Yamaha Star Motorcycles: what do users think?
Mjkj: They really took care of my son's bike got all the issues with it straightened out would recommend 100%
Joshua Estopare: Had my Bike worked on. Spent close to a grand! They lied about the work they did on it, not to happy about it.They basically got her running enough for me to get her home ride her once and she was dead after that.I would not recommend having any services done to any dirt bike, atv, or anything.. this is why I hate mechanics I don't know. Their all crooks.
Keith Thompson: Absolutely a great place to get parts, an part's guy was great - knows how to treat his customers.Did I mention I walked in an they had parts in stock for a bike 10 years old -
Mike Sethaler: Been going here for years great people
Scott Fleming: I have a Honda but still come here for inspections and tires. Nice laid back place
Michael Bearden: Had to drop a motorcycle tire off.
Bruce Seel: Great place
Robert: Donelson's Cycles Inc. "THE MOTORCYCLE PEOPLE".

Donelson Cycles Inc: what do users think?
Robert T Givens III: Thank you..!
Michael Zednichek: This place has the best service I stopped in there for some information and I couldn't have gotten a better reply no wonder they've been around for decades I will go nowhere else. I would highly recommend them to anyone who expects great service
Emmanuel Mcallister: They had the part I needed in stock where most Honda dealers didn't. They won my business from now on out when I'm in the St Louis area.
Tonya Curd: My boyfriend loves to spend an extremely long time hanging out in here checking out all the different bikes and it’s difficult to lure him home however the employees are patient and can spend the day conversing with him about any and everything to do with motorcycles and they always have the latest stuff to look at./Went again this past week and still the same. Boyfriend still loves the place so much I can't get him to leave. And I still have to take the debit card or we leave with a new four wheeler or bike and we are out of room. But seeing him enjoy 'shopping' makes me happy so we go. I even find things I like for riding and enjoy how friendly and clean the store still is after all the years it's been there. It's still the same as it was when I went there with my dad when I was a teen.
Cameron Moore: Great prices. Friendlystaff
Merle Pilger: The best and quickest shop around they have excellent service.
James Gauthier: I needed a new tire on my GL1500 while on a cross country road trip. Donelson had the tire in stock and was able to fit me in when i was passing through. Sevoral other shops did not have parts in stock or were unwilling to accomidate a short notice. Brian in service was vary good to work with and had my best interest in mind. I would definitely stop at this dealer again.
Jason Moore: I bought my Honda Ruckus the people in the other and the staff there were awesome I would recommend invite other and get what they need Really good people
Sara Lorentz: Hubby recently took his scooter in for new tires and an inspection. He has also ordered parts for a scooter from here. Two summers ago, I needed new tires on my scooter and didn't really know who offered that service. I called a specialty scooter shop who told me they could "probably do it but most times they end up taking the scooters to Donelson's for tire balancing". So I cut out the middle person and called Donelson's directly. They let me know they had been crazy busy but would order my tires and once they were in I could drop the scooter off and they would "work it in" to get the tires done. This may seem odd but some other places I called wanted me to drop my scooter off that day and let it sit til they could get to it - could be 4-6 weeks they said. Donelson told me it's prob be a week or so once the tires were in.They ordered the tires, called me and let me know. I dropped the scooter off and they had the replacement done in about 2 days. There was a snafu with the wrong tires being ordered and them needing to put a different set on (my fault as I provided the tire size). Even with that taking place it still only took them 2 days. I had paid in advance for the tires and we had to rework the bill due to the tire swapout, but even that was handled with grace and I paid the difference. They also performed an inspection for me while they had my scooter.Overall nice experience - especially compared to the run around I got from some other places when calling around.
C Owens: Great vibe, great selection. Really fast time to get the part I needed. A real old time motorcycle shop
Joe Clark: The Business transaction ran like a swiss watch. The Donelson family were super nice as was Ron in Sales. No hidden fees...no pressure and a terrific museum showcasing all their offerings since 1962. If you like vintagemotorcycles, this place is a must visit.
Stephanie Cawvey: Have never let me down when needing g a part, even for my older model 4 wheelers
Thomas Fleming: Great shop. Brian, head of the service dept has always been a gentleman to me, very helpful to his customers. He got me in right away for a tire mount and balance just the other day. I stupidly lost a washer in the replacement of the wheel, and he had one for me that same day. Their parts dept is excellent too.
Curtis Crocker: Went in to order some parts I needed for an old Honda dirt bike, but he had everything I needed!!! I'll definitely be going back! It's worth the drive!!! Carl is cool!!!:)
Al Moreau: Don't waste your time at that place with the name Biggs go to Donaldson's they'll treat you best
John Conrades: This place is full of wonderful machines. Looked mainly at Triumphs, of which Carl and Kathy have the full line. And the Parts Counter is always ready to help you find what you need. Everyone extremely friendly.
Kelly Dodson: I bought a new helmet. Steven went above and beyond. He is highly recommend.
Andrew Maxwell: Really cool place!
Freedom Firefighter: No matter how seasoned of a bike mechanic you may be, you can talk shop with these guys right down to the nuts and bolts of the issues at hand. Very knowledgeable staff and very fair on cost. 5 stars.
G J: A dealership but has a small business courtesy that is appreciated.
Kyle Hodson: Very kind and helpful people here. I've had an inspection and tires put on here and both were done quicker than expected. One of the gentlemen there went the extra mile when my wiring clip failed for my horn while I was getting it inspected. I highly recommend them.

St. Louis Powersports: what do users think?
Pamela Franklin: Andrew was super easy to work with on our purchase!
Br44zE YourHypnotized: I went in the store looking for a 2021 RXTX 300 Sea-Doo. They surprisingly only had one in the exact color and trim that I wanted. They had a great price on it and my salesman, Scott, was great and helping me. I’m 17 and I’m still a kid and the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed like I was an adult. He treated me like an adult unlike the other dealers that I’ve visited. Dylan was really nice and getting parts and other things for my JetSki such as accessories. The ski did not work exactly when I got it, which is not their fault at all it was a bad reverse actuator. I took it to them same day. They got it in the shop and got it to me the next day, by using a reverse actuator off of a brand new machine. Dan was super helpful and got everything that I wanted and everything that I needed very very quickly. The whole staff up at Stl powersports is very helpful, kind and courteous whenever you have a question or concern with them. Their show room is very clean and organized. They have a wide variety of many different products for dirt bikes, four wheelers JetSki’s, boats, side by sides and more. I will for sure be a repeat customer and I just wanna say thank you to the whole entire team up there.-koltin
William Hester: Lets just start with the service department, hands down best in the business! Always a fast, painless recovery for me and my equipment. Jacob and Brian Weber are some of the most talented knowledgeable men to ever grace the wrenches. Some would even call them "wizards of the craft". I wouldn't trust, nor take my equipment any where else. Thank you again to all at St. Louis Powersports!
bailey zack: big shout out to jacob weber for gettin my forks all redone with seals and fresh oil!
Wade Orscheln: Daniel supported me in the purchase of a brand new 2022 CF Moto for farm use. Daniel was easy to stay in touch with and provided me with updates as to when it would be available for pick up. Daniel provided great customer service!
Amy Sammet: Have had great experience working with Daniel. He was very knowledgeable when it came to what was needed for my four-wheeler repair and ensured the work was done quickly and efficiently. I will continue to ask for Daniel!
Dawn Frankenberg: I want to thank Jacob for putting the accessories on my ranger for me. He did an excellent job.
Alex Konersmann: I had great experience working with Dan in service to get my machine up and running again. Dan made the entire process super simple and easy for me to understand exactly what I was paying for. A huge thank you to Dan for helping me out. Im definitely gonna have to come back next time I need to get my machine serviced.
Alex Rutz: Great service work from Jacob Weber. Got my unit fixed up just in time for the big ride, just like he promised. Wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my service work done!
Tyler Moore: Great service amazing people very knowledgeable Jacob W was a huge help! Will recommend to everyone.
TJ Vitt: Dan is the man! He was awesome to work with on everything that I needed for my Can Am. Extremely genuine guy and absolutely know his stuff. He is also an expert in Jet Ski’s and will recommend you the exact one for your riding type. Thanks for the awesome experience you gave me!
Abigail Ruck: Very good service! They had my 2020 rzr in, diagnosed, and fixed very quickly. Their technician Jacob did a great job fixing and also explaining the problem to me. Would definitely recommend their services.
Emily Frankenberg: Great service department Jacob Weber was very helpful. Best power sports around
Robert Stolte: Daniel Loerch did a great job in helping us purchase the Polaris Ranger. Thanks!
Brooke Sammet: Dan, the service manager always is pleasant, hard working, and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend St. Louis Powersports!
Codie Stroup: Outstanding service and customer service when dealing with Jacob Weber. He takes those extra steps for quality work and leaves little down time in getting your bike back to you.
Brent Shocklee: I have done business on multiple occasions at the Fenton location. Always has been a positive experience. Dan Loerch has been super helpful and knowledgeable. It is not easy to find staff that know their stuff. I travel 30 plus minutes to this location even though a I have a powersports dealership 5 minutes from my house.
Erica Glastetter: Best power sports place in STL. Dan is always super helpful!
Jonathan Henderson: Brian Weber is the best thing since sliced bread. His knowledge and grace propel him through the garage with the same elegance you might expect from a majestic swan gliding through the water .... at sunset.
Ethan Zack: Great place and the best service with Brian Weber turning wrenches!
Landon Zack: Place is the best for any Motorsport needs. Awesome salesman, awesome parts guys, and even better mechanics. Brian Weber and Jacob Weber are great guys and have a wealth of knowledge with anything with a motor

Moto Europa: what do users think?
Colby Dawe: Dudes in the service department are legit, helped me out a ton with my 2010 Daytona SE for a very good price. Definitely gonna become a regular here when my bike needs service.
Aj M: I bought a brand new motorcycle from here two months ago was not told about the break in period or set up with much info. I called in to ask Phil a couple questions which didn’t get answered so he transferred me set up an appointment. I left a message and never got a response. Disappointed
Jessica Larson: Staff is friendly and helpful. They took there time and didn’t rush us.
Michael Shelton: This was my first visit to Moto Europa, so I don't have a lot to go on. I also have not yet used their Service department for service, but one of their staff did review a motorcycle's electronics package with me prior to a test ride. That person seemed knowledgeable, was well spoken, and was clear about the electronics.
Mike Cain: Sold me a pre owned 2015 KTM Duke 390, was told it went through inspection and just had an oil change. Found out it had been drilled into at the oil filter guard. Went to change the oil for the first time after it had been leaking and found the holes pictured. Contacted Moto Europa and they said it was serviced before traded in and they wouldn’t check anything like that in an inspection. They won’t do anything about it. I am trying to figure out how to get this fixed so I can get my bike running. This place is shady, they tell you don’t worry it’s been inspected and it’s road ready and nothing wrong with it. It’s bad over heating issues since I got it and a slow oil leak. Now I feel this is just something that any dealership would notice when accepting a trade in to sell confidently to another person. Bad business in my opinion and would never recommend buying use from them.
Frank Hayward: Awesome service and products. I love thus place. I drive 3hrs to shop here and take my bikes for service. I've purchased 2 motorcycles from them and waiting on my 3rd. Can't say enough good things about sales, service and parts.
Jeevan Reddy: It's a motorcycle dealership shop with 3 popular brands like ktm, Ducati and triumph, they have various models to cater Vario clients like street bikes, toures, sports etc, they great merchandise as well, staff were very knowledgeable and very friendly, Definitely recommend place for bikers.
David Rodgers: They do everything ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ except returning calls 🤙
jtgolden1s: Get all the service done on my bike here. Matt in service is always great to work with and the mechanics are great as well. I trust them with my bikes for sure!
Tony Jenkins: Well they have a nice motorcycle shop went there to look at some Vespas disappointed they have no 300s on the floor really all the inventory is $150s and 50s but Philip is a good guy he'll help you anyway you can and it's a very beautiful place very clean restrooms and a nice location in St Louis in St Louis by St Louis University and I do feel that the documentation fee is too high I live in Illinois I'm going to do my own documentation so I don't think it should be 399 it is the closest Vespa dealership to me I live in Springfield Illinois so maybe it's worth paying the extra just so that I'm familiar to them when I go in for service
Mike Sisk: Had the timing belts changed on my Ducati XDIAVEL S by Moto Europa. They were on time and the price was good as well. Will use them again! Thanks!
Craig Schwartz: Great place be sure to go thru the museum.
J Ham: I will admit I have had my issues with MotoEuropa. I will be the first to say the Service and parts Department truly excel! Picked up the bike today from its first service. MotoEuropa did everything beautifully. Paperwork explained and all requested to do list items taken care of. Bike ran like a champ.
Lou: I went to check on a used motorcycle they had listed on their site, but it must have been sold. The single salesman was busy BSing with some guy the entire time I was there with his back to the service/parts entrance. They weren't even talking about motorcycles. I was totally ignored, so I visited the Museum. It gets 5 ⭐
Brad S: This is a Disney level 5 star operation. 2 bucks more expensive than the next guy and worth every penny. They truly bent over backwards trying to close my deal with them and pesky bank regulations in another state.
jeremyh172: Matt at Motor Europa is absolutely fantastic. Great service and they definitely go above and beyond for there customers!!
Scott M Benson: The BEST motorcycle shop I have dealt with and I have dealt with many over the years. I have purchased two Ducati's from these guys as well as had work done on my KTM. Excellent customer service in motorcycle sales as well as in repair/service. Highly recommend these folks.
Matthew Jones: Great selection. Did have to wait a bit before being greeted. The bike I wanted to test ride had been sold already so that wasn't an option. No fault there. 😃 I used the website to discuss my trade and I'd have probably been in sooner had they responded. Salesman was friendly. We talked about what I currently rode and the features I was looking for. We discussed the next step down, I probably would have taken a test ride if offered. Might have sold me on it. If they have a bike I want in stock I'll certainly be back.
Jesse-Linn Masters: Always top notch service.
S Clemons: Great bikes, and great people. Makes shopping for a new bike all the better
JB: The ultimate

Dave Mungenast Motorsports: what do users think?
JD Kimbrough: Picked up my new Indian FTR 1200 and could not be happier! Service and sales was top notch. If you’re in the market for a motorcycle, please give them a chance. You will not be disappointed.
Emily: I called to order 2 parts for my dirt bike. The parts department laughed at me and asked if I was sure with what I was asking for - basically asking if I knew what I was talking about. Very unprofessional & disappointed with the experience.
Charlie Marcallini: "I bought a Ruckus from the dealership in 2018 and a Rebel in 2019. Traded my Rebel for a 2021 Indian Scout. Couldn’t be happier. The sales team is always helpful and service is fantastic. Michael Mungenast gave me a ride and threw my Scout in the trailer for me when I took it home. Just today I stopped in to have my brakes checked and Matt pulled it in and had a new set of front brakes on in like 30 minutes. Also did some warranty work for me last season. I will go back for my next bike too. Maybe a new Chief. Thanks guys !!
Curtis Crocker: I'm working on restoring a 1972 honda 100 the guy said he doesn't have anything for a bike that old! Went to donelsons they had everything I asked for!
Paul Langley: We bought a motor cycle it was a very easy and quick the kid loves the bike first time rider he got a grom 125 and leared in 20 minutes
Jeri G: Looking at Indian motorcycle merchandise. Very helpful staff.
Sara Saric: Great customer service and very knowledgeable. We have bought a variety of motor sports, lawnmowers, ATVs, and generators over the years and they are always great to work with.
Natalie Lang: My sales associate, Bob Lepp was awsome! He absolutley listened to all my wants and needs in a vehicle! Made the whole process enjoyable and easy!! Im so happy wth my new Honda Accord, thx!
Mike Ski (TuTone): Professional, courteous, and very helpful. Will definitely be returning.
Thomas W: David made a deal for me. Great people to work with.Thank you.
Donna Wigfall: We visited this dealership this weekend in hopes of buying a used motorcycle. The Indian bikes are beautiful. We saw a cream colored Indian Scout 60 that was breathtaking. It was everything a new rider would want in an upgrade for a starter bike. Unfortunately, it did not have ABS. Rather than try to make the sale, the consultant, Jim Wagner advised me to buy a bike with this feature included for safety reasons. That is an admirable quality people in general are lacking...honesty. I'm truly considering purchasing a new bike from Dave Mungenast Motor Sports in St Louis for this reason verses a Harley. He wasn't pushy and allowed us to walk around and look at the bikes before he approached us. Good customer service goes a long way. Thanks Jim.
Ryan Watters: Straight forward, no BS fees, bike-loving place that was great to buy from. Would recommend them to anyone. Sales guys loved talking bikes while we waited to finish the deal. Highly recommend!
W T: Some of these reviews are unbelievable, these guys are great! Needed to stop by for some parts and was greeted by everyone sincerely, had a conversation with a salesman while waiting for customers to finish and when it was my turn to the counter the man went above and beyond to make sure I received the correct parts. This has become the first place I go from now on! Thank you!
Mobile in MO Michelle Vanlife Vaccaro: I walked into the dealership prepared to make a purchase and not one of the 3 people that seemed to be working there spoke to me.
Hank Neal: The biggest selection of slingshots in the area!
Donovan Allen: For one if you pay top dollar for a service you should at least be shown good customer service. I unloaded my own bike. Then every part they sell you is overpriced over any other oem part and even upgraded parts you can find. I brought my bike to a Honda DEALER hoping to get a professional diagnosis and to save myself some time. I was charged for a diagnosis then I spent 660 for parts diagnosis and a 45 minute job for them to tell me something else was wrong and of course it was going to cost another overpriced amount for another part plus labor. I could of saved hundreds doing it myself. The best part is I paid 660 and got my bike back in the same condition I brought it in. Not running... Lesson learned.. after getting my bike back and researching my symptoms and reading blogs I fixed my bike for free... I paid for a 667 for a stator when it was the ecu not giving spark the whole time. The tech said my stator and ECU went bad at the same time but he had to replace the stator to realize my ECU was bad.. I don't remember getting hit by lighting... So I put my ECU in the oven to dry moisture from the unit that seaped in over the years cleaned then resealed it with epoxy. Runs like new. Saved another 689 not including labor they tried to charge me for after the 667.
James Link: I went in today to possible buy a motorcycle, and had a question, the Salesman was rude, angry and talked down to me. He wouldn't even let me give him all the information which was pertinent to my question. I was told by many others to not do business here, and now I know why. I've owned 70 motorcycles and plan to buy many more, but none of them will be from Dave Mungenast after todays experience.
Matt Higgins: Too bad one has to deal with the Indian salesman.I will NEVER go there again.
David Maness: Went in looking for a bike as I haven’t had one in almost 10 years. Jim and Andy helped me out and made the whole process easy and fast. I got just the bike I wanted and couldn’t be happier.Thank you!
Charlie Robinson: Everyone was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Enjoyed my buying experience very much.Definitly recommend Dave Mungenast Motorsports.
Ethan Martin: Drove 45 minutes to recieve the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever recieved. Both myself and a friend drove 45 minutes to come and check out a bike. I was handed off to an older gentlemen to talk about a CBR600 in which we immedietely felt like he didn't want our business. I had told him I was buying my first bike, and that I had ridden before I was just ready to pull the trigger on my own. In which he told me that the CBR was a horrible first choice and acted like I knew nothing, when I had told him I've been riding for a long time. We had asked to turn it on, in which he YELLED at my friend to go outside over nothing and that was when we left. When we told him we were good he made some very smart remarks in which I informed him that I would NEVER spend my money nor recommend this place to any of my family or friends, who are full of riders. The man was extremely dissrespectful throughout the entire process, and I would be embarrassed to spend over $10,000 here just to not even feel welcomed.

Gateway BMW Motorcycles: what do users think?
Sam Sam: Like to say honesty is the best policy. Hand down both Jon n Owner were awesome. Unfortunately I didn't buy a motorcycle that I was looking for from them. But in the future, I absolutely reach out to them n recommend friends n family. I called them from NY, and they treated me over the phone n email like I was their family member. Member for life. Keep up good work, and they are positive to customers. I will buy a warranty from them.I bought from BMW of Cambridge MA, and they charged me freight n prep fees on the demo model BS FEES. Gm or sale manager never to be found before or after deal was made. Made me customers for one time instead of a lifetime.
Christopher Cunningham: Special thank you to the service department at Gateway BMW!! This weekend, I was on a road trip, camping in the central MO when one of my turn signals started glitching out. Long story short, I showed up at Gateway BMW un scheduled on a Saturday to see if they could help a traveler from TX. I don't think I have ever experienced a more attentive and friendly service team. They got my bike in and discovered a wire had split open causing a short in the turn signal. They didn't have one in stock but the service team said not to worry, they would pull one off one of their floor bikes to get mine back in working order and order the replacement for theirs. If that were the whole story it would be pretty awesome but it gets better. Their service technician treats every bike like his own. He didn't just take the work order, replace the turn signal and send me on my way. Rather, he went through an entire safety checklist and discovered a couple of the screws seating my bar riser had loosened. Not enough to notice at the moment but enough that it would have eventually become a problem likely at a most inconvenient time.Oh and let me add this dealership is a beautiful modern facility. Great inventory, tons of gear, everything motorcycle enthusiasts need and love.If you're in the area and you're into motorcycling, stop by and check this place out. You won't be disappointed.
safi AJ: Awesome experience. Stopped by to test drive the BMW R18. Honz helped me and my wife very quickly. After the test ride there was no pressure to buy or anything. All other staff in the store were also super helpful to estimate some cost. All this lead to me buying the bike the same day 😀.
David Sine: Fantastic dealer with honest mechanics who want to solve problems and know what they are doing. I live in Kansas City and travel across the entire width of that state so i can use them to service my GS.
Davy Pig: Just go here and see for yourself!I am so happy I found this place. It was a day drive away but well worth it. Everyone was nice, the place is huge with lots to look at. Jon in sales and Valerie in finance went above and beyond for me. I wholeheartedly recommend going here. I am enjoying a new bike from them but already excited about going back possibly in a year when a new model is out. They make it so pleasant I might go back once a year. I am actually glad they are a day away from me otherwise I'd have too many bikes, I mean more bikes since I don't know if there is such a thing as too many bikes.I have not had a vehicle experience as pleasant as this.
Joshua Clifton: Love this dealership would happily buy from here again. Salesmen and staff are very friendly not pushing you to buy very calm experience. Would highly recommend.
Lou: The dealership has moved to a new location in Chesterfield, West of Spirit of St Louis Airport. It's now a stand alone business with plenty of room. I visited on the fourth day of them being open and it is VERY impressive! All new building. It is quite an investment Bob has made. Use your GPS, at least for your first visit. At this time it's in the middle of nowhere! I can't wait to ride out!!! Edit: I visited the new place yesterday. Bob Honz has added the Ducati brand after taking it over from Donelson in St. Ann. The building is now jammed to the rafters with motorcycles! There is also a great selection of accessories and gear.
Shaun Hogan: Outstanding service
Mike Bittick: I bought a used Africa Twin from Tom, he was very patient, very courteous, not pushy. I had a good experience. Thanks Gateway BMW !
David Rodgers: Hold onto your wallet ! They charge over twice what others charged for Ducati scrambler service ; $2000-2200 for the 7500 mile Service . $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Tammy Hemrick: Very nice new location. The building is huge and they have a nice selection of bikes and accessories.
Nick Freeman: I rode my S1000R in for service from Columbia. I purchased my BMW used so I had no prior interaction with Gateway. Arrived first thing in the morning and was treated great all day! Easy check in and was offered complimentary snacks/drinks. They even let me borrow one of their demo units to go get lunch while I was waiting, even though it was raining! Service department was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and then some. They even got me some discounts and rebates where applicable. It's nice to see a dealership genuinely care about its customers, I would not hesitate to buy my next bike from these folks. Thanks Gateway! 🏍
Robert Tanga: Very helpful comfortable transaction, knowledgeable pleasurable experience
Becky Plovanich: Thanks so much for excellent customer service and an awesome product! You guys are the best! Love the accessories too that I chose for the bike.I love how the extra low F750GS handles. It’s very easy, fun to ride, and comfortable. The features of the bike are phenomenal. So glad you had an extra low F750GS on the floor….in my favorite color!!!Stop by and check out their inventory. Ask for Tom!
Csiba. Nora: Price is great, no hidden fees.you pay what thay advertise.Thay do not add a made up b/s dealer assembly fee,nor inspection fe, just pay the price what thay advertise. The sale staff friendly and easy to deal with.
Oc car Registry: Hans & John were amazing. A + all the way. Let’s not forget our finance & chief financial managers. They made the transaction smooth and they explained the whole process throughly. I will definitely buy more motorcycles here in the future. They are simply the best. Thank you gateway bmw for making this transaction memorable.
M Reuter: Awesome Customer Service, Sales, Service! Honz is always a pleasure to do business with! Mary Ellen is a sales paperwork Guru. Eight bikes later... Thanks again Gateway team!
Brittany Johnson: Jon was great! Great service, tons of bikes, nice people
George Kennedy: First rate, the most pleasant buying experience I've ever had. From Jon my salesman to the financial department, easy application process and 2.9 rate. Marklyn in accessories who helped me pick out a new helmet and jacket. Highly recommend
Makisa Upton: Awesome staff and serviceGreat selectionDefinitely a go to place

Phil Loftis: Worst motorcycle dealership around bought my bike their 2 years ago used an nothing but issues from day one try to order parts an they can't even do that right
Cool Breeze: I bought a damaged helmet from them on a Monday afternoon. The visor was peeling and chipped in a corner and it’s chipping away pretty fast. I call them on Saturday because I was out for a ride and was looking at my helmet and that’s when I noticed the damage. My helmet should not be chipping and damaged after one 10 minute drive to the gas station. I called to see if I could get a new one and he offered to take $10 off a $55 helmet when THEY were the one who sold me a damaged visor. They asked me why I didn’t notice it from the get go, I was not quite looking for damages seeing I thought I was buying from a TRUSTWORTHY dealership. But I guess not, don’t go here for a quality helmet. Order online or go to Harley Davidson in Alton.
Kallin Robinaon: Guys back in parts great guys Zach and Brandon
Levi VanDenBossche: Awesome service bought a brand new yz250fx and very smooth and helpful staff for all my parts and gear needs
Chantal B: Brian went above and beyond to track down a yz250 for us. My husband has been wanting one for a while and hasn’t been able to find it. Within a week, we received the call it would be ready for us to pick up! Brian kept in communication throughout the whole process, was super professional and easy to work with! Brian, Wendy and John went above and beyond when we came in the store to finish paperwork, do a walkthrough of the bike and load it up! We appreciate all the assistance in getting this bike and appreciate how well the crew put it together! Go buy a bike from this amazing team!!!
badmaanful: They never have anything available to test ride. Been here twice and they always say come back another day. The sales rep seemed to be pressuring me to make a purchase and I don't feel comfortable purchasing anything I haven't tested. Today's a beautiful day why didn't you prepare anything? Probably a good place if you already know what they have and what you want. Not a good place for curious ambitious riders looking for something new.
D Bunk: Love the staff. I'm a Kawasaki fan and they have them.Parts and service staff are always ready to help.
john paulda: Helpful sales people and knowledgeable
Zach Velasco: I bought my 2022 Raptor 700R SE from Wendy and John. Buying the bike was a quick, smooth process and the price was fair. I want to shoutout the salesman (Tom?) who assisted with loading and the gentleman (Brandon?) who works the gear/accessory counter. I can’t exactly remember their names but they were great too! Thank you for the painless experience and top-notch service. I love the bike and I’ll be a returning customer when I’m ready for another. Thanks again!
Ann Ondercho: Great personnel. Awesome service. Good prices
jeff lievers: They have always been friendly and helpful.
Mo Johnson: Very helpful with the parts I needed. Zach was extremely helpful and had great customer service…I’ll definitely be back!!
Annette McCarthy: Found this dealership online through the CFMOTO website and then saw a billboard on I55. Glad we stopped to check it out. We were able to get exactly what we wanted, a no hassle sale and Brian was terrific to work with!
sam west: 4 hour drive and worth it Tom and Brian were good to deal with, all I had contact with were nice people, everything was as it should be and the bike came home with me.
Crystal Hilt: Drove about 3.5 hours to Midwest Motor Sports. Went in to look at a 2022 Autodrive Slingshot and we were lucky to get Brian as our salesman. Brian was very help and very knowledgeable an within 15 mins we were on the road for a test drive. We loved it Brain and Wendy the financial lady worked out everything for us and we brought the slingshot home that same day. I cannot say enough about the service we received. I must say after how smooth Brian and Wendy made everything it was worth the almost 4 hour drive. LolI recommend this company to anyone looking for a new toy.
Drake Slone: Great guys helped me figure out everything I needed and helped me find my next bike
Russel Kallal: I just purchased a new Yamaha TTR 110 for my kids and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Midwest Motor Sports has a very user-friendly website loaded with information and an updated inventory, so I was well-prepared before ever entering the store. The entire staff came together to take care of all of my needs during my visit. I arrived without an appointment, but asked questions, finalized the choice of dirt bike, had paperwork written up, the bike go thru final assembly in the service bay (battery install, etc.), and was loaded up and heading home all within about an hour. I left with a great deal on a dirt bike, a big smile on my kids’ faces, and many fun memories ahead. We look forward to doing much more business with John and the staff at Midwest Motor Sports in the years to come!
chuck gorman: I took my Slingshot in for service had a emergency break problem and to get it fixed when I went to get it back today I took it over yesterday Tuesday and got it back today they the extreme emergency break they took care of the caliper which was caused by the heat from the emergency brake they have a full checklist to check over things that surprise me I had a squeak coming from the rear tire that I've had since I own the bike And they got it fixed in no longer squeaks I got it back and it was washed front clip on it needed a little adjustment they did that they went above and beyond what I would have expected to be done. I will be going there for all my severice there from now on
