St. Louis Powersports: what do users think?
Pamela Franklin: Andrew was super easy to work with on our purchase!
Br44zE YourHypnotized: I went in the store looking for a 2021 RXTX 300 Sea-Doo. They surprisingly only had one in the exact color and trim that I wanted. They had a great price on it and my salesman, Scott, was great and helping me. I’m 17 and I’m still a kid and the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed like I was an adult. He treated me like an adult unlike the other dealers that I’ve visited. Dylan was really nice and getting parts and other things for my JetSki such as accessories. The ski did not work exactly when I got it, which is not their fault at all it was a bad reverse actuator. I took it to them same day. They got it in the shop and got it to me the next day, by using a reverse actuator off of a brand new machine. Dan was super helpful and got everything that I wanted and everything that I needed very very quickly. The whole staff up at Stl powersports is very helpful, kind and courteous whenever you have a question or concern with them. Their show room is very clean and organized. They have a wide variety of many different products for dirt bikes, four wheelers JetSki’s, boats, side by sides and more. I will for sure be a repeat customer and I just wanna say thank you to the whole entire team up there.-koltin
William Hester: Lets just start with the service department, hands down best in the business! Always a fast, painless recovery for me and my equipment. Jacob and Brian Weber are some of the most talented knowledgeable men to ever grace the wrenches. Some would even call them "wizards of the craft". I wouldn't trust, nor take my equipment any where else. Thank you again to all at St. Louis Powersports!
bailey zack: big shout out to jacob weber for gettin my forks all redone with seals and fresh oil!
Wade Orscheln: Daniel supported me in the purchase of a brand new 2022 CF Moto for farm use. Daniel was easy to stay in touch with and provided me with updates as to when it would be available for pick up. Daniel provided great customer service!
Amy Sammet: Have had great experience working with Daniel. He was very knowledgeable when it came to what was needed for my four-wheeler repair and ensured the work was done quickly and efficiently. I will continue to ask for Daniel!
Dawn Frankenberg: I want to thank Jacob for putting the accessories on my ranger for me. He did an excellent job.
Alex Konersmann: I had great experience working with Dan in service to get my machine up and running again. Dan made the entire process super simple and easy for me to understand exactly what I was paying for. A huge thank you to Dan for helping me out. Im definitely gonna have to come back next time I need to get my machine serviced.
Alex Rutz: Great service work from Jacob Weber. Got my unit fixed up just in time for the big ride, just like he promised. Wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my service work done!
Tyler Moore: Great service amazing people very knowledgeable Jacob W was a huge help! Will recommend to everyone.
TJ Vitt: Dan is the man! He was awesome to work with on everything that I needed for my Can Am. Extremely genuine guy and absolutely know his stuff. He is also an expert in Jet Ski’s and will recommend you the exact one for your riding type. Thanks for the awesome experience you gave me!
Abigail Ruck: Very good service! They had my 2020 rzr in, diagnosed, and fixed very quickly. Their technician Jacob did a great job fixing and also explaining the problem to me. Would definitely recommend their services.
Emily Frankenberg: Great service department Jacob Weber was very helpful. Best power sports around
Robert Stolte: Daniel Loerch did a great job in helping us purchase the Polaris Ranger. Thanks!
Brooke Sammet: Dan, the service manager always is pleasant, hard working, and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend St. Louis Powersports!
Codie Stroup: Outstanding service and customer service when dealing with Jacob Weber. He takes those extra steps for quality work and leaves little down time in getting your bike back to you.
Brent Shocklee: I have done business on multiple occasions at the Fenton location. Always has been a positive experience. Dan Loerch has been super helpful and knowledgeable. It is not easy to find staff that know their stuff. I travel 30 plus minutes to this location even though a I have a powersports dealership 5 minutes from my house.
Erica Glastetter: Best power sports place in STL. Dan is always super helpful!
Jonathan Henderson: Brian Weber is the best thing since sliced bread. His knowledge and grace propel him through the garage with the same elegance you might expect from a majestic swan gliding through the water .... at sunset.
Ethan Zack: Great place and the best service with Brian Weber turning wrenches!
Landon Zack: Place is the best for any Motorsport needs. Awesome salesman, awesome parts guys, and even better mechanics. Brian Weber and Jacob Weber are great guys and have a wealth of knowledge with anything with a motor

Moto Europa: what do users think?
Colby Dawe: Dudes in the service department are legit, helped me out a ton with my 2010 Daytona SE for a very good price. Definitely gonna become a regular here when my bike needs service.
Aj M: I bought a brand new motorcycle from here two months ago was not told about the break in period or set up with much info. I called in to ask Phil a couple questions which didn’t get answered so he transferred me set up an appointment. I left a message and never got a response. Disappointed
Jessica Larson: Staff is friendly and helpful. They took there time and didn’t rush us.
Michael Shelton: This was my first visit to Moto Europa, so I don't have a lot to go on. I also have not yet used their Service department for service, but one of their staff did review a motorcycle's electronics package with me prior to a test ride. That person seemed knowledgeable, was well spoken, and was clear about the electronics.
Mike Cain: Sold me a pre owned 2015 KTM Duke 390, was told it went through inspection and just had an oil change. Found out it had been drilled into at the oil filter guard. Went to change the oil for the first time after it had been leaking and found the holes pictured. Contacted Moto Europa and they said it was serviced before traded in and they wouldn’t check anything like that in an inspection. They won’t do anything about it. I am trying to figure out how to get this fixed so I can get my bike running. This place is shady, they tell you don’t worry it’s been inspected and it’s road ready and nothing wrong with it. It’s bad over heating issues since I got it and a slow oil leak. Now I feel this is just something that any dealership would notice when accepting a trade in to sell confidently to another person. Bad business in my opinion and would never recommend buying use from them.
Frank Hayward: Awesome service and products. I love thus place. I drive 3hrs to shop here and take my bikes for service. I've purchased 2 motorcycles from them and waiting on my 3rd. Can't say enough good things about sales, service and parts.
Jeevan Reddy: It's a motorcycle dealership shop with 3 popular brands like ktm, Ducati and triumph, they have various models to cater Vario clients like street bikes, toures, sports etc, they great merchandise as well, staff were very knowledgeable and very friendly, Definitely recommend place for bikers.
David Rodgers: They do everything ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ except returning calls 🤙
jtgolden1s: Get all the service done on my bike here. Matt in service is always great to work with and the mechanics are great as well. I trust them with my bikes for sure!
Tony Jenkins: Well they have a nice motorcycle shop went there to look at some Vespas disappointed they have no 300s on the floor really all the inventory is $150s and 50s but Philip is a good guy he'll help you anyway you can and it's a very beautiful place very clean restrooms and a nice location in St Louis in St Louis by St Louis University and I do feel that the documentation fee is too high I live in Illinois I'm going to do my own documentation so I don't think it should be 399 it is the closest Vespa dealership to me I live in Springfield Illinois so maybe it's worth paying the extra just so that I'm familiar to them when I go in for service
Mike Sisk: Had the timing belts changed on my Ducati XDIAVEL S by Moto Europa. They were on time and the price was good as well. Will use them again! Thanks!
Craig Schwartz: Great place be sure to go thru the museum.
J Ham: I will admit I have had my issues with MotoEuropa. I will be the first to say the Service and parts Department truly excel! Picked up the bike today from its first service. MotoEuropa did everything beautifully. Paperwork explained and all requested to do list items taken care of. Bike ran like a champ.
Lou: I went to check on a used motorcycle they had listed on their site, but it must have been sold. The single salesman was busy BSing with some guy the entire time I was there with his back to the service/parts entrance. They weren't even talking about motorcycles. I was totally ignored, so I visited the Museum. It gets 5 ⭐
Brad S: This is a Disney level 5 star operation. 2 bucks more expensive than the next guy and worth every penny. They truly bent over backwards trying to close my deal with them and pesky bank regulations in another state.
jeremyh172: Matt at Motor Europa is absolutely fantastic. Great service and they definitely go above and beyond for there customers!!
Scott M Benson: The BEST motorcycle shop I have dealt with and I have dealt with many over the years. I have purchased two Ducati's from these guys as well as had work done on my KTM. Excellent customer service in motorcycle sales as well as in repair/service. Highly recommend these folks.
Matthew Jones: Great selection. Did have to wait a bit before being greeted. The bike I wanted to test ride had been sold already so that wasn't an option. No fault there. 😃 I used the website to discuss my trade and I'd have probably been in sooner had they responded. Salesman was friendly. We talked about what I currently rode and the features I was looking for. We discussed the next step down, I probably would have taken a test ride if offered. Might have sold me on it. If they have a bike I want in stock I'll certainly be back.
Jesse-Linn Masters: Always top notch service.
S Clemons: Great bikes, and great people. Makes shopping for a new bike all the better
JB: The ultimate

Joshua Keiser: Went up there today around 10:10 am for a tire change on my 04 r1 because I was told cyclegear tire machine was down again not only did I get a better deal but they were super quick and (NICK) behind the counter was super knowledgable and super friendly which is awesome once you walk in and makes the experience so much better and they also fit me in because I was showing wire when cyclegear had me come up 45+ minutes away just to turn me away these guys are awesome!!! Good work guys and thank you!
Elijah Scullin: Inconsiderate, lazy, useless workers that don’t have a care in the world and speak down on everyone. Only interested in money and nothing else. Terrible business

Lou Fusz Motorsports: what do users think?
Just Me: Like they say, the bigger the business, the more dishonest!! I starting dealing with Derryn holmes at this business because of interest in a 2003 Indian Motorcycle. I filled out loan app after he had emailing me that it was road worthy and touring/show capable, previous owner owned the dealership and only had a little over 5000 miles on it, his exact words! They first said that I should be able to get a loan regardless of it's age which was just wasted time and effort. I gave them down payment on 03/31/2023 and took out loan for balance, then notified him I was coming to get on 04/11. I even emailed him a time GPS estimated arrival, but after driving 10 hours nothing was ready when I arrived and I was dead tired. So tired the bike could have been pink and I don't think I would have noticed. After finally leaving here went to first rest area I found and slept 7 hours. What's worse is after getting it back home found it had rusty wheels, dented lights and running problems. It now sits 50 miles from here at mechanic needing repairs. Here are some pics of Show Capable bike. Since recovering from heart attack and many other surgeries just wanted to ride again, but bike stills sit 50 miles away at mechanic. Just hope others are smarter than me when it come to dealing with any of Lou Fusz Automotive Network group of dealers. Used to be honesty in vehicle sales but guess it has totally vanished through dealers. They just make up lies to get sales. It is now may 22 and I finally got an answer to complaint I made with BBB down there and apparently it is fine for their management to lie as much as their salesman do. Had a Dan Vanfleet tell BBB that he had been trying to contact me. Lies continue!
Larry Schuff: EDITTED—JUST TO CLARIFY, THIS DEALERSHIP WAS SOLD, AND NEW MANAGEMENT TOOK OVER RECENTLY. I HAVE NO ISSUES WITH CURRENT OWNERS LOU FUSZ, RATHER IT WAS METRO-EAST MOTORSPORTS.Don't patronize this stealership.... They dropped the ball on mounting of new tires, bought through them, and didn't replace valve stems with new ones(a standard practice at any reputable shop) . Brought it back when one was leaking, and they "generously" offered to fix their eff up for parts only cost. No labor. OK, great, hopefully it won't take too long. Nope, parts are in stock, and should arrive in a day or two...Now, it's almost 2 weeks later, parts haven't arrived, and when asked when they will arrive, I was told that they don't know, and can't find out.Very rude service manager, who thinks he was doing me a favor by repairing his mistake in the first place. So, if you enjoy getting screwed over, and being expected to like the experience, by all means go to metro east motorsports!
Ryan Bates: The Experience on purchasing my first bike was not pleasant.I try my best to ignore reviews due to the fact everyone has their own opinion, but when it comes to this Lou Fusz Motorsports they seem to not care if you want to purchase a bike from them or not. I give a two-star for two reasons. One is usually ignore because those are the petty people. Two is they did have barbecue going during my visit.I have been in sales for quite some time and even when you Slack you at least get that sale ahead of time.Don't have the customer sell for youBy the way you all are welcome for the new Finance Company you're going to start using...
John Wayne: I didn't purchase and have no experience at this establishment for that. But they hosted a 2 day Indian Demo event. Props for that. Very friendly crew and it was outstanding! I was able to ride a few models I had been eyeing for a long time. Maybe...after kids braces and first cars.
Cp Rooks: Two Years After Getting My Bike And The Management Is Still Terrible. Lost My Recall Order After Being One Of The First To Call In, 4 Months Later Had To Reorder. Then Was Told My Appointment That Was Set For A Month In Advance Wasn't Scheduled. EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE BEEN TEXTING ME TO COME IN. The Man At The Desk Was Able To Get My Bike Done, Luckily It Wasnt Too Much Work, That Day. Employees Are Great But The Management Needs The Boot. Don't Even Get Me Started On The Management From 2 Years Ago When Getting The Bike. Love Indian But It's The Only Dealer In 300 Miles
Brandon Stahl: After 3 hours of waiting around, they finally came and talked to me and told me I needed $6,000 down on a $10,000 bike… I was trading a new 2022 bike and they told me they didn’t even know what bike I was trading in when they came up with those numbers… what a joke. Instead I headed up to another dealer and was able to get the same bike no problem. Kind of shady honestly. And I thought Holzhauer was bad…
Darrell Shiner: I recently bought a 2023 zx6r and couldn't be more happier. This is my second motorcycle and experience was great. The salesman Derwin did everything possible to make it happen for me. They was not pushy in selling me anything extra but gave me what I wanted. The salesman stayed in constant contact with me as we worked out all the details and was very professional and knowledgeable. The finance manager also worked his magic which made it possible. I definitely would recommend them to anyone else and they will get my business again in the future. I live in a different state but it was worth the drive
ashley rockandparole: sold my brother and i a busted side by side without mentioning broken u-joints or any of the other issues. on top of that, they failed to file paperwork correctly the first time, resulting in the employee getting canned and my brother losing his warranty after they re-filed it wrong the second time. i work overnights so it's hard for me to make it in. they FORGED my signature on the re-filing. i dont have any documents because of this. now they're stringing along my brother after he took it to a more reputable repair shop with much better customer service. they promised to service the sxs for free and prioritize it once we got it back from the better shop and now they're claiming they have no idea what he's talking about. terrible management full of liars and con artists. the dormer owner would be ashamed that these snakes operate the way they do. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.
Stephanie Eby: I Purchased a 4 Wheeler back when they were metro, had Great customer service was always took care of. Now that they are Lou fusz customer service is not the best. I was to get my first oil change free now it is $200 before I can get my 4wheeler back. $200 for a oil change is a rip off. If you go down and she Chris Comme t I am in the same boat as him, as for I live 38mins from here as well. Not happy with the new company people.
Chris Johnson: Purchased a Polaris 4 wheeler 2 years ago from the previous company before Lou Fusz. I’m having mechanical issues with my 4 wheeler and I was told I could drop it off and get it serviced. I also purchased a lifetime battery replacement which LOU FUSZ will not honor. Brought my four wheeler up to drop it off to have it serviced and in was told I needed an appointment. So first I just drop it off and now an appointment. Mind you I don’t live close. Yes my mistake I could have made a phone call but I didn’t. The staff was not very friendly, and didn’t seem too concerned about my issues. I have since made an appointment to have my 4 wheeler serviced in Missouri, and I will never return to Lou Fusz again. When the place was previously Metro east power sports, the place was a little disorganized, but staff was very friendly. And always helped with my needs. Since the change not so much. I hope this was just a mistake on my part and maybe a bad day for the staff at Lou Fusz, but bottom line is i won’t return. I’m beginning to think I purchased a lemon. It only has 64 hours on the motor
Navenda: Small selection of bikes, all used bikes are expensive.
Eric Rankin: On a trip from PA they helped me with some parts for my adv bike on a Friday at closing time! Great people thanks again!!!!
patrick “slamm'nbeers2” kirby: Sales staff absent. I dropped In to see what was in stock. I seen three bikes I wanted info on but no sales staff. One guy in service was hoping he wasn't going to get interrupted, but no one on the floor. If sales are this lacking, I'm sure service is the same.
Jonah Dunn: Pretty good in stock selection and Darryn was very professional and friendly.
Nick Konopelski: If you enjoy being shoved salesman to salesman, then this is the place for you. I couldn't even get a full sentence or time of day for any of the bikes I was looking to purchase. I would avoid this place like the plague because there is an over abundant lack of competence at this location.I've been a loyal Lou Fusz customer for years and this place doesn't accurately portray the quality and service that's been provided in the past by other Lou Fusz locations. If you're an employee at this location and you're reading this, then shame on you especially since another dealer made contact on my behalf for the introduction.I thank Lou Fusz Chevrolet for making the the introduction, being professional, and apologizing on the behalf of Lou Fusz Motorsports when they refused to themselves. I will continue to be a Lou Fusz customer as long as it's not at this location.
Michael Manning: Formally, Metro East Motorsports, Lou Fusz Motorsports has grown the showroom, updated stock, and provides to notch service. It's my one-stop shop motorcycle parts, tires, maintenance, and service. I recommend them to anyone who is into motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs.
Dalton Smolley: They have very welcoming staff, they care about your safety when you send your bike in the shop, and great customer service. The only bike shop I will continue returning to.
Lucinda Bollmeier: Our experience with this business has not been very good. There is no communication. They promise to call you to keep you informed and do not follow through. Talked to the Operations Manager a few minutes ago and felt like all she was doing was saying whatever she could to try to please us, which she did not do. We had been told twice, once when the appointment was made and again when we dropped off our Motorcycle, that they would start on our bike at 9 this morning and it would be done in 3 1/2 hours. It is now 2 p.m. and they have a couple of hours to go yet. Not pleased at all.
tenicia bell: Got my tires on my rim's in no time! Great price!
Jeri G: Even during these times of shortages and delays in shipping, our motorcycle got fixed very quickly. We were kept informed of the status of the work. Nice and professional workers. Nice, clean showroom.
Matthew Tuttle: We were on a ride from Kansas to Louisville and woke up to a flat. With one call we were able to go in, they changed both tires for me and we were back on the road in a couple hours. Tim Jarrett was exceptional. Great service, very friendly, and extremely veteran friendly

Donelson Cycles Inc: what do users think?
Robert T Givens III: Thank you..!
Michael Zednichek: This place has the best service I stopped in there for some information and I couldn't have gotten a better reply no wonder they've been around for decades I will go nowhere else. I would highly recommend them to anyone who expects great service
Emmanuel Mcallister: They had the part I needed in stock where most Honda dealers didn't. They won my business from now on out when I'm in the St Louis area.
Tonya Curd: My boyfriend loves to spend an extremely long time hanging out in here checking out all the different bikes and it’s difficult to lure him home however the employees are patient and can spend the day conversing with him about any and everything to do with motorcycles and they always have the latest stuff to look at./Went again this past week and still the same. Boyfriend still loves the place so much I can't get him to leave. And I still have to take the debit card or we leave with a new four wheeler or bike and we are out of room. But seeing him enjoy 'shopping' makes me happy so we go. I even find things I like for riding and enjoy how friendly and clean the store still is after all the years it's been there. It's still the same as it was when I went there with my dad when I was a teen.
Cameron Moore: Great prices. Friendlystaff
Merle Pilger: The best and quickest shop around they have excellent service.
James Gauthier: I needed a new tire on my GL1500 while on a cross country road trip. Donelson had the tire in stock and was able to fit me in when i was passing through. Sevoral other shops did not have parts in stock or were unwilling to accomidate a short notice. Brian in service was vary good to work with and had my best interest in mind. I would definitely stop at this dealer again.
Jason Moore: I bought my Honda Ruckus the people in the other and the staff there were awesome I would recommend invite other and get what they need Really good people
Sara Lorentz: Hubby recently took his scooter in for new tires and an inspection. He has also ordered parts for a scooter from here. Two summers ago, I needed new tires on my scooter and didn't really know who offered that service. I called a specialty scooter shop who told me they could "probably do it but most times they end up taking the scooters to Donelson's for tire balancing". So I cut out the middle person and called Donelson's directly. They let me know they had been crazy busy but would order my tires and once they were in I could drop the scooter off and they would "work it in" to get the tires done. This may seem odd but some other places I called wanted me to drop my scooter off that day and let it sit til they could get to it - could be 4-6 weeks they said. Donelson told me it's prob be a week or so once the tires were in.They ordered the tires, called me and let me know. I dropped the scooter off and they had the replacement done in about 2 days. There was a snafu with the wrong tires being ordered and them needing to put a different set on (my fault as I provided the tire size). Even with that taking place it still only took them 2 days. I had paid in advance for the tires and we had to rework the bill due to the tire swapout, but even that was handled with grace and I paid the difference. They also performed an inspection for me while they had my scooter.Overall nice experience - especially compared to the run around I got from some other places when calling around.
C Owens: Great vibe, great selection. Really fast time to get the part I needed. A real old time motorcycle shop
Joe Clark: The Business transaction ran like a swiss watch. The Donelson family were super nice as was Ron in Sales. No hidden fees...no pressure and a terrific museum showcasing all their offerings since 1962. If you like vintagemotorcycles, this place is a must visit.
Stephanie Cawvey: Have never let me down when needing g a part, even for my older model 4 wheelers
Thomas Fleming: Great shop. Brian, head of the service dept has always been a gentleman to me, very helpful to his customers. He got me in right away for a tire mount and balance just the other day. I stupidly lost a washer in the replacement of the wheel, and he had one for me that same day. Their parts dept is excellent too.
Curtis Crocker: Went in to order some parts I needed for an old Honda dirt bike, but he had everything I needed!!! I'll definitely be going back! It's worth the drive!!! Carl is cool!!!:)
Al Moreau: Don't waste your time at that place with the name Biggs go to Donaldson's they'll treat you best
John Conrades: This place is full of wonderful machines. Looked mainly at Triumphs, of which Carl and Kathy have the full line. And the Parts Counter is always ready to help you find what you need. Everyone extremely friendly.
Kelly Dodson: I bought a new helmet. Steven went above and beyond. He is highly recommend.
Andrew Maxwell: Really cool place!
Freedom Firefighter: No matter how seasoned of a bike mechanic you may be, you can talk shop with these guys right down to the nuts and bolts of the issues at hand. Very knowledgeable staff and very fair on cost. 5 stars.
G J: A dealership but has a small business courtesy that is appreciated.
Kyle Hodson: Very kind and helpful people here. I've had an inspection and tires put on here and both were done quicker than expected. One of the gentlemen there went the extra mile when my wiring clip failed for my horn while I was getting it inspected. I highly recommend them.

Midwest Motor Sports: what do users think?
Lance Enochs: Good sales and service
Hunter Schluetet: Great people. Brandon in parts is very helpful.
Phil Loftis: Worst motorcycle dealership around bought my bike their 2 years ago used an nothing but issues from day one try to order parts an they can't even do that right
Cool Breeze: I bought a damaged helmet from them on a Monday afternoon. The visor was peeling and chipped in a corner and it’s chipping away pretty fast. I call them on Saturday because I was out for a ride and was looking at my helmet and that’s when I noticed the damage. My helmet should not be chipping and damaged after one 10 minute drive to the gas station. I called to see if I could get a new one and he offered to take $10 off a $55 helmet when THEY were the one who sold me a damaged visor. They asked me why I didn’t notice it from the get go, I was not quite looking for damages seeing I thought I was buying from a TRUSTWORTHY dealership. But I guess not, don’t go here for a quality helmet. Order online or go to Harley Davidson in Alton.
Kallin Robinaon: Guys back in parts great guys Zach and Brandon
Levi VanDenBossche: Awesome service bought a brand new yz250fx and very smooth and helpful staff for all my parts and gear needs
Chantal B: Brian went above and beyond to track down a yz250 for us. My husband has been wanting one for a while and hasn’t been able to find it. Within a week, we received the call it would be ready for us to pick up! Brian kept in communication throughout the whole process, was super professional and easy to work with! Brian, Wendy and John went above and beyond when we came in the store to finish paperwork, do a walkthrough of the bike and load it up! We appreciate all the assistance in getting this bike and appreciate how well the crew put it together! Go buy a bike from this amazing team!!!
s s: Great place
badmaanful: They never have anything available to test ride. Been here twice and they always say come back another day. The sales rep seemed to be pressuring me to make a purchase and I don't feel comfortable purchasing anything I haven't tested. Today's a beautiful day why didn't you prepare anything? Probably a good place if you already know what they have and what you want. Not a good place for curious ambitious riders looking for something new.
D Bunk: Love the staff. I'm a Kawasaki fan and they have them.Parts and service staff are always ready to help.
john paulda: Helpful sales people and knowledgeable
Zach Velasco: I bought my 2022 Raptor 700R SE from Wendy and John. Buying the bike was a quick, smooth process and the price was fair. I want to shoutout the salesman (Tom?) who assisted with loading and the gentleman (Brandon?) who works the gear/accessory counter. I can’t exactly remember their names but they were great too! Thank you for the painless experience and top-notch service. I love the bike and I’ll be a returning customer when I’m ready for another. Thanks again!
Ann Ondercho: Great personnel. Awesome service. Good prices
jeff lievers: They have always been friendly and helpful.
Mo Johnson: Very helpful with the parts I needed. Zach was extremely helpful and had great customer service…I’ll definitely be back!!
Annette McCarthy: Found this dealership online through the CFMOTO website and then saw a billboard on I55. Glad we stopped to check it out. We were able to get exactly what we wanted, a no hassle sale and Brian was terrific to work with!
sam west: 4 hour drive and worth it Tom and Brian were good to deal with, all I had contact with were nice people, everything was as it should be and the bike came home with me.
Crystal Hilt: Drove about 3.5 hours to Midwest Motor Sports. Went in to look at a 2022 Autodrive Slingshot and we were lucky to get Brian as our salesman. Brian was very help and very knowledgeable an within 15 mins we were on the road for a test drive. We loved it Brain and Wendy the financial lady worked out everything for us and we brought the slingshot home that same day. I cannot say enough about the service we received. I must say after how smooth Brian and Wendy made everything it was worth the almost 4 hour drive. LolI recommend this company to anyone looking for a new toy.
Drake Slone: Great guys helped me figure out everything I needed and helped me find my next bike
Russel Kallal: I just purchased a new Yamaha TTR 110 for my kids and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Midwest Motor Sports has a very user-friendly website loaded with information and an updated inventory, so I was well-prepared before ever entering the store. The entire staff came together to take care of all of my needs during my visit. I arrived without an appointment, but asked questions, finalized the choice of dirt bike, had paperwork written up, the bike go thru final assembly in the service bay (battery install, etc.), and was loaded up and heading home all within about an hour. I left with a great deal on a dirt bike, a big smile on my kids’ faces, and many fun memories ahead. We look forward to doing much more business with John and the staff at Midwest Motor Sports in the years to come!
chuck gorman: I took my Slingshot in for service had a emergency break problem and to get it fixed when I went to get it back today I took it over yesterday Tuesday and got it back today they the extreme emergency break they took care of the caliper which was caused by the heat from the emergency brake they have a full checklist to check over things that surprise me I had a squeak coming from the rear tire that I've had since I own the bike And they got it fixed in no longer squeaks I got it back and it was washed front clip on it needed a little adjustment they did that they went above and beyond what I would have expected to be done. I will be going there for all my severice there from now on
