out rotten vegetables to the side, rotten side up and the person in charge has tucked them back in for sale. I told him about it and he laughs and walks away. He must make commision off of what they sell. Maybe that what employee owned means. My wife likes to shop here or I would never go back.
