Mayhem Modz: This is probably the most awkward and unwelcoming experience out of ANY PLACE I’ve ever been. First, I pull up out front and walk to the door. Then after I open the door, there is another door that you try to open that is locked. The receptionist is sitting at a desk about 20ft away on the other side and asked me what I was doing there before she would buzz me in, so I told her I was looking for a specific piece of plastic. Then she buzzed me in and I felt she just kept her eyes on me like I was gonna Rob the place. She proceeded to call the person up front who was supposed to be a sales person. I waited about 30 seconds and he was there. He was dressed casual/professional, but he was very unhelpful and looked like he just got scolded by his mother or wife and just gave me a weird look when I asked for a plastic material for my project which isn’t an uncommon part. Then, you just kinda pick up when people just want you to go away. As soon as you end a question, no thought-“ No No.. uhh No No”. So, without dragging this on, if you are looking for a place to make you feel unwelcome and awkward like your not a person, than come here. I am a professional business owner and I’d never display this type of behavior or tolerate this EVER. Good luck, you’ll need it, with this type of customer service. I know I manufacturer a lot of things made of plastics and Was looking to see what other people have, but I’ll NEVER come here again. Next time I’ll buy online or go to Regal Plastics where you get treated like a human being.

Michael Romero: We couldn't stop picking fabrics , as soon as we found the perfect quilt material we found a perfecter one. Deep discounts on " Last Chance " fabrics led us to buy five times more than we came in for.The cutting table clerk was very knowledgeable and very patient with all our questions and all our " Oh ! And add this ! Oh wait , this too ! "We can't wait to finish these projects and go back.

So I decided to give Seminole Decor a try since I kept reading great reviews about Benjamin Moore paint. Wish I had just started with Seminole Decor and saved myself 3 hours of wasted time & money. Not only is the Benjamin Moore paint amazing in quality & appearance but the sales guy that helped me blew me away. In under 5 minutes this young gentlemen NAILED IT with knowing just the right color for my vision. I couldn't be happier or more impressed with the results. Thank you Seminole Decor

David Henderson: Best place in town to buy paint. They always lead you in the right direction and away from disasters. Recently was trying to touch up base boards and the color I picked was a little too light so I thought I had waisted a can of paint. I took a cabinet door that was the same color as the base boards in to have them try to match it along with the paint I had bought. I thought I would let them dispose of my mistaken color choice but they kindly took the paint I had and was able to tweak the color to be a perfect match. Any place else would have sold me more paint. Forget the big box stores and go here. You won’t regret it.

Susie Rea: Bought a self propelled Troy Bulit mower from Menards and it was to slow for me. I am 6ft tall so I walk fast want a fast self propelled mower. Called and spoke to the manager at the Eastgate location and he informed me that once I put gas in it, it's mines no return or exchange for a faster one. Sold it at a loss and went to HOME DEPOT asked about their return policy on mowers and was told if it didn't work for me I could bring it back no problem. WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING EVER AGAIN FROM MENARDS. They do not stand behind the products they sell..

Checking the website/app is useless because half the stuff they say they have isn't on the shelf so you have to hunt down an employee to help you, and they tell you it's 'upstairs' and except you to know what that means (it's basically 'in the back' and they would have to go get it).

David Fraley: Do NOT buy anything that says SPECIAL ORDER! They will charge you a 25% restocking fee if you have to return it for any reason. LOWES and HOME DEPOT has never done that to me. I would give them zero stars if I could. And this after I spent over an hour completing the return process. Outrageous. Will not do business with them again!
