May Thompson: I am livid. I spent 1,400 on a refrigerator that arrived(Tuesday) damaged, so I refused delivery. Wednesday I canceled the replacement and requested a refund. I was told 3 days. Well we are well into the next week and still no refund. I would like to thank Kirk and Betty who are trying to help me actually get my refund but Home Depot needs to do something to change the way they do damaged appliance returns. The customer should be able to go into the store and get their refund the same day if not the next they should Not still be out $1,400 a week later.

William Whaley: I remember a few years ago when Home Depot employees were so helpful it was the best costumer around . Not anymore !!! I shop at Lowe's now , at least Lowe's tries to help.
Jarod Somirs: Always have great deals on my Rigid tools and they also carry ECHO products! So, win win IMO!

Darrell Smith: Spent 40 minutes in the store. 1st employee sent me to wrong isle could not find item. Second employee said was too busy and would have someone sent over. 15 minutes later had to ask again. 3rd and 4th employee could not find a simple water line for a sink.They finally suggested I go to the pro desk for help. I realize good help is hard to find, and I try to support local businesses, but amazon had it to me next day on my porch. Have experienced this more than once.
Glen Loftin: The place to go for pros and pro contractors for building materials. They are professional, fast, and friendly.

Dillon Brewer: ***Update*** it’s been over a week since I cancelled the order and I still have not received a refund….. I had a terrible experience with Home Depot's delivery. Despite placing an order online and providing my contact information, they never called to schedule a delivery window. I figured the first time was just a glitch in their system, however when I rescheduled for the next available date and set the four hour window for 7:30-11:30am they scheduled me the day of for a 12:00-4:00pm delivery. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, they were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my problem. I had to take time off work to wait for the delivery that never arrived. I will not be using Home Depot's delivery service again and would caution others to consider alternative options.

E Wise: They carry Stanley tools online but barely any in the store. The labels on the Husky tools that they carry in store stated they were made in China, but tools are one thing I won't buy China made. No cashiers when we went, self checkout only.
Cindy Byers: Had several employees on almost every other aisle who were all able to answer questions and help with locating all the hardware, tools, lumber and stain for my project. Store was well organized and clean as well
