Robyn Foley: On 2/17/23 I purchased four 22 inch rims and tires for my excited 17 year-old son 2015 Dodge Charger. The new set required spacers, considering the showroom floor is full of spacers/adapters I assumed they use them often.The owner did tell my son there may/may not be some vibration at high speeds since he was going from a 20 to 22, which my son accepted.When my husband and I picked up the car, I drove it home and immediately noticed vibration while doing under 30 mph, the vibration on the highway was even worse.A few days later, we took the car back after speaking with someone on the phone about the issue. The owner said he would order hubcentric spacers at my request which we were willing to pay for, but he said they would assume the cost.We received a call that the spacers were in, we took the car to the shop, and the spacers were the wrong size.Itโs May and we have not heard anything back from the owner. The owner became irritated when my husband and I called inquiring if the spacers arrived.We werenโt asking for them to assume the cost, we just wanted a smoother ride after spending $2300.So ultimately, I am not happy with this company, and will not recommend this company to any of my sons 1000+ IG followers or his friends.

William Sheldon: I was involved in a pile up on I44 East passing through St. Louis on my way home to Michigan. I had my truck towed here and they had a wheel and tire put on within an hour and had me back on the road headed home to Michigan. Very impressed with the sales and service here. The price was fair and everyone I talked to was a pleasure to deal with.
Ray Vance: A worker lost my lug socket to my Benz and didn't accept liability. A year before got a tire change and my tpi sensor didn't get transfered but the owner is great and fair office and restroom always clean also.

So I took a leap of faith went down on Grand. Hour later and $55, I was rolling. I definitely plan to go back and get three more tires from them.

They even switched out the donut we had been running on for no extra charge. Courteous, quick, professional. Dianne Nichols: I love this place. I went there one year ago and it was recommended that I buy reasonably priced tires instead of expensive ones. I went back there today to have my tires rotated because my neighborhood mechanic said he would not takeoff the Lugnuts because they were on too tight. The neighborhood mechanic was wrong. I was told there was no problem getting the Lugnuts off and I only paid $25 to have my tires rotated. The people there are super nice and I know they did not take advantage of me.

Taylor Fleig: You guys are amazing!! I hit a curb last night and got a flat. I tried calling other stores in town and every place said they would have to order my tire. I called bargain tires and they said they had options for me new and used in stock. I pulled up and immediately the men working asked me how they could help. I decided on the used tire with the help of the employees since my other tires are a couple years old. They took my flat out of the trunk and within maybe 10 minutes or less I was done. It was $80 all said and done with taxes and fees and they were so helpful and nice! The tire is even the same exact tire brand and type as I have on my other wheels. Thanks again everyone!

I called numerous places and somehow a lot of them were out of town willing to ship me one. No thanks. I kept calling around till I called Bargain Tire and Wheel. This sweet and nice girl said she can get us one by next day. "Too good to be true", actually no. They were able to find one the very next day. I was SUPER ecstatic. Road balanced my tires one was still off they removed the wheel from rim and there was liquid something inside. How it got yhere I have no idea but it was there when we picked it up in Tennessee. I know the person I bought from had no idea either. They trusted the car dealership to do things correctly.Before going to Richline, we went to Childs tires it states on there website they handle custom wheels. Donโt waste your time or money. They what custom may look like but Childs doesnโt have a clue!!!

Beks Arnold: I DO NOT RECOMMEND. They damaged my wheels during install, they sold me Mickey Thompson tires and installed venom power terra hunters, installed a part for a 6 inch lift but had a 3.5 put on, my front stabilizers are already blown because they were installed wrong and the bound up, they didnt tighten bump stop spacers, the drive shaft hit the exhaust because they didn't install spacers after the lift, caster angles were wrong, didn't tighten the lower trailing arms and they had to send it back to Dobbs to align it again and still got it home and had to tighten the loose bolts that I took it back to them to tighten..the front drivers side tie rod was incorrectly adjusted and the threads were melted with a torch or something but they were destroyed, ..the list goes on and on and on. I spent $4k on lift, wheels and tires aug 2021and since have spent another $1400 to fix the problems I have had since. The owner claims he told me about the issues my jeep had before I brought it in but he has not and if that was the case why are my repairs only to the lift?

Church member told me about RNR, came out, had $15 available and they installed 4 new tires on my car with monthly payments.Came back later for 4 wheel alignment and then months later, tire rotation and balance, all included for lifetime.Relieved stress at my time of need. The after-service warranty makes it worth it all.

Buster: I love the lady that works here I think she took over for her dad when he passed away she has been nothing but amazing I would trust her more than I would some of these sales people from these big chain stores. I have purchased at least four sets of tires amongst other work to more than one vehicle and she is always been amazing it's a mom and pop shop for sure but it is the best mom and pop shop ever they've got it together their technicians do a good job I'm very proud of this lady she has taken this place and kept it going and she knows what she's doing she's dominating a man's world I trust her a lot I recommend her and anyone that is nervous about going to an auto shop do not be nervous when dealing with her she tells you the truth she does not BS and she's extremely honest I have not had an experience like dealing with her that's been this good in a long time she has me as a customer for as long as I'm in Tower Grove South.

Ram Mar: I have a bad experience of my vehicle Alignment with "Chippewa Tire" "they wasn't do it right" my tires have worn and clanking when I turn right or left, all of this happened after they made the alignment, I went back to the shop "40 days later" the manger lady she said the warranty only one month and the warranty is over, that lady with the fake smile, she said we can do another alignment but not for free that I have to pay for her another $100 dollars to fix the alignment. I hope my experience helps the others to find out "shops do jobs well done or "shops just for to get your money"

Was able to get a new sensor and was pleased with the quick work and politeness of the employees. This shop's been at Chippewa and Morganford for 30 years. I use them frequently.

Today, i went back, as my tire pressure light has been flashing like crazy. I dropped my car off & was told a couple hours later they didn't find anything & just sent me off with aired up tires. I was there looking for a 235 75 15 tire for my van and they didn't have one she suggested a couple places to call when I did she's always been very helpful great lady.
