Michael Shelton: This was my first visit to Moto Europa, so I don't have a lot to go on. I also have not yet used their Service department for service, but one of their staff did review a motorcycle's electronics package with me prior to a test ride. That person seemed knowledgeable, was well spoken, and was clear about the electronics.
Mike Cain: Sold me a pre owned 2015 KTM Duke 390, was told it went through inspection and just had an oil change. Found out it had been drilled into at the oil filter guard. Went to change the oil for the first time after it had been leaking and found the holes pictured. Contacted Moto Europa and they said it was serviced before traded in and they wouldn’t check anything like that in an inspection. They won’t do anything about it. I am trying to figure out how to get this fixed so I can get my bike running. This place is shady, they tell you don’t worry it’s been inspected and it’s road ready and nothing wrong with it. It’s bad over heating issues since I got it and a slow oil leak. Now I feel this is just something that any dealership would notice when accepting a trade in to sell confidently to another person. Bad business in my opinion and would never recommend buying use from them.
Frank Hayward: Awesome service and products. I love thus place. I drive 3hrs to shop here and take my bikes for service. I've purchased 2 motorcycles from them and waiting on my 3rd. Can't say enough good things about sales, service and parts.

Tony Jenkins: Well they have a nice motorcycle shop went there to look at some Vespas disappointed they have no 300s on the floor really all the inventory is $150s and 50s but Philip is a good guy he'll help you anyway you can and it's a very beautiful place very clean restrooms and a nice location in St Louis in St Louis by St Louis University and I do feel that the documentation fee is too high I live in Illinois I'm going to do my own documentation so I don't think it should be 399 it is the closest Vespa dealership to me I live in Springfield Illinois so maybe it's worth paying the extra just so that I'm familiar to them when I go in for service

J Ham: I will admit I have had my issues with MotoEuropa. I will be the first to say the Service and parts Department truly excel! Picked up the bike today from its first service. MotoEuropa did everything beautifully. Paperwork explained and all requested to do list items taken care of. Bike ran like a champ.
Lou: I went to check on a used motorcycle they had listed on their site, but it must have been sold. The single salesman was busy BSing with some guy the entire time I was there with his back to the service/parts entrance. They weren't even talking about motorcycles. I was totally ignored, so I visited the Museum. It gets 5 ⭐

No fault there. 😃 I used the website to discuss my trade and I'd have probably been in sooner had they responded. Salesman was friendly. We talked about what I currently rode and the features I was looking for. We discussed the next step down, I probably would have taken a test ride if offered. Might have sold me on it. If they have a bike I want in stock I'll certainly be back.

MRK3838: I think I was a loyal customers for years, never missed a check up date, but I constantly had engine issue with my scooter, I spent well over $2G in maintenance over the past 2-3year( maintenance obviously should be factored in, but my amount for a scooter seems a bit overly high) I started having problems around 5,000miles and now at 11,xxx it barely runs and it sounds terrible... Last summer I had a performance kit upgrade which I used for about 3months and stopped using during the fall/winter.. I was planning to ride this spring/summer and it would not start the shop replace the top-end with no charge which was nice, but the ride home it started acting up again and it sounds bad!I’m very disappointed how things were handled experience, going to sell the scooter and say goodbye FTM.. what a bummer..
Robert Watts: From: Mr. CT 90Spoke with Teresa and she mislead me regarding the timeframe me on the phone, in my opinion. Which is a problem because I live 100 miles away round trip. Checked on my bike 2 weeks later in person and it had not been looked at. Finally gave up and went to pick my bike up with no work done to it, Eric would not even look me in the eye. Steve was very helpful and an honest straight shooter , I wish he was more mechanically inclined. However Steve is a dog and couldnt fix my bike.
Matt Higgins: I bought a new Motorcycle here and was charged full price for an almost two year old bike. They don't seem to want to deal. Also, the sales guy removed a rack that was on the bike when it was on the showroom floor, saying it wasn't part of the deal. I also was charged over $800 for servicing a single cylinder 89 Yamaha on/off road bike that I purchased elsewhere and it never did run properly when I got it back. I won't be going back. Edit. This place no longer sells new motorcycles.
Erin Freeman: Paid someone to pick my bike up, as it was having problems kick starting easily. They let it sit for *months* without working on it. Eventually I just paid someone to come bring it back to me.Woman on the phone was incredibly rude as well. I guess all their mechanics quit and they didn’t have time to work on my bike – or as the woman on the phone said, the mechanics didn’t “want” to work on it. She said it was missing a ton of parts which… it isn’t. It’s a complete bike that needs some mechanical tuning. But they didn’t bother to tell me and instead left it sitting until I called them asking what was going on.When I got it back, it had cobwebs in it and now it won’t kick start at all. This is the first time that I actually got a bike back from the shop in *worse* shape than when we started.

We will be taking both our bikes to them for service from now on - my 2020 Vespa and my husbands 2019 Harley Iron 883. They are great!
