Hope Martin: Worst experience ever took 3 weeks for a tire. Finally got it on and fixed (which I was greatful). They told me it was good to go then as leaving parking lot the worst grinding noise occurred and they said my breaks were bad. (On my new car), and said it would be an additional $359. I took to Ken Owen's who was awesome, and fixed it for me in 10 minutes for free and said they didn't fix the dust cover was bent. I don't suggest them ever again!

Shawnda Elise Schmidt: Went to B&I with my Mom who had just purchased her travel trailer to live in and go traveling about the country. Recommended to us by a family member we stopped in to have all the tires checked and to see if any spares needed to be purchased. They came out and thoroughly inspected everything for us, were very honest, even though it meant no sale for them that day, if he would have said yes and not been honest he would have made money. For just that reason he will have a customer for life. On top of that honesty he allowed my Mom to park in the lot there, and one of the employees showed her how to back in a few times for experience. These guys are honest, hard working, down to earth and very fair. They don't take advantage of people and I highly highly recommend them. Go to B&I for all your needs, you are sure to be treated right and with respect.

Mackenzie York: We had an appointment at 1:30pm to get 6 new tires and an alignment. We showed up early and had issues from there on out. They acted like we didn’t have an appointment and wouldn’t be able to get us in. They acted like they had no idea what they were doing, and kept telling us the tires we wanted wouldn’t work. We left to go grab lunch and they called us again to ask what we were wanting done. Finally we showed back up around 4:15 to get our vehicle. They still didn’t have it done and hadn’t even done the alignment yet. They said we would have to come back Monday to get an alignment. Finally after 4 1/2 hours we are leaving very unhappy costumers and will never be back.The next morning 6 out of 8 lug nuts were lose (we couldn’t untighten them with our hands) and the tire was leaning inward. We would give zero stars if we could.

Chase Lyons: Best location in Springfield! The staff are extremely friends, knowledgeable and they don’t push unnecessary purchases on you! They’re quick, efficient and truthful. While I was in there waiting for my tires to be put on, an older lady road tripping from Texas stopped in (it was raining) with windshield wiper problems. One of the staff stopped what they were doing, went outside in the pouring rain and fixed her wipers all free of charge and with a smile on their face. Cannot recommend enough! Only place I’ll go for now on, for all my wheel and tire needs!

Big Hoss: Got new rims and tires for my car and the guys got me in at 6 when they closed which I felt bad for as is and then they got me done in about 30 mins and my valve stems were rubbing against my parking brake. Everyone left after my car except chris, He stayed way after closed until 7 working on my car to solve the problem. This guys great he needs a raise or something you never see people like this anymore and he worked his tail off by himself to get it done I really appreciate it chris

Amanda Heider: I have been to this location twice. The second time I bought 4 new tires, which they were very helpful with! The staff is always very friendly. However, I did not appreciate that one of the staff members told me my windshield wipers were broken and just added new ones on to my tab without even asking me if I wanted them replaced. I didn’t even know they were added until I was getting ready to pay and saw them listed. I know they were not broken because I typically replace them myself and they had been working completely fine. I am younger female so I do not want to feel like I am being taken advantage of.

Lance Larkin: From now on I will do a full walk-around inspection of my truck before and after getting a free tire rotation. I'm almost thinking it will save me more money and hassle to pay the dodge dealership that does my oil changes and call this tire maintenance plan a mistake.Day 1 of getting these tires they did 2 things wrong, 1 in my favor. I asked for highway tires the accident put on hybrid. No big deal I liked the way they looked and it was a better deal. The other issues is the cracked my rim and thankfully they were honest and made it known and ordered me a new one.On the first rotation after 5k miles was up they put hair line cracks in the center of my rim chrome covers and didn't report it.The 2nd time I didn't notice any issues.The last time I was there about a week ago they left a cap off the driverside rear tire which I pointed out and the replaced easily and then later I noticed the rim cover was slightly pulled off, which again creates cracks and issues. But what I didn't notice till today from the moisture buildup in my driver side front lights wad the entire guard under neath my front tire was smashed in and torn apart, while also forced/tucked up into the engine bay in order to hide the damage done to it.I will never come back to this place and will be seeking compensation and repairs once I get some estimates.

Joann Boyce: Took our truck in for a tire rotation and when I left the shop the steering wheel shook like the tires were out of balance. Took the truck back and after they checked the balance told us we needed new tires, I explained that the truck drove smooth on the way there so I didn’t think it could be the tire and was not going to replace them because they weren’t that old. They just needed to figure out what happened to cause the issue. After some time passed Lo and behold they had used the wrong cone when balancing the tires causing them to make the truck shake when up to speed.No apologies were offered for their error by the sales person or the store manager on duty who I had been discussing the issue with.This is the second time we were told we needed to replace faulty tires at a substantial cost to us by Discount Tire.Makes me have concerns for being taken advantage of because we are senior citizens.

Alicia Nimmo: I hate writing bad reviews but I would advise to avoid using this place they took 3 hrs and then didn't have enough air in 2 of my tires put the wrong size on and then told me they gave me 10 percent off on that set and it's fine to use wrong size. They was supposed to get me the correct size and I made a trip back after they told me they had them then they didn't have them after all not to mention they put the cheapest tires on and triple the price on them. I'm now gonna have to buy tires somewhere else because I told them to put my old back on I don't trust them to do anything else to my car.

We came back the next day and as soon as Steven saw my face, he pulled the dinosaur out of his drawer with a huge smile. They understood the importance. Steven dealt with me from the beginning and he kept me consistently updated on when my tires would be in. Once the tires were in, they got to me so quickly and I was back on the road in an hour give or take.Rick was phenomenal and he really had a way of making a lady feel at home there, too. At the end of our transaction I jokingly said I'd be back every Saturday just to hang with them. That's how awesome the atmosphere was and you can't beat the services that they offer.
