Mark Borchin: We were traveling cross country and hit something on the freeway in St. Louis. We googled local tire shops, and this one was close by. So we exited the freeway and found kevin. The staff immediately responded in a friendly positive way and showed me where I had bent the rim. They straightened and balanced it. I was out of there in 15 minutes with a safe ride all the way to Northern California. I can't thank you guys enough. Recommendations for dinner on the hill for also very much appreciated!

A R: We been using Raben tire for over 7 years, we spend over $200k a year with them. I ran into a situation it was like 4:40 pm in afternoon they close at 5pm Needed guy to go on road time sensitive load. Guy would not help us out to change 1 tire on trailer because he said " We close at 5 and were not staying after" shows you what kind of customer service or how much they care.

Erin Bast: I had a flat. Jim and the team at 55 Tire had what I needed in stock and were able to get my car in and two new tires put on in less than an hour. Even got my state inspection done! And they are the nicest guys,! As a woman, I felt comfortable having these guys take care of my vehicle!

Caroline Ziegler: I had an appointment scheduled for a car inspection at 1pm on a Thursday. The man told me it would be 30 minutes to an hour. So I walked to Schnucks and walked around for an hour to kill time since I had no way to get home. No one had called after an hour so I walked back over to check on it. My car was still parked where I left it and the man told me it had not even been started on so I should probably go home and pick it up later. I had to wait for a ride home, made it home and received a call at 4:30pm when they closed at 5pm saying it was ready and did not have enough time to find a ride back. The next day I called to ensure it was ready and was immediately sent to voicemail. I had to take an Uber to get my car as I have a dog who is vomiting in need of care immediately (obviously not their fault) but it was unsuspected and I still did not have my vehicle. I paid for an Uber and went to pick up my car hoping it was done. Did not receive any discount or apology for my car being a day late. I understand things happen, truly. I have worked in the service field before. But I would have happily rescheduled my appointment for a different day if they were this busy. And it would have been nice to receive some form of discount especially since I had to pay out of pocket for an Uber.EDIT: Terri the manager reached out to me and apologized for the poor service I received and I was refunded for my visit. I appreciate her kindness and customer service!!

Scott Hagedorn: I went there to get tires on my gf's car. I figured I might as well have the oil changed while I'm there beings it was due. No issues with the service. From the lady I spoke to with a question about a couple tire choices to the guy behind the counter when I went in I would say not the most friendly, or maybe personable a better word to use, but, I was really just there for the tires, not to make friends, so everything was fine.

Luxey: I went to NTB for tire rotation and oil change, they took more than 2 hours of scheduled appointment. When i went to pick up my car they said I need to replace all my break pads, 2 rotors were badly damaged, they didn't have anyone to fix them. They had me sign I was refusing repairs which was odd. I took it to Mark I there was nothing wrong with my pads or rotors, I looked at my records I replaced the pads a year ago. I'm retired I don't drive much. The guy at Mark I said places like NTB have a quota in repairs they need to do, if customer doesn't have anything wrong they have to make up something. My guess the mechanic on duty didn't want to repair something that didn't need to be done. Don't trust them. I went to NTB south county.

Kim Ferguson: Went there to get an oil change and brake line fixed. Didn't know how to fix the brake line and over filled my oil ( by at the least a quart). My truck started leaking from the rear in the middle. Checked the oil and seen it over, so I took it back immediately and the guy checked it, he came back and motioned the manager to talk to him. I knew something was wrong by the look on his face. I ask the manager what was wrong " oh nothing, you were right it was over filled, probably by the people that did your brake line".Well now I have a car payment cause they messed up my truck! They look you in the face and lie, just to get you out of there. I asked them to fix what they broke. She (the Manager)said they didn't have the tools to fix it. It's was more or less your problem not ours horrible experience, I tell everyone that needs anything done to their car not to go there!
Tim Simora: Clean waiting room and restrooms. Ample room to sit and wait while vehicle being serviced. Large selection of K Cup coffee, Hot tea and Hot coco. Service Dept manager is really nice and helpful.
Jason Reed: Do not use this NTB! Jason their service manager does not listen well nor does he have much knowledge of tires. But even worse, they scratched and gouged the inside of my wheels as well as scratches on the outside face of the wheel. Oh and they also do not know how to place balancing weights properly. Also they said their alignment machine was down, therefore new tires and no alignment check. Horrible experience
Sean Van de Riet: We have a 15 passenger van that we rent out. It’s a Ford Transit 350 XLT (pretty normal). We dropped the van off 8/30. It was finished before noon 8/31. We arrived at 5:30 and they were already closed. Had to call Randy Dicken (number on door for hiring). He called the store manager to come get us. Beth came to let us in and she apologized. She gave us $100 off. All seemed fine until we got in the van. I checked all tire pressures because the low pressure light was on. The right rear tire was at 61 PSI when it is supposed to be 74 PSI. We had to wait for that to be taken care of. Upon leaving, we realized that there was a horrible sound. Beth came and looked and identified that the weights were rubbing but that no one could rebalance the wheels. This van is used to rent to customers on Turo who were already waiting at the airport for the van. Beth had to write on the receipt that we could come back to have it fixed and that it was safe to drive. We then got a notification from the car itself that the TPMS system had failed. Additionally, all four wheels were covered in more brake dust than I have ever seen on a vehicle. No one bothered to wipe it down. This is abysmal service and we demand a full refund and will never return.
Mohib Chatha: Took my car there for wheel alignment for 194$ but they made it worst and took the car back they said they will do it again but they did not did nothing and every time I ask them how long it will take they keep telling me hour wait timewill not recommend this place there is many other NTB places you can go to
Raymond Hopkins: The staff were friendly and helpful. I wanted a specific tire that was not in stock. They told me the tires would be delievered the next day and they were. They were supposed to install them as soon as they arrived if I was there. I dropped the wheels off early and they did exactly as they said they would. I am very pleased with the friendly on time service.I am looking forward to doing business with them again.
Patrick Kerwin: This place is a joke. I don’t care if the salesman is honest or not. I scheduled an appointment for 1230 for a simple tire rotation. I took off work so that I could get this done and in return I am told that they can’t get to my vehicle until an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment.why make an appointment if you can’t honor it, that’s bad business and I will not return for anything. By the way I was 15 minutes early.

Maria: If I could have left a lower review I would. I got a quote for my tires & the representative told me he would call me back when they arrive. I explained to him how important it was that I get them since I was about to make an 1800 mile road trip. He assured me that he would call back when they arrived. When I didn’t hear back from him, I called several days later. The other representative said that they had left a voicemail but I told them that I never received it. They said I did and then told me later in the same conversation that I didn’t have a voicemail set up and then told me it wasn’t their job to play phone tag. The amount of ignorance that the workers have and the lack of accountability blows my mind. I would never place trust in a company like that to put tires on my vehicle. Very rude & condescending towards women.BTW-they knew I was about to drop $800 on 4 tires & they still talked to me like it was my fault they never followed up with me. Too much competition around this area for a place like that to turn away service because of pure laziness.
