St. Louis Powersports Chesterfield: what do users think?
Malachi Flowerree: Fantastic work on my bike! Fast , efficient and everybody is very kind to help you with anything you could ever want or need at a place like this!
Matt Hall: Dave the service manager is a freaking rockstar! He knows my bike inch by inch and I randomly crossed paths with him a year ago and haven’t went anywhere else since.Jeff is amazing also! Can’t forget about him :-)
Kev Williams: My wife bought her first motorcycle today. Daryl was her salesman and made the entire experience a pleasant one. Each of the staff members was polite, courteous, and very helpful.Thank you for your kindness. We will be back!!
Nick Brase: I bought my first motorcycle at this location. Everything went very smoothly. Daryl reached out to me within minutes of me inquiring about my rebel 500. Daryl also helped me load my bike onto my truck for transportation. Tyler who handled my financing did an excellent job as well. He was very transparent and communicated my terms accurately. Thank you St. Louis powersports for my new baby!
Timothy Babb: Great visit. No pressure salesman with a lot of valuable information. I didn't buy anything today, but would feel comfortable coming to this place to make a purchase after I was advised on what to research on my own.
Kevin Cullinane: I am reviewing specifically the service department at St. Louis Powersports as I have not purchased any machines from them.Dave and Jeff, the service writers up front, were very nice and helpful. They assisted me in unloading my motorcycle from my truck and kept in touch as the bike was being serviced. It took a little longer than I thought it should but Dave was great about explaining what was going on and keeping in touch with me.
Jim K: Service is not so good.
Carlos Choppo: Set an appointment to have my motorcycle worked on over a week ago come time to bring it in for the appointment that was scheduled by a service rep and was told we don't work on your kind you're too poor you're too cheap now I'm stuck trying to find a mechanic to work on my daily driver real good way to do business
Charles Sheppard: Fantastic folks. My 2nd purchase. This time 2 new bikes. Friendly and fair. Hmm...what to buy next..

nicholas parting: Had a great time purchasing a sxs from them worth the 5 hour drive. Sales guy (Daryl) was the best most helpful person I talked to out all the other dealers. Will be doing business with again in the future.
Ronnie Alleman: A loaded show room. Definitely have whatever your looking for road bike, dirt bike razor or 4 wheeler you will find plenty of choices. Don't forget o check out the wave runners.

Moto Europa: what do users think?
Colby Dawe: Dudes in the service department are legit, helped me out a ton with my 2010 Daytona SE for a very good price. Definitely gonna become a regular here when my bike needs service.
Aj M: I bought a brand new motorcycle from here two months ago was not told about the break in period or set up with much info. I called in to ask Phil a couple questions which didn’t get answered so he transferred me set up an appointment. I left a message and never got a response. Disappointed
Jessica Larson: Staff is friendly and helpful. They took there time and didn’t rush us.
Michael Shelton: This was my first visit to Moto Europa, so I don't have a lot to go on. I also have not yet used their Service department for service, but one of their staff did review a motorcycle's electronics package with me prior to a test ride. That person seemed knowledgeable, was well spoken, and was clear about the electronics.
Mike Cain: Sold me a pre owned 2015 KTM Duke 390, was told it went through inspection and just had an oil change. Found out it had been drilled into at the oil filter guard. Went to change the oil for the first time after it had been leaking and found the holes pictured. Contacted Moto Europa and they said it was serviced before traded in and they wouldn’t check anything like that in an inspection. They won’t do anything about it. I am trying to figure out how to get this fixed so I can get my bike running. This place is shady, they tell you don’t worry it’s been inspected and it’s road ready and nothing wrong with it. It’s bad over heating issues since I got it and a slow oil leak. Now I feel this is just something that any dealership would notice when accepting a trade in to sell confidently to another person. Bad business in my opinion and would never recommend buying use from them.
Frank Hayward: Awesome service and products. I love thus place. I drive 3hrs to shop here and take my bikes for service. I've purchased 2 motorcycles from them and waiting on my 3rd. Can't say enough good things about sales, service and parts.
Jeevan Reddy: It's a motorcycle dealership shop with 3 popular brands like ktm, Ducati and triumph, they have various models to cater Vario clients like street bikes, toures, sports etc, they great merchandise as well, staff were very knowledgeable and very friendly, Definitely recommend place for bikers.
David Rodgers: They do everything ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ except returning calls 🤙
jtgolden1s: Get all the service done on my bike here. Matt in service is always great to work with and the mechanics are great as well. I trust them with my bikes for sure!
Tony Jenkins: Well they have a nice motorcycle shop went there to look at some Vespas disappointed they have no 300s on the floor really all the inventory is $150s and 50s but Philip is a good guy he'll help you anyway you can and it's a very beautiful place very clean restrooms and a nice location in St Louis in St Louis by St Louis University and I do feel that the documentation fee is too high I live in Illinois I'm going to do my own documentation so I don't think it should be 399 it is the closest Vespa dealership to me I live in Springfield Illinois so maybe it's worth paying the extra just so that I'm familiar to them when I go in for service
Mike Sisk: Had the timing belts changed on my Ducati XDIAVEL S by Moto Europa. They were on time and the price was good as well. Will use them again! Thanks!
Craig Schwartz: Great place be sure to go thru the museum.
J Ham: I will admit I have had my issues with MotoEuropa. I will be the first to say the Service and parts Department truly excel! Picked up the bike today from its first service. MotoEuropa did everything beautifully. Paperwork explained and all requested to do list items taken care of. Bike ran like a champ.
Lou: I went to check on a used motorcycle they had listed on their site, but it must have been sold. The single salesman was busy BSing with some guy the entire time I was there with his back to the service/parts entrance. They weren't even talking about motorcycles. I was totally ignored, so I visited the Museum. It gets 5 ⭐
Brad S: This is a Disney level 5 star operation. 2 bucks more expensive than the next guy and worth every penny. They truly bent over backwards trying to close my deal with them and pesky bank regulations in another state.
jeremyh172: Matt at Motor Europa is absolutely fantastic. Great service and they definitely go above and beyond for there customers!!
Scott M Benson: The BEST motorcycle shop I have dealt with and I have dealt with many over the years. I have purchased two Ducati's from these guys as well as had work done on my KTM. Excellent customer service in motorcycle sales as well as in repair/service. Highly recommend these folks.
Matthew Jones: Great selection. Did have to wait a bit before being greeted. The bike I wanted to test ride had been sold already so that wasn't an option. No fault there. 😃 I used the website to discuss my trade and I'd have probably been in sooner had they responded. Salesman was friendly. We talked about what I currently rode and the features I was looking for. We discussed the next step down, I probably would have taken a test ride if offered. Might have sold me on it. If they have a bike I want in stock I'll certainly be back.
Jesse-Linn Masters: Always top notch service.
S Clemons: Great bikes, and great people. Makes shopping for a new bike all the better
JB: The ultimate

Dave Mungenast Motorsports: what do users think?
JD Kimbrough: Picked up my new Indian FTR 1200 and could not be happier! Service and sales was top notch. If you’re in the market for a motorcycle, please give them a chance. You will not be disappointed.
Emily: I called to order 2 parts for my dirt bike. The parts department laughed at me and asked if I was sure with what I was asking for - basically asking if I knew what I was talking about. Very unprofessional & disappointed with the experience.
Charlie Marcallini: "I bought a Ruckus from the dealership in 2018 and a Rebel in 2019. Traded my Rebel for a 2021 Indian Scout. Couldn’t be happier. The sales team is always helpful and service is fantastic. Michael Mungenast gave me a ride and threw my Scout in the trailer for me when I took it home. Just today I stopped in to have my brakes checked and Matt pulled it in and had a new set of front brakes on in like 30 minutes. Also did some warranty work for me last season. I will go back for my next bike too. Maybe a new Chief. Thanks guys !!
Curtis Crocker: I'm working on restoring a 1972 honda 100 the guy said he doesn't have anything for a bike that old! Went to donelsons they had everything I asked for!
Paul Langley: We bought a motor cycle it was a very easy and quick the kid loves the bike first time rider he got a grom 125 and leared in 20 minutes
Jeri G: Looking at Indian motorcycle merchandise. Very helpful staff.
Sara Saric: Great customer service and very knowledgeable. We have bought a variety of motor sports, lawnmowers, ATVs, and generators over the years and they are always great to work with.
Natalie Lang: My sales associate, Bob Lepp was awsome! He absolutley listened to all my wants and needs in a vehicle! Made the whole process enjoyable and easy!! Im so happy wth my new Honda Accord, thx!
Mike Ski (TuTone): Professional, courteous, and very helpful. Will definitely be returning.
Thomas W: David made a deal for me. Great people to work with.Thank you.
Donna Wigfall: We visited this dealership this weekend in hopes of buying a used motorcycle. The Indian bikes are beautiful. We saw a cream colored Indian Scout 60 that was breathtaking. It was everything a new rider would want in an upgrade for a starter bike. Unfortunately, it did not have ABS. Rather than try to make the sale, the consultant, Jim Wagner advised me to buy a bike with this feature included for safety reasons. That is an admirable quality people in general are lacking...honesty. I'm truly considering purchasing a new bike from Dave Mungenast Motor Sports in St Louis for this reason verses a Harley. He wasn't pushy and allowed us to walk around and look at the bikes before he approached us. Good customer service goes a long way. Thanks Jim.
Ryan Watters: Straight forward, no BS fees, bike-loving place that was great to buy from. Would recommend them to anyone. Sales guys loved talking bikes while we waited to finish the deal. Highly recommend!
W T: Some of these reviews are unbelievable, these guys are great! Needed to stop by for some parts and was greeted by everyone sincerely, had a conversation with a salesman while waiting for customers to finish and when it was my turn to the counter the man went above and beyond to make sure I received the correct parts. This has become the first place I go from now on! Thank you!
Mobile in MO Michelle Vanlife Vaccaro: I walked into the dealership prepared to make a purchase and not one of the 3 people that seemed to be working there spoke to me.
Hank Neal: The biggest selection of slingshots in the area!
Donovan Allen: For one if you pay top dollar for a service you should at least be shown good customer service. I unloaded my own bike. Then every part they sell you is overpriced over any other oem part and even upgraded parts you can find. I brought my bike to a Honda DEALER hoping to get a professional diagnosis and to save myself some time. I was charged for a diagnosis then I spent 660 for parts diagnosis and a 45 minute job for them to tell me something else was wrong and of course it was going to cost another overpriced amount for another part plus labor. I could of saved hundreds doing it myself. The best part is I paid 660 and got my bike back in the same condition I brought it in. Not running... Lesson learned.. after getting my bike back and researching my symptoms and reading blogs I fixed my bike for free... I paid for a 667 for a stator when it was the ecu not giving spark the whole time. The tech said my stator and ECU went bad at the same time but he had to replace the stator to realize my ECU was bad.. I don't remember getting hit by lighting... So I put my ECU in the oven to dry moisture from the unit that seaped in over the years cleaned then resealed it with epoxy. Runs like new. Saved another 689 not including labor they tried to charge me for after the 667.
James Link: I went in today to possible buy a motorcycle, and had a question, the Salesman was rude, angry and talked down to me. He wouldn't even let me give him all the information which was pertinent to my question. I was told by many others to not do business here, and now I know why. I've owned 70 motorcycles and plan to buy many more, but none of them will be from Dave Mungenast after todays experience.
Matt Higgins: Too bad one has to deal with the Indian salesman.I will NEVER go there again.
David Maness: Went in looking for a bike as I haven’t had one in almost 10 years. Jim and Andy helped me out and made the whole process easy and fast. I got just the bike I wanted and couldn’t be happier.Thank you!
Charlie Robinson: Everyone was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Enjoyed my buying experience very much.Definitly recommend Dave Mungenast Motorsports.
Ethan Martin: Drove 45 minutes to recieve the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever recieved. Both myself and a friend drove 45 minutes to come and check out a bike. I was handed off to an older gentlemen to talk about a CBR600 in which we immedietely felt like he didn't want our business. I had told him I was buying my first bike, and that I had ridden before I was just ready to pull the trigger on my own. In which he told me that the CBR was a horrible first choice and acted like I knew nothing, when I had told him I've been riding for a long time. We had asked to turn it on, in which he YELLED at my friend to go outside over nothing and that was when we left. When we told him we were good he made some very smart remarks in which I informed him that I would NEVER spend my money nor recommend this place to any of my family or friends, who are full of riders. The man was extremely dissrespectful throughout the entire process, and I would be embarrassed to spend over $10,000 here just to not even feel welcomed.
